Chapter 22: The Battle of Wendao

Because there are all kinds of laws in the world, only literature can carry the soul world through words. Words are the most common and easy to spread symbols in the world, and no matter how noble, sacred, and pure the world of the soul, it can be portrayed and displayed through guò literature. And excellent literary works can directly point to the hearts of people, touch the spiritual world of the world, and enable all inferior and poor mortal souls to be infinitely sublimated to the highest divinity!

The process of the development of the way of literature is the process of constantly improving the spiritual realm and enriching the soul with divinity. There is no end to this process, but when it reaches a certain level, the soul of a mortal can become a spirit of the gods and thus obtain soul immortality!

Of course, under the laws of heaven and earth in Hanxing, art forms such as painting, music, and calligraphy are also under the category of "". Art forms such as dance, sculpture, and architecture are classified under the category of "Great Martial Arts".

What Mr. Dong said, in addition to these somewhat boring literary theories, there are also some important events or anecdotes in the history of literature.

For example, in this lesson, he talked about an allusion to two great literary sages in the pre-Qin period. Huo Zongtang also heard of this allusion in his previous life, called "Confucius asked Yu Laozi".

But what I heard in this lesson was different from the allusions from my previous life. Confucius in his previous life asked Lao Tzu, which was just an academic exchange. But what Huo Zongtang heard in this class was a kind of literary and Taoist battle similar to "Huashan on the Sword" and "Decisive Battle on the Top of the Forbidden City".

Confucius and Lao Tzu in the allusions are both saints in history, and from the perspective of today's people, the realm has exceeded the highest level of "literary saints", almost in the category of "gods". Lao Tzu is the ancestor of Taoism, so he is also called "Taoist Sage" by later generations. Confucius was the patriarch of Confucianism, so he was also called "Confucian Sage" by later generations.

It is said that the souls of the two saints have been immortalized for more than 5,000 years, and if they can obtain the original authentic works such as the Tao Te Ching, the Spring and Autumn Period, and the Analects, future generations will even be able to worship the holy souls and ask the saints!

Of course, the true deeds of the two ancestors have been lost to the world thousands of years ago. Although the descendants have searched again and again, they can never find it again after all, only the literature and Taoism of the two sages - Confucianism and Taoism, have been spread through the ages, benefiting all generations, and no one can match it in China.

It's just that hundreds of years later, you can hear about the manifestation of a Taoist saint or a Confucian saint. The presence of holy miracles in the world can prove the immortality of the two holy souls.

Back to the allusion of "Confucius asked Lao Tzu".

In the history books, the Taoist saint Lao Tzu is an almost mythical figure. Born with a vision, seven years old Nengwen, seventeen years old began to travel the world, the world's famous mountains and rivers, have seen traces of its enlightenment. At the age of twenty-seven, he entered the Zhou Dynasty, and even fought ten doctors of Taixue such as astronomy, geography, Zhou Yi, poetry and books, and won ten battles and ten victories, and his fame moved the world. Hou Dao Sheng felt that his edge was too strong, so he hugged Pu Shou and entered the Great Zhou Guarding Room, and felt at ease to be a small official who guarded the ancient Tibetan classics of the past dynasties.

Since then, the Taoist saint has meditated in the storage room, reading the ancient and strange books, and the Taoist collection for all ages, all in his arms. Since then, the Taoist saint does not ask about the world, does not know the changes in the spring and autumn, this entry retreat, is a full hundred years!

A hundred years later, Daosheng left the storage room and was shocked to find that the world had changed greatly, the Zhou Dynasty was in decline, the princes were fighting for hegemony, and the people were struggling to make a living. The Taoist saint then repaired the book "Tao Te Ching", leaving 72 caves and blessed lands in the world to treat the soul pain of all people.

Every cave and blessed land can grow wisdom, eliminate **, and make the people wash away the lead and regain their original self. The name of the Taoist saint, who has been silent for a hundred years, once again shook the world. At this time, the Dao Saint first entered the Holy Realm.

Since then, the Taoist saint has been in the Zhongnan Mountain, attracting nine purple heavenly mysteries, refining the soul of the text, a true copy of the Tao Te Ching, and the words rush up with the purple qi and disappear into the nine heavens.

