Since the beginning of Huaxia, the dragon vein has been broken, and the advanced immortal cultivators and Buddha cultivators seem to have left the earth overnight. Those cultivators and Buddhist disciples who are gradually declining seem to have a mission, to find the glory that belonged to them in the past. In order to find the ruins of the sect, the elders of the Kunlun Sect all died in vain in the Valley of Death.
Today, there is a widely spread legend about the holy place of Shambhala in Buddhism, and generations of high-ranking monks and enlightened people have embarked on the road of no return from the moment they set foot on this step. Since then, these legends and their disappearance have become a mystery that future generations are puzzled by, but they have been repeated from generation to generation.
It's just that until the last moment, no one will ever know that what they yearn for and pursue is actually the graveyard of death. Just like wild elephants, when the year of knowing their fate comes, they will set foot on the secret realm where the elephant herd lives in vain. Aren't these monks who have gone forward to succeed them like wild elephants who have ended their lives there?
In order to find the ethereal legend of a person, the moment they embarked on the road of searching, they were forever doomed to their fate. Leaving another legend about their immortality and enlightenment, let the latecomers follow their footsteps and continue to die on this road of no return.
Looking at this corpse of a monk that seemed to be frozen, it was as if he was dying in a deep sleep. But no matter how rich his expression is, it is an indisputable fact that he is dead. Especially when Wu Dao cut out the first corpse of a high monk like the realm, as the ice cubes cut up under his sword increased, the more corpses he saw like the high monk below.
Even the body of the first eminent monk began to be recognized, which was the old living Buddha who personally gave him the precepts and the top teacher when he was a young monk. When I saw that Wu Dao seemed to be angry, it was constantly sharpened into pieces of ice like steel along the bottom. The corpses of the monks presented in front of him became more and more numerous.
The corpses of these monks who were frozen in the mountain peaks looked like they had become Buddhas, and their faces looked very calm. But the old living Buddha knows very well that this is the look that the monks will show when they feel that they can return to the arms of the Buddha when they face death as a Buddha. It's not really Buddhahood!
Looking at this mountain peak about a thousand meters high, as Wu Dao's sword qi was cut into a mirror, anyone standing in front of this mirror would feel creepy. Even Wu Dao is no exception, because this mountain peak is like a hundred Buddha pictures, and hundreds of monks in different costumes are all absorbed and frozen in the peak.
As can be seen from the height of the peaks, there are very few corpses of high monks who have reached the heights, and the more they go down. Especially at the foot of the mountain, there are dozens of them at a glance, just like this corpse that shows its true face, presented in front of Wu Dao and the old living Buddha.
As for the old living Buddha, who is well versed in the history of Buddhism, he looked at the corpses with old tears in his eyes. Looking at the corpses of these high monks who have now become the faces of various Buddhist patriarchs, the old living Buddha knows. These are the Buddhist monks who are said to have attained Buddhahood, and after hearing the guidance of the so-called Buddha, they finally sat here and became a lifelike ice sculpture.
This is a sacred place for Buddhism, and it is basically a hunt for Buddhist monks, especially the corpses of the two highest-ranking monks. With the help of Wu Dao, the old living Buddha carefully identified it. It was found that they were not Chinese faces, but should be the two patriarchs of Hinduism, and according to legend, they were able to attain the Arhat status back then. But I didn't expect that in the end, I would sit here.
Shambhala!
The Buddhist holy land buried in the endless snow-capped mountains was presented to him in the end as a sitting bone pagoda of a high monk. Each monk is like a living relic, sealed under this ice peak according to the level of cultivation. The old living Buddha who watched it almost lost his heart in the end, and after being woken up by Wu Dao in time, what he could do was to chant the scriptures for these ancestors of the past dynasties.
Seeing that the old living Buddha seemed to be calming down, Wu Dao tried to start digging inside, these were like the corpses of high monks embedded in the ice peak. But I found that the sword that usually sharpens iron like clay is a little useless at the moment. Looking at the hardness and coldness of this ice, Wu Dao could feel that this ice was at least tens of thousands of years old. Otherwise, this hardness cannot be achieved at all.
Just when Wu Dao was sweating profusely, he was about to dig up the corpses of these high monks, and finally destroy this mountain where the monks of the past generations were buried. Xu Yiyi, who had successfully advanced to the peak of Jindan after entering the Yuling Bead, appeared out of thin air again.
Said: "Husband, Xiaozhu said that there is an acquired demon spirit hidden in this mountain peak, and your current cultivation is not its opponent." However, it can devour the other party, but after these high monks are devoured, it is very likely that they will be wiped out.
Because they can preserve this appearance now, it was deliberately preserved here by the demon spirit to take revenge on Buddhism. If the demons disappear, chances are they'll all be reduced to ashes. ”
Demons? As soon as these words came out, Wu Dao was very surprised and said, "You mean to say that the corpses of these high monks were all intentionally done by that demon spirit?" So the inductive signals in our minds are also caused by it? ”
In this regard, Xu Yiyi said: "Yes, this demon spirit is trapped under the snow peak and cannot come out. That trace of Buddha's voice was deliberately released when he vowed to eliminate the Buddha. Over the years, by absorbing the Buddha Yuan Power of these high monks, as well as the pure spiritual power of this snow-capped mountain, the soul has been maintained immortal.
