Chapter 1 Huhu Health Center
Section 1 Preface I am Xia Wei, a divorced woman, my story has nothing to do with you, the author's story has nothing to do with the reader, and people seem to have nothing to do with each other, but in fact...... Years ago, I went to work. Seven years ago, I divorced (a marriage that had lasted for more than 20 years was shattered in an instant). In two years, I'm leaving my job. Looking back on the bumpy and stormy road that has been walked, it is so long, and it seems to be a thought. Does Character Determine Destiny? Divorce seems to have become a pathology of modern marriage. Freedom of marriage, does an overly liberal marriage mean not free? When lonely, fall in love with writing. Writing a novel has been my dream for many years. After the breakup, my story has nothing to do with you. Thus, this novel was born.
I have learned a lot in my work and I would like to share it with you. For example, although the nursing work at the beginning was hard, everyone was very happy, and there was no calculation or comparison with each other. Later, I went to the obstetrics and gynecology department to work as an obstetrician and gynecologist. There is hardship, but there is also comfort; There are grievances, but there are also gains; As an obstetrician and gynecologist, there is responsibility and responsibility. In the process of being the project leader, I suddenly found that there are so many chronic patients and mental patients, and how to reduce the incidence of chronic diseases and mental illness seems to have become a difficult point in the work, but we can still find a solution. On a personal emotional front, I experienced my parents' marital interference, which led to a hasty choice of life partner. My ex-husband and I had many conflicts due to our different personalities, perceptions and perspectives on things, and I thought about divorce, but for the sake of the sick elderly, I had to give up the idea of divorce. I wanted to get out of here, but when everything seemed to be done, it was blocked, and the transfer ended in failure. Later, I got divorced.
I started to get lost and wanted to get out of here, thinking that if I got out of here, everything would be fine. However, the days of wandering outside did not go well, so I returned to my original unit without hesitation. The leaders and colleagues of the unit welcomed me back very warmly, and with a grateful heart, I accepted the new job arranged by the leader, and started the management of chronic diseases and psychiatric prevention and treatment in the public health department. This work is done for seven years. Public health project management is a new topic, which focuses on prevention and manages some special patients. There is no experience to follow, so we can only rely on ourselves to constantly explore and summarize experience in our work, and screen out a set of work models that are suitable for us. In my life and work, I have discovered some very important tips and tricks, some of which are medical problems, but they have been overcome by simple recipes. In this novel, I also present it to you, hoping to bring health, happiness and peace to more people. In this novel, I also show my personality weaknesses, hoping that readers can find some patterns and philosophies of life. Weakness is my most fatal weakness, and it also makes my life path not so smooth. At this point, my first boyfriend, Wang Tao, gave me a lot of help and made me overcome this weakness, which made me so strong. So, I wrote down my emotions and work experiences, which will remain as permanent memories for many years. Xia Wei August 7, 2015 Section 2 Huhu Health Center In 1980, Xia Wei participated in a short-term medical knowledge training in the county, and the Health Bureau arranged her to work in the nursing team of Huhu Township Health Center. When the Huhu Health Center was built in the early days of liberation, there was no hospital in the township at that time, and there were only one or two private clinics within a radius of dozens of miles, and the doctors in the clinic were not too highly educated. That year, the local government built the hospital at this crossroads, which is surrounded by mountains on both sides, considering that the people here lack medical care. Its construction style is different, when it was first built there is only one bungalow, its special thing is its shape, one by one the vaulted roof divides the house into a room, the top of the house is not a single tile, it is all made of cement and bricks of the garden arched roof, and then look at the inside of the house, in the middle is a long corridor, on both sides of the corridor is a room, wards, treatment rooms, operating rooms, duty rooms are lined up, there is a hall in the middle, used to receive emergency patients, the end of the corridor is the operating room. Later, an outpatient building was built in front of this house, and a staff dormitory was built in the back, the yard was very large, there was a small vegetable garden for employees, between the outpatient clinic and the ward was a flower bed, and the most striking thing was the camphor tree at the west end of the ward, with a thick trunk, with branches that were as big as umbrellas, and green leaves all year round. Especially in spring, the trees are full of small white flowers, and the whole yard is filled with a strong fragrance, and the leaves rustle after the breeze. In the summer, the acquaintances on the trees sing in unison, adding a cheerful rhythm to the silent courtyard.
The medical staff here all live in the family area of the unit, and Xia Wei and some single men and women live on the second floor of the outpatient building. Xia Wei's department has eight to nine people, and the implementation is a four-shift management, that is, large and small night shifts, day shifts and continuous shifts. When Xia Wei came here, the biggest operation performed by the health center was gastrectomy, and the doctors and anesthesiologists who operated on them were all doctors from the hospital. Wards are often full, and sometimes extra beds are required. So, nursing can be very busy. When working the night shift, it is common to encounter rescuing patients, and a nurse is too busy, at this time, the head nurse will notify any nurse who is not on duty to help in the ward, and everyone has no complaints, forming a tacit understanding, that is, everything is for the patient. It is precisely because of this concept that everyone will work without pay. The day shift of the nursing group generally has four people on duty, one treatment class, one nuclear tour class, one company shift, and one outpatient injection room shift. The work tasks of each class are arranged in this way, and the treatment team does infusion, injection, etc. for inpatients; The nurses on the itinerant shift not only check and transcribe the doctor's orders, but also take on the responsibility of distributing oral medication to inpatients and making rounds of wards; The nurses on the shift are generally to help with the treatment, and they also cooperate with the work of each shift; Both the small night shift and the big night shift are just a nurse on duty. Rural areas have just been divided into households, farmers do not have enough knowledge of the safe use of pesticides, pesticide poisoning cases occur frequently, spraying pesticides, farmers generally choose to spray in the hottest afternoon of the day, some of them spray against the direction of the wind, and some people sprinkle the water in the watering can on their bodies and clothes are completely unaware. Therefore, the number of patients admitted to the emergency department at night increased, and at this time, the doctors and nurses who heard the call for help would take the initiative to go to the ward to help, and none of them would escape.
