Coral Pond is Wushantou Reservoir, formerly known as Wushantou Water Storage Tank, is a reservoir located in Guantian Township, Tainan County, Taiwan, with the function of hydroelectric power, and Wushantou Hydropower Plant and Wushantou Scenic Area. Coral pond is formed by the confluence of nearly 30 large and small tributaries of Zeng Wenxi from all directions, with a water storage area of 1,300 hectares, and the woodland of the catchment area is about 6,000 hectares high.

The Japanese built a zigzag fort at the entrance to Coral Pond, two on two protruding hills, and one in a valley formed by two hills, and this valley was the only way to enter Coral Pond.
