One is left for hope, and one is reserved for hometown
One is left for hope, and the other is for hometown
-- Written at the beginning of the second volume
○○○○○○
I was a little reluctant but hastily finished the first volume.
This volume, tentatively titled "Light Liberation of Luo Shang Du on the Blue Boat", was written from the early eighties to the mid-eighties of the last century. The protagonist Liu Fushun finally untied Luo Shang and went to Lanzhou alone. As for where he is going, where is his final destination? None of us know yet.
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, earth-shaking changes have taken place in both rural and urban areas in China. And from the early 80s to the mid-90s, it was this era of undercurrent surging under the upheaval.
In January 1982, the Central Committee issued the first "No. 1 Document" on the issue of rural reform. In the following years, the central government continued to deploy the "three rural" work and promote the reform of rural economic policies. From "lump sum to households" to "contract ordering", from "cooperative economy" to "individual economy", this has made China's vast rural areas like a spring breeze and made 800 million farmers smile. The practitioners who dared to take the lead and try first, and the pioneers who had the courage to "open up and invigorate" were undoubtedly the biggest beneficiaries of the rural areas of that era. is like Nie Renhao in the novel, leading the farmers on the road to making a fortune.
However, the path of the development of new things is always tortuous, and it must not only be affected by old ideas, but also by other new things. Just like the Shiqiao River (Xiaoshui River), which has flowed for thousands of years, it is the mother river that the villagers rely on for survival and travel, and it is also the only transportation for the economic development of Linmu Township - the water road. However, it was ruthlessly cut off by the nascent "hydropower station", and this new thing was convenient for some people, and also blocked a budding scientific agricultural production method.
And whether this approach can be replicated remains to be tested. Although the newspapers were overwhelmingly conveying the central government's policy of agricultural economic reform, it was particularly difficult to implement the policy in mountainous areas such as Shiqiao, which were backward in transportation, concept, and technology.
At the beginning of the story, they build a stone road, but where does this road lead? Or maybe it has been washed away by the natural disaster, but the traces of the road are still there, and many of the stone slabs have not been buried by the mud. Who will pick up those slabs and build a whole new road to a further place, and the hoe and shovel will be handed over to the next generation! Will they take the tool and continue to open the way, or will they smash the tool and find a new way? That's all we'll cover in this volume!
The reform of the rural economic system has directly promoted the reform of the urban economy. However, by the mid-to-late eighties, China's urbanization lagged far behind our level of economic and social development. From "separating government administration from enterprise management" to "streamlining administration and delegating power," from "three to one supplement" to "big in, big out," and from "joint stock cooperation" to "opening up to the outside world," hundreds of millions of peasants have been quietly swept into the tide of urban economic reform.
On the one hand, the private economy has sprung up; On the other hand, a large amount of foreign capital has entered China to directly hire cheap rural labor. What kind of shock is China's economy developing? Are state-owned enterprises willing to scrape their bones and make concessions?
From the devastation to the ascendant, peasants and craftsmen began to enter the cities, and they began to have a new name - "migrant workers", a group that is still in an awkward situation to this day. So, how do migrant workers enter the city and remain on the fringes of the city?
Xiaolu doesn't have that deep experience and level to answer these questions, I just want to express what I think of through a certain microcosm of guò words. For example, the business of private bun shops is better than that of state-run canteens; Just like He Pan and Wang Guangwen, who could have eaten public meals, gave up the "iron rice bowl" and returned to the countryside to serve the "scar bowl"; is like Liu Fushun who was involved in a big city in a daze.
In addition to peasants and peasant workers, in addition to workers and cadres, another group of people have also been born in urban and rural areas, collectively called "bosses" in our dialect. They may be opportunists like Yang Guiyong, or they may be people like Liu Yonghan who "follow the trend", or they may be "peasant entrepreneurs", "company chairmen" and so on that will appear in our volume. Whether it is opportunistic or "following the trend", they can be found in the history of China. But for the latter, they are advocates and practitioners of China's economic development, and it is undeniable that they have made important contributions to economic development. But in the face of money and power, will they go with the flow or retreat bravely, whether they will clear themselves or those who are turbid will be turbid? In the face of reality and vanity, is it greed or restraint that affects them, is it ** or belief?
These things or people, in the jumping text, may provide us with a little clue to find the answer - in fact, history has already given us the answer; And, it's being tested by history!
The heroine of the story, I would like to say that she is an extraordinary person. Born in a dilapidated family, he has received a certain amount of cultural education, but he has been influenced by the small-scale peasant consciousness and traditional concepts, and has become the backbone of the family at a young age. In the face of the great rural development, and suffering from the lack of labor, it is very likely that we will miss the opportunity for development and become an outcast of the times! This beautiful girl, at the age when others enjoy love, will she be equally blessed with happiness?
For the hero of the story, he is still an ordinary person. Like any ordinary person, he struggles to survive. No matter how ordinary people are, they are insignificant in the face of time, but it is precisely because of them that a certain period of time can be called "era". Every road they have walked and every footprint they have left behind has the mark of the times! Whether they want to or not, the times still put the burden on their shoulders and give the mission to the vigorous young people of each era!
In this volume, many of the foreshadowings buried in the first volume will be revealed one by one, and in ordinary life, there will still be many unusual characters, so that the protagonists continue to grow. They crave love and have the right to enjoy the happiness that love gives them. But on the way to survive and the pursuit of happiness, life always creates all kinds of ups and downs, even for ordinary people, his life cannot be smooth sailing.
Even so, they set sail!
Many times, leaving is the most helpless and helpless choice. But "falling red is not a ruthless thing, turning into spring mud is more protective of flowers", even if it is the choice of "broken bones", it is also with strong love, with selfless love, with the calmness of "leaving innocence in the world", and with the regret of "the wax torch turns into ashes and tears begin to dry".
Behind him, there is not a desperate abyss; In front of him, there was an endless sea......
In the first volume, family affection is the main line, and the second volume will be based on love, let's call it "A Lovesick Two Sorrows" for the time being! I thought that this kind of "lovesickness" would not be pure love; Those two "sorrows" - I think, one is left for hope; Leave one place for your hometown......
