Lin Xiaotian's chairman's office is still located on the top floor, Doyle knows Lin Xiaotian's habit, so he specially arranged it here, after Lin Xiaotian came in, Jane skillfully found the place to boil water, and began to boil water, Lin Xiaotian, Doyle, and Sid Scheinberg sat there. Lin Xiaotian looked at the two of them, neither of them had the emotion to speak, and smiled, "It's really good, Sid Sheinberg, I admire you, there are so many problems within the world, you can still maintain it, your ability is good" Lin Xiaotian said, Sid Shanenberg was stunned, he didn't expect Lin Xiaotian to say this, he could hear it, Lin Xiaotian's words were not counterwords, but he sincerely admired him, and Doyle next to him was also stunned.

"However, the time has come for the problem of Universal to be solved, we came one by one, I saw that our studio was built in partnership with a British company, and the British company still wants to withdraw its investment, this is right," Lin Xiaotian asked.

"Yes, Ranke Film Company does want to withdraw now, but I will stabilize him, and I will not let him withdraw easily" Sid Scheienberg said with a serious face, and it is not a problem to deal with this British company.

"NO, let them withdraw their investment, our umbrella is not much, it is a lot of money, he wants to withdraw his capital, hum, I don't want to share it with others, you can handle this matter now, let them come over and sign the withdrawal procedures, I will give them money, such a small amount of money, you still need to find foreign capital, spread it out, it is simply the person who lost my umbrella, you hurry up and do this thing, remember, the current global is under the umbrella, domineering, if you don't accept it, we will take money to smash it, this is my consistent style" Lin Xiaotian said disappreciatively, Sid Shaneenberg opened his mouth and couldn't speak, and he had to say in his heart, the chairman is domineering, it is not a big company on Wall Street, Sid Shaneenberg smiled bitterly and left, to deal with this matter.

Doyle smiled, such a Lin Xiaotian is the Lin Xiaotian he knows, and just when he wanted to say something, Lin Xiaotian spoke again, "Inform Thomas of News Corporation, let him come over, Universal must get rid of unnecessary baggage, the TV series production department is either independent or assigned to News Corporation, anyway, News Corp has its own TV station, can't he make TV series, just shoot it for me, waste utilization" Lin Xiaotian said, very dissatisfied with the TV drama production department, This department should be completely reversed from the film department, and there is no distinction between priority and priority, which is the problem that Lin Xiaotian has to solve first.

"Chairman, since the TV production department is like this, then simply, it's better to separate him, the United States is all live broadcast separation, and it will really test them, if it doesn't work then, settle the scattered personnel" Doyle doesn't want the TV production department to be assigned to News Corporation, which will seriously drag down News Corp.'s performance, Lin Xiaotian didn't think about it comprehensively, and Doyle must be reminded.

Lin Xiaotian thought about it for a while, it really can't be classified as News Corporation, News Corp has just been integrated, and he is rashly drawing a piece of it, Thomas They must share part of their minds, "Okay, just do as you say" Lin Xiaotian said, absorbing Doyle's opinion.

Sid Shaneenberg came out of the chairman's office, came to the front of his office, and said to his secretary, "Ellis, inform the British Ranke Film Company that they want to withdraw their investment, yes, the company has approved, let them come to the company within two days to handle the payment, and the expiration date will not wait" After speaking, he pushed the door open and entered his office, Ellis paused for a moment, but quickly came back to his senses and immediately went to call.

When I went to work in the afternoon, the whole company basically knew that the studio under construction of the company agreed to the withdrawal of the British partnership company, it seems that this is the money of the big boss, otherwise the president would not have the courage.

Jane and Situ Mingzhu had lunch outside, and then brought a few points to Lin Xiaotian, Lin Xiaotian and Doyle were in the office, and continued to discuss the reform of the world in the afternoon.

At noon, in Lin Xiaotian's office, the two of them took a break, and when they went to work in the afternoon, Sid Scheinberg came over, Lin Xiaotian washed his face with Doyle, and the three of them sat together.

"Sid Scheinberg, I am confident that you will continue to lead the world, don't have any psychological pressure" Lin Xiaotian first comforted West Scheinberg, and after stabilizing West Scheinberg, the reform of the world can be carried out smoothly.

