There are a few changes to mention

Friends who read my book, this book is written and sent while thinking, although I want to write without omissions, but it is still not so rigorous. There are a few changes to mention.

Regarding cotton and cotton cloth, the fabrics of the Qin period were generally kudzu, linen, and silk. Cotton grows in the Western Regions, and it is said that Zhang Qian brought back cotton seeds after his mission to the Western Regions, so the time of appearance cannot be advanced. At that time, there was not much silk, and civilians could not use it. At that time, there was kapok, but it was extremely precious, and after Ren Huan, Zhao Tuo and others laid down Baiyue, a little kapok flowed into the north. So the cotton part was modified.

Regarding camels, modifications were also made. Camels are produced in the Western Regions, and there should be no in the Guanzhong area. However, according to European archaeological discoveries, before Zhang Qian's mission to the Western Regions, silk fabrics had flowed to the west, so the countries in the east that raised silkworms and reeled silk could only be Qin or the previous Warring States Period, and there were traders to the West before Qin, but there were very few, which is also well documented. Since silk can be found, I think camels can also be brought in. But to avoid controversy, I changed the camel to a horse.

Regarding winter melon, some articles say that it is introduced, and some say that it is original. Qin Shi really didn't have anything to eat, so I thought it was original. Really, it's quite bitter to travel to the Qin Dynasty.

Regarding sesame seeds, a large number of articles say that Zhang Qian brought them back, but there are also archaeological evidence to prove that this crop was already available during the Warring States period. I myself believed in the archaeological data more, and of course I was more sympathetic to the people of that time, so I wrote sesame seeds into it.

There is also the issue of Zhao Gao's identity, needless to say, the eunuch issue, Qin Shi was a eunuch in the palace, not a eunuch, which is different from the later Song and Ming Dynasty's statement. Then there was the time for him to become the minister in charge of the seal, I made a change, it should be when the first emperor went on his last tour, Meng Yi left halfway, and the emperor handed over the seal to him, which should be a temporary appointment. In the book, Xu Fu's introduction mentioned the matter of his palm seal, which is an oversight of handling. He was a close minister of the Son of Heaven at that time, but he didn't have the important part. After making the modifications, the character's mental path changes naturally.

Regarding Hu Hai's role positioning, I think he is a relatively divided person, smart, stubborn, naïve, and a self-righteous non-mainstream. This one has not been modified. The author is ready to cripple him.
