It is the abbots of the Great Zen Temple who are qualified to practice, and the supreme method of the Yangshen Avenue "Past Mida Sutra" is directly pointed to.

In the middle of the scriptures, there is a golden Buddha, sitting in the void, surrounded by countless suns, moons and stars, blessing the brilliance of this golden Buddha.

This golden Buddha has slightly closed eyes, crossed knees, hands sealed, and a serene expression, but unlike the majesty of the Buddha statues in other temples, it exudes a kind of cordial and familiar atmosphere.

The demeanor and temperament can resonate with people, and even make Su Ze feel that this Buddha is his previous life of thousands of lifetimes.

Therefore, a Buddha is not a deity, nor is it a living being with supernatural powers, but every living being has a Buddha in his heart. He awakens his true self and forges the heart of the Dao, and he is a Buddha himself.

"As I heard, the soul of the gods is in the heavenly court, the heavenly court, the place where the gods return, and the spiritual platform of the Buddhas. Visualize the breath of the stars penetrating into the top, inch by inch, combining with the divine soul, the illusion is reborn, the divine soul can be cool, scorching, sour and spicy, and you can see the heavenly Qionglou Jade Maiden, and you can see the Shura evil ghosts, you can see the Heavenly Maiden Bodhisattvas, and you can see the gods of heaven and earth...... Visualize that there is a Buddha in the void, named Amitabha, who is the original face of all beings in heaven and earth, guarding the original thoughts, not being moved by everything, and can avoid disasters and misfortunes......"

For a whole year, Su Ze went deep into simplicity and concentrated on practice.

He sat cross-legged on the garden floor, figuring out the cultivation method of the Mida Sutra word by word, especially the Buddha statue in the center of the scripture, which he looked at hundreds of times.

Just by looking at the Buddha statues, I seem to realize my past life, which is worthy of the supreme method of cultivating the soul of the gods in the Great Zen Temple for thousands of years. ”

"The most important thing is the Buddha statue, which condenses all the teachings of Buddhism. If you have already deposited the golden image of the Buddha in your heart, you can ignore the other texts. ”

After carefully pondering and understanding for half a year, Su Ze already had some experience in his heart about this Mida Sutra.

In his opinion, the words in this scripture are only the methods of cultivation and precautions, but the core essence is still this image of the Buddha in the past.

On the back of the "Sutra of the Past Buddha", there are various decomposed images that can be used for contemplation.

But all images should be under the suppression of the Buddha before they can be practiced.

Otherwise, it will be gone.

When he first practiced, Su Ze experienced all the illusions experienced by the various schools and sects.

At that time, Su Ze learned the Buddha in the middle of the "Mida Sutra", sat cross-legged on the ground in the garden, closed his eyes, held his hands in front of his abdomen, and held the Mida seal with his thumbs facing each other.

After imagining the starry sky in his mind, Su Ze sat quietly, visualizing the brilliance of the stars in the sky shining down, empowering in, and entering his head inch by inch.

In the visualization, Su Ze felt that countless starlight had penetrated into the epithelium, and his whole body was cool. It seems to be bathed in the breeze, and the pores and souls of the whole body are breathing fresh air, and the whole person is fluttering and extremely comfortable.

It's an intoxicating sensation that makes you feel like you'll never want to wake up. That's the first feeling.

This is recorded in the Mida Sutra as a sign of the sinking of the soul, and when such a sign appears, it is necessary to visualize the past Buddha image in the center of the sutra in time.

With a thought in his mind, Su Ze remembered the Buddha in the past, and suddenly, a kind and peaceful golden Buddha statue appeared in the starry sky. As soon as the Buddha statue appeared, Su Ze suddenly felt that his heart was suddenly sober, and the feeling of being comfortable and intoxicated immediately disappeared.

After meditating for a moment and calming his mind, Su Ze once again visualized the starlight in the starry sky entering his body, causing a reaction from his divine soul.

Visualize for a moment, and the feeling of well-being reappears.

Su Ze, who had experience, no longer sank, and after sticking to the temptation, the illusion changed again, but it was a tingling pain all over his body, a splitting headache, and then a thousand bittersweet and sour tastes came to his heart.

Su Ze held on tightly.

The illusion in his mind changed again, and Yaksha, Shura, and evil spirits appeared one after another, surrounding him on all sides, eager to devour his flesh and blood.

There are also all kinds of howls, which also surround the ears.

Su Ze silently ignored this, was not moved by it, and was not very afraid of the fierce and vicious scene in his mind. After all, he is a character who has traveled through several worlds, and there is still no shortage of guts.

This picture like Shura's hell lasted for a while, and after Su Ze kept his mind, the picture changed again, like falling into a gentle country, beautiful women like clouds, the beauty loomed, lingering and gentle, singing and dancing.

"It's a bit outdated, it's too conservative to dress, it's not as good as the island lady. ”

Su Ze still has the leisure to evaluate these beauties.

Next, the picture changed again, Su Ze was lying in the sea of corpses and blood, his body was completely festering, and Sen Sen's white bones were exposed, and his death was extremely tragic.

This picture is really realistic, and you can even faintly feel that there are maggots crawling on the corpse, and people who have a habit of cleanliness may really not be able to accept it!

This is the idea of the White Bone View school of view, and it has also appeared.

Rumble!

Suddenly, the picture in his mind disappeared in an instant, and Su Ze felt that the endless starlight in the starry sky had merged with his divine soul, and he turned into a yang god.

This feeling of ascension is very real, even if Su Ze already knew in advance from the Mida Sutra that there would be an illusion of ascension during the cultivation process, but the thought still rose uncontrollably in his heart: Am I already a Dao Yang God now, and I can fly to the immortal realm?

At this critical juncture, suddenly, the Buddha who seemed to be his previous life appeared in the starry sky.

The spirit that wanted to break away from its body and fly to the sky suddenly calmed down, and the thought of wanting to soar in his mind suddenly disappeared. This is the illusion of the final level.

"Sure enough, for cultivators, soaring to immortality is the most difficult temptation to refuse!"

Sobering up, Su Ze breathed a sigh of relief in his heart, this Mida Sutra is really evil, cultivating according to the contemplation in the scriptures, the divine soul almost sank in all kinds of illusions, if it was not suppressed by the golden Buddha of the past, he may be difficult to get rid of the illusion.

Therefore, the practice of the "Mida Sutra" does not lie in how profound the method is, the greatest effect is the image on the sutra, after comprehending the charm, visualizing this Buddha in the mind, can suppress all terror, eliminate joy, and even quickly repair the damaged soul.

"Although the process is a bit dangerous, the effect is surprisingly good!"

After feeling the degree of condensation of his own divine soul, Su Ze found that after only contemplating it once, his divine soul was much more condensed than before.

This kind of method that can quickly strengthen the soul is far better than going out of the body and adapting to the external environment again and again.
