Two of the six realms of reincarnation are tangible, namely "humanity" and "animal nature." Four of the six realms of reincarnation are invisible, namely the "Heavenly Path", the "Shura Path", the "Purgatory Path", and the "Hell Path".

The tangible is called "instrumental", and the intangible is called "non-instrumental".
