Chapter Ninety-One: The Beginning of a Journey to Dreamland
γSacred Beast Country: Pamir Townγ
Harry is a tavern owner in Pamir Town, and he is in his seventies this year. He has been a bachelor all his life, has no children, and runs a tavern alone on the edge of the desert at night.
He provided food for the merchants who came and went so that he could earn a small income.
But since the night desert bandits are rampant, there are fewer and fewer merchants passing through here.
Many people have migrated from the small Pamir towns to the big cities to the west. Harry, one of the few who didn't want to stay here, said that the Pamir town needed a grave keeper.
That night, Harry, who was sleeping in the attic, heard a knock at the door downstairs.
He didn't want to get up, but the knock didn't go away.
"It's coming, it's coming!" Harry scrambled to get out of bed and put on his cotton clothes, knowing that the night in the desert was dribblingly cold.
Knock knock!
The knocking on the door grew louder and louder.
"Don't knock, I hear you!" Harry dragged his slippers and yawned down the stairs, "Really, I didn't let people sleep, three o'clock in the morning, it was terrible! Could it be that Knight came to ask for milk again?"
Knock knock!
The whole little wooden door was going to fall apart.
Harry opened the door angrily and snapped, "Don't you see what time it is?"
"I'm sorry, sir, but is this an inn?"
Harry looked up at a man in a brown trench coat and a huge black hat, Harry tilted his head to see his face, but the huge brim and towering collar wrapped the man's face tightly, revealing only his beard.
"Sir, is there any room available?"
The man was polite, but his tone was cold, and he didn't apologize in the slightest for his late-night visit.
Harry said angrily, "How many people, how many nights?"
"My friend should be upstairs, and I agreed with him to meet here today. β
"Sir, so you're not going to stay at the hotel?"
"Didn't mean it, I would open a room to myself even though my friend was here. β
"What's your name?"
"Egger, Egger of Agnes. β
"Interesting name!" Harry said with a smile, "Why do so many people in this world have to follow the name of the inheritor?" Harry shook his head, making room for Egger, "Come in, it's cold outside." β
"Thank you. Iger gently pressed the brim of his hat and walked into the dilapidated inn, "Sir, what is your name?"
"Harry, Harry Potter, Potter Harry, interesting, right?"
"Yes. Egger hesitated, "Interesting name." β
Harry gestured to the hat on Egger's head, "Don't you take your hat off when you enter the house?"
"Excuse me, sir, this hat is important to me. β
Harry grimaced, "Whatever you want." "It's not unusual to meet a traveler who doesn't want to take off his hat. Harry left a lamp for Egger, walked up the stairs, and whispered, "The rooms are all the same here, a hundred dollars a night, and then, whatever you want." If you're hungry, go to the kitchen and find something to eat. There are drinks and fruits on the tea table, and you want to eat them and take them yourself. But one thing, don't affect the person who sleeps, understand?"
"Understood. β
Harry nodded, and went back to his room.
"Good night, Mr. Harry!" said Egger coldly.
Harry shrugged, "You too, Mr. Egger. β
Egger waited for Harry to leave and quietly went up to the attic and knocked lightly on the door of a room.
Knock knock!
"Please come in!" a young voice came from inside the room.
Iger was unkind, pushed open the door and walked in. Turn around and close the wooden door gently.
"Are things going well?" said the young man in the room, lighting the magic lamp on the bedside table.
In the faint light, the young man's handsome face was exceptionally clear. She has soft red eyebrows, big sea blue eyes, short red hair, a muscular body, a light nose and delicate skin. This is a huge contrast to Egger's full beard.
"Everything is going well, the Desert Bandits have been cleared by me, Yan Jie's soul has been recovered, and when the time is right, I can resurrect her. β
The young man looked around and asked, "Is it safe?"
"Safety, a radius of five miles has entered the range of my enchantment, and I will know in advance as soon as there is any wind and grass. β
The young man smiled with satisfaction.
"Long time no see, Agnes. The young man shook Agnes' hand.