You didn't show it up when you chopped it like that just now, the key is that you sensed the existence of Xiaozhu and deliberately hid in. Xiaozhu was afraid that you would say that it was a foodie, so she specially reminded you that these demon spirits also have some benefits for it. Therefore, after devouring the demons, the remains of these high monks can no longer exist. ”
Hearing that the spirit wisdom in the Spirit Cultivation Bead was so high, Wu Dao was undoubtedly very surprised. From the memories of Venerable Cao Mu, he also found the reason for the birth of this acquired demon spirit. That is, the monk who has cultivated the Buddha, in the case of extreme misanthropy, made a grand vow to poison the monster produced by the Buddha into the demon.
This also proves the Buddhist principle of the saying 'one thought becomes a Buddha, one thought becomes a demon'! It's just that Wu Dao doesn't understand very much, why would such a high-ranking monk make such a grand wish to betray the Buddha and enter the Demon Dao? This is a situation from which the monk will step into a state of no return!
Just when Wu Dao looked at the old living Buddha who was still complaining about **, the old living Buddha, who was almost angry at that time, said very calmly: "Wu Jushi, you can just make up your mind." can see the ancestors of the past generations feathering and ascending to immortals, I believe they won't mind. And today I have the honor to personally see them off, which is a great blessing for Buddhism. ”
Having said so, what can Wu Dao say!
Soon Wu Dao saw that the Yuling Bead hanging around his neck had escaped directly into the sparks of the 10,000-year-old ice that he had just dug with his sword. It didn't take long for him to hear a terrifying voice like a resentful spirit: "Impossible, how can you still exist in this world, impossible!" Yes! Don't devour me! ”
As this intermittent sound ended, Wu Dao soon saw that the snow-capped mountain that had been formed by the original solid ice and sealed the corpses of the previous generations of eminent monks quickly melted. The bones that seemed to be lifelike just now are now melting away with the melting of the ice.
Only the relics and Buddha beads that shimmered with the Buddha's light were kept and fell down, allowing Wu Dao to reach out and catch them. Only the two eminent monks who have attained the Arhat status have two Buddha beads that are more precious than the relics. The rest of the monks who had dissolved turned into relics scattered in Wu Dao's hands.
Looking at the monks who were still in the painting wall before, now all of them have become fruit Buddha beads and relics. Wu Dao is ready to transfer the only thing that has been retained by these high monks to the old living Buddha.
The old living Buddha said very calmly: "Wu Jushi, with your help today, the old monk escaped a catastrophe, and let him personally tell the ancestors of Buddhism and Taoism to see them off." The old monk is already very grateful!
The Buddhist beads and relics of these ancestors hope to play a role in eliminating demons among lay people! Giving the old monk is just adding to the sorrow. It's still the layman who uses them where they should be used the most! ”
It is clear that the next confrontation with the Yin soldiers of the island country will be confronted, and these relics left by most of the Bodhisattva Realm monks will play a very important role. The old living Buddha gave it up very calmly, because he didn't have much effect when he took it back except for enshrined it.
What's more, for the ancestors of Buddhism and Taoism who lived in vain, if their relics and Buddhist beads can eventually be consumed in the matter of clearing Buddhist demons. It is also a good thing to accumulate merit for them, and the old living Buddha believes that if these ancestors have spirits, they will not blame him for the decisions he has made today.
Seeing that the old living Buddha refused to accept these monk relics that Wu Dao really needed, and those two, which were enough to arrange a Thousand Buddhas to destroy the demon of the Buddha Array. Undoubtedly, when the catastrophe comes, it can save the lives of many Taoist soldiers and Buddhist soldiers. You must know that once this kind of Thousand Buddha Demon Slaying Array is deployed, even if it is a more advanced ghost commander of the Ghost King, it will eventually be dissolved to death by the Buddha's light.
Towards these things that were carefully multiplied with the jade box, Wu Dao quickly saw it. The snow wind that used to be howling in the sky has become no different from the outside. The only difference was that when the Yuling Bead returned to his chest, the scenery presented in front of the three of Wu Dao. Wu Dao and the old living Buddha, who originally thought that this trip might almost end, couldn't help but sigh at the miracle of the creator.
Beyond the melting of the snowy peak, which had previously blocked all their vision, what appeared in front of them was another dreamlike view. What makes Wu Daohui feel even more miraculous is that in this vast wilderness of ice and snow. He saw a holy place that seemed to be shrouded in a greenhouse-like formation.
As you can see from the lush greenery you can see, this is probably the legendary Buddhist shrine of Shambhala. It is said that in the snow-capped mountains, the only secret place where greenery, flowers and trees can appear. So what will this be in front of you? (To be continued.) )
