Emperor Kangxi wore court clothes and ascended to the throne in the imperial camp, and the drums sounded in unison. The Khalkha princes and nobles knelt three times and bowed nine times. Then three agendas were carried out: first, the Kangxi Emperor announced the pardon of Tushetu Khan's sins, and granted the canon and the seal of the Khan to Tushetu Khan. Second, inheritance. The brother of Zasaktu Khan, who was killed by Tushetu Khan, succeeded his brother as Zasaktu Khan. Third, flag weaving. Emperor Kangxi responded to the request of the Khalkha nobles and announced that "the Forty-Nine Banners of Jianger and I will be compiled, and their names will be the same as the Forty-Nine Banners." The Khalkha is divided into 34 banners, with staff leaders and assistant leaders, which are unified with the flags of Inner Mongolia in terms of administrative structure. Fourth, feasting. Emperor Kangxi presided over a grand banquet of about 200 tables, personally handed the wine to Jebtsundamba, then three Khalkha princes, and again to twenty major Taiji. They also danced and rejoiced, so much so that many forgot to eat and feast.

On the third day of the first lunar month, Jebu Tsundamba and Sanbu Khan were each rewarded with 1,000 taels of silver, and 15 horses of python satin and colored satin. Emperor Kangxi once again summoned a total of 35 people, including Jebu Zundamba, Tushetu Khan, Tseuzab, and Chechen Khan, to give a banquet, and were respectively named prince, county king, Beile, Beizi, Gong, and Taiji. At the banquet, Emperor Kangxi talked with them while eating in Mongolian, and the atmosphere was cordial and emotionally harmonious. Tushetu Khan, Chechen Khan and others said: "The Holy Lord is so deeply benevolent, and the ministers hate to return to the late ear!" May the holy life be ten thousand years, and the ministers and others will look up to the grace of Hong and enjoy the blessings of peace for a long time. ”

On the fourth day of the first lunar month, Kangxi wore a helmet inlaid with mink fur, a leopard tail armor, a Ming Huangjiang silk robe under a wide shawl, and a gold inlaid red sapphire thread tie around his waist. The starry eyes under the ink-like eight-character eyebrows flickered, looking very energetic. He wore a crotch knife and a bow and arrows, rode around the field, and in the deafening shouts, Kangxi solemnly raised his hand to greet the surroundings, came back and dismounted, and personally bent and shot, ten arrows and ten hits. After watching the shooting, the Mongolian princes and nobles sighed in shock: "Shenwu also!" A military parade followed. According to statistics, about 10,000 cavalry and 1,200 infantry were inspected, and the arrangement was about 10 miles long. Infantry and artillery were in the middle of the ranks, and the cavalry was divided into two wings. Kangxi rode a horse through the middle to inspect the troops, and then climbed a hill. A royal tent was set up here, surrounded by guards. Kangxi ordered the Khalkha prince to come to the tent and stand on the right, and the ministers of the Eight Banners and the capital to stand on the left, and the exercise began immediately. After the loud horn sounded, the soldiers sang "Youping Chapter" in unison: strong army, mighty Quartet. Rin Ge spear, forest armor battle. dissecting the rhino, the seven genera are as rotten as silver; With a shark letter, it is indescribable to be bright. This is, Jincheng guarantee! Nine together, two bows converge, blow three songs, enthusiastic army spirit! Then the infantry marched in formation, the horns stopped, the march stopped, and so on, three advances and three stops. Suddenly the trumpets sounded, and all the cavalry shouted forward, and ten thousand horses galloped, and the sound shook the valley. Subsequently, the firearms battalion of the Han army, guns and cannons fired volleys, and the sound shook the earth. The exercise troops galloped to the vicinity of Kangxi's location, stopped abruptly, and formed a formation. At the end of the exercise, the Khalkha princes were amazed by the strong military appearance, solemn military might, strict military discipline, and new armaments. The artillery again performed an excellent target shooting performance. Tushetu Khan and others were terrified and almost dodged. Qi Shi, who was in the parade, watched the Khalkha people shocked and was convinced, and he had to be praised by Kangxi's methods!

This is not over, on the fifth day of the first month, Kangxi built Huizong Temple. And Huizong, like the meaning of the return of the river to the sea, is the meaning of the river entering the sea and the return of all rivers to one. At the same time, Kangxi also inspected the Khalkha camp, rewarded the poor with silver coins, and rewarded a large number of cattle and sheep to the Khalkha nobles. And Huizong Temple later became a religious center for the Khalkha people living in Inner Mongolia to worship, which is a later story.

On the sixth day of the first lunar month, when Kangxi was about to return to Luan, he once again met with Jebu Zundamba and Tushetu Khan alone, and rewarded the royal tent, gold plates, porcelain bowls and other things. Kangxi's series of actions, when returning to Luan, the Khalkha princes and nobles knelt in a queue to send Kangxi's car back to Beijing.

After returning to Beijing, Qi Shi recalled Kangxi's eloquence and strategy in this Duolun Alliance, and in only six days, he asked for sin, public discussion, pardon, feast, reward, big reading, building temples, weaving flags, etc., and calmed down the grievances and disputes of the Khalkha tribes; The banner, knighthood and law were implemented to stabilize the order of the Khalkha Mongols, so that the Khalkha tribes "felt the emperor's virtue, surrendered with all their hearts, and were willing to be vassals".