"Janecis, the last time we saw each other was three years ago. β
"Yes. β
"Is Iris alright?"
"She's fine, you can rest assured. Genesis touched his red hair and said, "What is the reason why you wrote to me not long ago and meet here?"
"I didn't expect you to really come, I thought I was going to act alone again. β
Genesis chuckled under his breath, "As long as I can help you, I'll do my best." β
"Thank you. Agnes lowered his hat and said, "I know the whereabouts of the Wisdom Gem." β
"Where?"
"In the hands of the last remaining StarClan. β
"Where is he?"
"Dream Tower, Dream City. β
"Lost land. Genesis stood up and muttered.
"I think it's a good time for all the Alliance's attention to be on Operation Thunder Island, and we can take advantage of this opportunity to go into the Lost Lands and look for the Gem of Wisdom. β
"The Lost Lands is not a good place, and even inheritors can't get out of it. The terrain inside is extremely complex, and the legendary Dream Clan is also mysterious. β
A mysterious smile appeared on Agnes' grim face, "You and I, even if we return without success, we can get out of the way, and this confidence is still there." β
"It's a really good time. "I think it's worth a try." β
"Tarot cards and the praise of the revenant, I believe it is difficult for us to have an opponent. The eighth force in the alliance is on the move, and if we don't hurry up at this time, I'm afraid we will end up being very passive. β
"So it was decided. Genesis stood up, "When are you leaving?"
"Departure tomorrow. β
"No problem. β
Genesis smiled, "Agnes, you are a very punctual person, why are you late today?"
"I met Mone Gu, and he was strong. β
"Ancient Monro?" Genesis scoffed, "he's the strongest warrior in that alliance?"
"Yes, I don't have the slightest chance of winning a head-on fight with him. β
"He is indeed a difficult person, and even if it is my revenant salute, I am afraid it will be troublesome to deal with him. Genesis asked interestingly, "How did you get rid of him?"
"A tarot card was used. β
"It's amazing, I actually forced you to play your cards. Genesis exclaimed, "If I have the chance, I really want to compete with the number one warrior of this alliance." β
"Forget it!" Agnes rolled his eyes, "he's hard to deal with when he's using all his might. β
"Which card did you use? Death or Judgment?"
"I haven't thought about killing him yet. "He's just a madman, there's no need for death and judgment." β
"Aside from Death and Judgment, are there any cards that can get rid of him?"
"Magic Mirror. Agnes whispered, "Just use the mirror technique to trap him in the enchantment that the mirror is composed." β
"It's really yours, he didn't see it?"
"Genesis, it seems like when I fought you more than a decade ago, you were also trapped in mirror space. β
"Really?" Jennesses smiled awkwardly, "In the mirror world, how strong is he?"
"Very strong, I'm afraid it's above you. "He smashed the king, the queen, the clown, the red knight, the black butler, and the swordsman, and the armor was terrifying." β
"Indeed, this destructive power is above me. Genesis touched his chin and said.
Agnes stretched and stood up, "Alright, I'm going to rest too, after all, it's not easy to escape from that madman's hands." β
"What's not easy, you leave leisurely by yourself and let him entertain himself alone in the mirror space, this is the most relaxing!"
"I only have the tarot card of Mirror Imagery, and it won't be useful next time!" Agnes put on his hat, opened the door and turned back, "If I meet him again, I can only use death or judgment." β
"So, you're still a little reluctant to give up on Munro?"
"I can't bear my cards. β
"Well, it's not easy for you to make a card. Genesis turned off the magic lamp and waved to Agnes at the door, "See you tomorrow, I'm going to rest too." β
"Good night, Genesis. Agnes softly closed the door and left.
Agnes didn't answer, and lay down on the bed and fell asleep.
In the dilapidated inn, a breeze blows through the broken corridors. In the Pamir town shrouded in night, the darkness was illuminated by the sparkling spiritual lights. Agnes opened the door of his room, gently placed his hat on the head of the bed, and lay down on the bed and fell asleep.