At that time, the light of the bright moon fell on the top of Zhongnan, nine days and nine nights, bathing the body of the Taoist saint. The Taoist saint realized the Tao in the bright moon that never set for nine days and nine nights, and the holy soul almost wanted to break through the air, and finally reached the completion of the holy realm, becoming the Taoist patriarch and creating an immortal Taoist system.

After being canonized, the Taoist saint was not as active as the world imagined, intervening in the world, but he wanted to be born and hidden, so he rode a green ox and went west to Guguan. It is said that at that time, there were 100,000 masters in the world, who came to follow the Taoist saint and went into seclusion at the same time.

Dao Sheng received a disciple Yin Xi halfway, and after passing the 5,000-word "Tao Te Ching" to Yin Xi, he drifted away and never saw the saint again.

Ten years after the Taoist saint was canonized by a copy of the Tao Te Ching, the Confucian saint also passed the three great works of the sun and the moon "Spring and Autumn", "The Book of Songs" and "The Book of Shang", and was successfully canonized.

At that time, the Confucian saint traveled around the six countries, leading 72 sages and 3,000 disciples to actively spread Confucianism and Taoism. In the Tianxia Dao Alliance presided over by the Qin State, the Confucian sage first defeated the literary masters of the six countries, and then competed with the hundred schools of thought with his own strength.

When a hundred schools of thought contended for a war, the Confucian saints sacrificed the three masterpieces of "Spring and Autumn", "Book of Songs" and "Book of Songs", and the soul power filled the heaven and earth, and even the three masterpieces burned at the same time as the light of the sky, as if three majestic giant suns descended on the world.

This vision of "three days of the same light" even obscured the sun in the sky, and among the six countries, the holy light of the three days can be seen at the same time, and countless people, whether high or low, have all been enlightened by Confucianism, and the weather in the world is new.

After this battle, Confucius was canonized.

However, in the heart of literature and Taoism, the Confucian saint insists on actively using the world, which is very different from the Taoist saint who was born in seclusion. So before the Dao Sage went out to hide, the Confucian Sage took the initiative to climb to the top of Zhongnan Mountain, and asked the Dao Sage on top of a boulder.

This battle can be described as the most magical and desirable pinnacle battle in that era of brilliant stars and saints!

But the two saints sat opposite each other on the Zhongnan Boulder, sometimes closing their eyes and contemplating, sometimes opening their eyes to talk, this ultimate battle that attracted the attention of the world turned out to be as ordinary as if two scholars were chatting.

However, half of the trees within a radius of ten miles of Zhongnan Mountain, no matter what kind of tree species, have all turned into crape myrtles, as if purple air comes from the east, and it is auspicious. The other half has all turned into peach trees, falling into colorful flowers, and the red glow is like the sea.

Heaven and earth are magnificent!

Crape myrtle is a sacred tree of Taoism. The peach tree is the sacred tree of Confucianism.

Crape myrtle and peach blossoms bloom and fall, fall and bloom, within a day, spring, summer, autumn and winter change rapidly, and neither side can occupy the slightest advantage.

Later, someone was on the top of Mount Tai, and saw the phantom of the Taoist saint and the Confucian saint playing chess, between the rise and fall of the black and white chess pieces, the night and the day were also replaced in an instant, like the manifestation of the gods.

At the same time, someone was in the valley of Kunlun, and saw the phantom of the Taoist saint and the Confucian saint writing in the clouds, and every time he wrote a word, the thunder would swim away like a flying dragon, spreading thousands of miles away.

At the same time, there were still people in the Nanming Sea, seeing the backs of Taoist saints and Confucian saints fishing at the same time. Dao Sheng's rod fished up half a round of bright moon. A rod of Confucian saints fished up half of the red sun.

Three days later, the Confucian sage got up, bowed to the Taoist sage, and said, "I have been taught." After finishing speaking, he drifted away and left Zhongnan Mountain.

Since then, the Taoist saint has not come out of the world, and Taoism is like water, moistening the future generations in silence. The Confucian saint set up 3,000 academies in the world to save the souls of all people from fire and water.

Who wins and who loses in this battle?
