Lin Xiaotian nodded, knowing that what the two consultants said was right, "I don't have the idea of replacing people, if I really change people, I will definitely not do better than them, I know this mentally" Lin Xiaotian said calmly, and his psychology already has a case. "What does the boss mean" Doyle asked, since Lin Xiaotian has no plans to change people, then there must be other ways, Doyle is very curious, he discussed with Voss and the two of them, it is very difficult to change the recession of the comic industry, it is not a little effort that needs to be paid, but a lot of investment.

"The two comic companies must be merged, so that all the resources can be concentrated, otherwise the two companies will waste their resources repeatedly," Lin Xiaotian said calmly, Doyle and Voss glanced at each other, knowing that Lin Xiaotian still had something to say, so they waited.

"You also heard the report of the two of them just now, so that Paul has more than enough to open up, Peter has a pioneering heart, but the internal things drag him down, the two of them can complement each other, let Paul focus on the inside, Peter focus on the outside, thoroughly integrate the resources of the two families, and carry out development, even if the headquarters is supporting part of the funds, it is worth it, the reason why I want to see their plans for this year is to see what they think, so that we can decide the division of power between the two people after the merger in the future, This is not clearly divided, there is going to be a problem" Lin Xiaotian said his opinion, and Doyle and Voss's eyes lit up.

Yes, these two people are very complementary to each other, one focuses on traditional channels, the other focuses on the development of new channels, throttling and open source, both are available, it is completely worth looking forward to, the key is to see how to divide the rights of the two people.

"The best way is to have an existence that can balance the two, this person presides over the overall situation, and lets these two people play to the fullest, so that one plus one is greater than two," Voss is worthy of being an old fox, and following Lin Xiaotian's words, he suddenly saw the problem.

Doyle also saw it, this is to clear the clouds and see the sunny sky, but this character is not easy to find, "Voss, your proposal is very good, this candidate can not arouse the disgust of the two of them, and at the same time can adjust the two of them, there is no need to do anything specific, as long as you manage these two people well, you can help find it, this is your strength, look for it first, and wait for a week to see their report before making a decision" Lin Xiaotian found one thing for Voss, Voss shook his head and smiled bitterly, It's really about finding something to do for yourself.

Doyle also smiled, Lin Xiaotian seized this opportunity so well, people can't find any fault, "Doyle, you prepare, come with me to Hollywood tomorrow, there is still a Universal to solve, I looked at the information yesterday, Universal may need to be dismembered, travel lightly, otherwise, it will be difficult to improve, the current Universal, is a group of people who are engaged in TV playing movies, it will be hell if it can have an effect" Lin Xiaotian's impression of Universal is very bad, this time he has made up his mind.

"Okay boss, I also think it's time for Universal to have no surgery, otherwise it will be difficult to change this situation" Doyle's understanding of Universal is no less than Lin Xiaotian's, and he completely agrees with Lin Xiaotian's opinion.

Lin Xiaotian saw that Doyle had no opinion, so he pressed the button on the desk, and after a while, Situ Mingzhu came in, "Inform Universal Pictures, I will inspect the company tomorrow, listen to their report, and be dismissed in absentia" Lin Xiaotian said expressionlessly, this wording is very harsh, it can be seen that Lin Xiaotian is very dissatisfied with Universal.

Situ Mingzhu listened, nodded, turned around and left, went to the secretariat to inform the people of the world, followed Lin Xiaotian for a long time, more or less can find out a little bit of Lin Xiaotian's temper, from Lin Xiaotian's expression, it can be seen that Lin Xiaotian is very unhappy, he has opinions on the world, Situ Mingzhu and the world side of the phone to communicate, and let the other party affirm again, then hang up the phone, the headquarters has a natural oppression of the following branches.

Lin Xiaotian looked at his watch, the time was almost up, and it was time for lunch, "How about we have a drink at noon, I don't plan to go to work in the afternoon, what about you" Lin Xiaotian asked Doyle and Voss.

"Call Harvey, I guess he doesn't have anything to do in the afternoon" Doyle said with a smile, Lin Xiaotian nodded, and Harvey hadn't been drinking together for a long time, this time it was just right, call Harvey over.

After a short time, Harvey came, "Boss, you are looking for me" asked,

"Of course, you have a lot of time in New York, find a better restaurant, let's have a drink together" Lin Xiaotian said with a smile, Harvey nodded, knowing what Lin Xiaotian meant, and he was not polite, so he picked up the phone on Lin Xiaotian's desk and began to ask.

After a while, Harvey hung up the phone, "Boss, I suggest we go to an RB restaurant, they just arrived today with a new type of precious fish, and the chef is here today, we can enjoy it" Harvey's face has already begun to remember.

"I knew you were going to choose this, I think you're the singer there, I'll go to Jane to get the card, if you can't get it, we won't go, it's up to you, you know, my cards are all in Jane's hands, I can't help it" Lin Xiaotian said with a smile, Harvey is a wry smile, Doyle and Vos also laughed, they all know that Jane doesn't like Lin Xiaotian to go to this restaurant, it can be seen from the last time I chased Harvey to ask for a card, it seems that Harvey's task is not light.

"It seems that I'm going to be slaughtered by Jane" Harvey stood up with a wry smile, walked to the door, and went to find Jane to get a discount card, Lin Xiaotian's card is the top of the mouth, and it can be discounted a lot, which they all know, the taste of sashimi is really good, Doyle and Voss have also been there a few times, and the reason why they don't go much is because of the price, and the price inside is really not cheap.

The three of them chatted and waited for Harvey, and after a while, Harvey came in, shook the card in his hand, and it was really coming, Lin Xiaotian and the three of them were a little surprised, seeing the appearance of three months, Harvey's face was very bad, "Boss, you have to reimburse me, I am in three top-of-the-line Chanel suits, my monthly salary is gone, you can't watch me eat dirt" Harvey wanted to find a loss from Lin Xiaotian to see if he could make up for it.