Sid Shankelberg breathed a big sigh of relief in his heart, and let go of the heart he had originally carried, the chairman still trusted me, which is fine, "Thank you for the trust of the chairman, I will definitely lead the world out of trouble, by the way, the British Rankfilm also replied, their vice president will leave today, and he can go to Los Angeles tomorrow with a power of attorney from the headquarters to settle the divestment" Sid Shanenberg said.

"Don't bother me with this little thing, but in the future, you remember for me, if you lack money, go directly to the headquarters, don't look for any messy external funds for me, the umbrella is not short of that money, provided that your project can be recognized by the headquarters, you have to keep in mind that the umbrella has no precedent for cooperating with other companies in the world, even if there is in the future, it must be the umbrella that accounts for the majority, otherwise, this project can be abandoned or stranded" Lin Xiaotian stared at Sid Scheienberg and said, Sid Scheienberg nodded, today he understood the chairman's methods and style, domineering, very domineering, and taking money if he disagrees.

"Sid Scheienberg, there is another point you have to admit, the world must be reformed today, otherwise what awaits the world can only be sold again, and the headquarters can't keep losing money without seeing hope, do you understand" Lin Xiaotian said with a serious face, Sid Scheienberg nodded, it can be seen at today's meeting that the company has also reached the level of change, and some things can no longer be suppressed.

"What does the chairman mean,......" Sid Schönberg didn't continue, he already sensed that Lin Xiaotian was going to operate on Universal.

"First, I decided to completely split the TV department, all the employees of the TV production department will be transferred out, run independently, and no longer have anything to do with Universal, and in the future, Universal will focus on the film business, not TV and others, you have to keep this in mind" Lin Xiaotian said his first decision, and Sid Scheienberg nodded with a wry smile.

"Second, Mecoulson is not suitable to be the manager of the film production department, I believe you know this very well, transfer him out of this position, replace him with a person from the level, don't find me an infighting talent to come over, part of the management has been corrupted, what should be cleaned must be cleaned, the umbrella has developed to the point where it is today, there is a criterion, [the capable are the mediocre and the mediocre are down], you also need to keep this sentence firmly in mind in the future," Lin Xiaotian said seriously, Sid Scheienberg has no opinion, He is also dissatisfied with Maykelson's mastery of the film production department, and with the resources to make 14 films a year, he can concentrate his resources to shoot three or four blockbuster films, which shows that Maykelson did not have any good intentions.

"Third, set up a new department for me, this department is called the Market Research Department, take a look at what movies the audience wants to watch, don't send some films that don't sell well, waste resources," Lin Xiaotian looked at Sid Scheinberg and said his three opinions, and Sid Scheinberg fully accepted it, because he could feel that the big boss was not untargeted, and each one said the point.

"Fourth, in the future, when making movies, all copyrights must belong to the company, including the development rights of the surrounding areas, these two are not allowed to be delivered, they can only be operated by the company, this is a red line, no one can violate it, understand" Lin Xiaotian remembers very clearly, Spielberg later cooperated with Universal to shoot Jurassic Park, did not ask for a director fee, but asked for the periphery of the film, and made a thorough fortune, and finally earned more than Universal, and now this opening must be blocked.

"Does the great director Spielberg still have a contract with us?" Lin Xiaotian asked, this old Jewish guy is very shrewd and knows how to make more money, and sometimes he doesn't even need a director's fee.

Sid Scheienberg is too familiar with Spielberg, and once signed a seven-year contract with Spielberg, so he was asked to shoot a TV series, it can be said that Spielberg's achievements today are inseparable from the cultivation of West German Scheinberg, which Spielberg also admitted, in his interview, Spielberg admitted this.

"We have a contract for four of his films, and he is now focusing on his own company, Amperin Entertainment, which currently has in-depth cooperation with our company, and their film distribution is basically done by us Universal" Sid Scheienberg said very confidently, Lin Xiaotian nodded, no wonder Spielberg cares about the relationship with Universal in later generations, and has never said anything bad about Universal in his life, which is rare.

"You contact them, I want to buy his company, if I can't buy it wholly, I will buy a part of the shares, although their company is not big, but it is very dynamic, it can form a supplement to the world, if necessary, I can talk to Spielberg" Lin Xiaotian said very confidently, he didn't know him, besides, he still holds the Golden Tripod Award in Asia, if you want to have a good box office in Asia, then the Golden Tripod Award is an indispensable part.
