Self-discipline and self-consciousness, never stopping, not thinking of suffering, and always moving forward, this is the state of self-conscious practice. With the realm of conscious practice, all of them are people with perseverance and tenacity, who have touched the threshold of the unity of knowledge and action, and can be regarded as a talent of a hundred miles.
