Chapter 701: Coming and Going (Part II)

The Provincial Sports Commission sent an inspection team this time, the team leader is Xie Yunfei, deputy director of the Provincial Sports Commission, Zhang Yang is no stranger, he dealt with Xie Yunfei when he was in Nanwu, and he has some understanding of Xie Yunfei, when Zhang Yang arrived at the Jinghai Water Sports Center, the people of the inspection team have arrived first, Xie Yunfei has trained the group of people Wang Guangzheng, deputy mayor of Jinghai, to raise their heads, Xie Yunfei has some personal vendetta this time, and he picks his nose and eyes at the water sports center, and it is not pleasing to the eye anywhere, which does not meet the standards. There is a problem with the design, these local officials in Jinghai are full of grievances, the water sports center has actually passed the acceptance of the provincial construction department, and the quality of the project is up to standard, but Xie Yunfei came over with resentment today, when he was in Nanwu, just because he wanted to cover Liu Chengping to go first, he shouted for the leader to go first, but he was smashed by Zhang Yang with a punch and broke the bridge of his nose.

After the fire, Xie Yunfei was worried in his heart for a long time, the reason was very simple, he was afraid that Zhang Yang would tell him about it, but later found that this matter was never exposed, and no one was looking for trouble with him, a heart finally let go, but once his heart was safe, Xie Yunfei began to think about it, the more he pondered about it, the more he thought about it, the more he hated Zhang Yang, in fact, even if he hated, he could only put it in his heart, he was still an understanding person, Zhang Yang he couldn't afford to provoke, and people even the director of the Management Committee of the Development Zone, Liao Bosheng, secretary general of the Dongjiang Municipal Government, dared to fight, and more importantly, it was okay after the fight, the province made such a big fuss, after all, he returned to Nancy unscathed, and became the director of his sports committee as usual, which fully proves how hard the background is. Although Xie Yunfei didn't dare to provoke Zhang Yang, the fire in his stomach had to find a way to vent, so these Jinghai officials were unlucky, and before Zhang Yang came, these people were scolded so much that they were scolded. All of them turned blue, if it weren't for the fact that Xie Yunfei is leader of the Provincial Sports Commission, these people would have turned around and left.

When Zhang Yang came to the water sports center, Xie Yunfei was picking faults in the swimming pool, Zhang Yang saw this guy pointing at Wang Guangzheng's nose from a distance and said: "Look at your facilities, they are all the standards of the eighties, and now they are all in the mid-nineties, what are you doing, the seats are so simple, and the lights are so dim, ah?" Do all of your sports committee cadres in Nancy eat white rice? I don't understand it, I won't go out and see? Learn from the advanced experience of other cities, I don't want to say, I know that this is a swimming pool, I don't know that I think it's a bathhouse, I'm not advocating extravagance and waste, but we also have to pay attention to the image, right? ”

Zhang Yang listened to his scolding happily, so he didn't show up immediately, just stood in the distance and listened to what he said.

Wang Guangzheng said: "Director Xie, our Jinghai Municipal Government undertook the water project of the Provincial Games, all the venue construction relies on our self-reliance, we do this in line with the principle of doing more with less money and doing practical things, although the venue is simple, but it is fully in line with the competition standards, and there is no problem in hosting ordinary domestic competitions." ”

Xie Yunfei glared at Wang Guangzheng and said, "How can a leader not be forward-looking?" Yes? You have built a swimming pool, not to hold a provincial games to complete the mission, but also to serve the broad masses of the people in the future, since the construction must ensure that it will not lag behind within ten years, to build a first-class venue in China. ”

Wang Guangzheng was a little unconvinced from the bottom of his heart, and he said in a low voice: "Director Xie, our swimming pool is also relatively advanced in Pinghai Province. ”

Xie Yunfei said: "Advanced? Tell me where is the first? I said, why are you cadres so immodest? Don't you want people to talk about shortcomings if you have shortcomings? In my opinion, your Nancy Sports Committee does not attach great importance to the work, such preparations, how can everyone believe that you can do a good job in this Provincial Games? ”

Wang Guangzheng didn't speak, and he could see that Xie Yunfei was deliberately here to find fault today. If people are trying to find faults, no matter how good you are, it's useless.

Xie Yunfei was still not finished, he said angrily: "I really can't figure it out, some of your cadres in Nancy shouted slogans louder than anyone else, saying that they want to win the first gold medal and the first medal table, and they are not afraid to say other people's jokes. ”

Now almost everyone heard it, Xie Yunfei was aimed at Zhang Yang, and it was Zhang Yang who shouted that Nancy wanted to win the first place in the double list, it seems that the deputy director of the Sports Committee Xie and Zhang Yang are contradictory.

Xie Yunfei saw that all the Jinghai officials who came over lowered their heads, and couldn't help but feel a little proud in his heart, thinking that his official authority had shocked all these people, he walked onto the diving platform, looked at it matter-of-factly, and then continued to find fault and said: "I don't think this height is quite right!" should not meet international standards. "It's nitpicking.

Wang Guangzheng said: "Director Xie, we have asked professionals to design these professional facilities, and there is no possibility of error. ”

Xie Yunfei said: "Have you actually measured it?" I'm not a professional, but I believe in my eyes, where is the water from the high platform to the pool? I see up to many meters. ”

Wang Guangzheng said: "Director Xie, experts have measured. ”

"Experts? How many credible experts and professors are there now? As long as you eat a few meals, stuff a red envelope, and ask them to write whatever they want. ”

Zhang Yang listened below, and he couldn't bear Xie Yunfei's words anymore, what kind of paralyzed thing, he ran to his own territory to stir up trouble, pretending to be an expert, he came with Chang Lingfeng, Chang Lingfeng also heard Xie Yunfei's words, and smiled.

There were also a few staff members working on the installation work by the pool, and Zhang Yang waved to a young man, who walked over.

Zhang Yang took out a hundred-yuan bill and handed it to the young man, and said with a smile: "Look at my gestures, as soon as I say oops, you will jump down!" ”

The young man whispered, "What are you doing?" His eyes were fixed on the hundred-dollar bill, and Zhang Yang smiled and stuffed a hundred yuan to him. Xiang Chang Lingfeng squeezed his eyes, and the two walked towards the high platform above together.

Xie Yunfei was scolding, and when his mouth was foaming, he heard Zhang Yang's laughter: "Deputy Director Xie, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm late!" ”

Xie Yunfei paused for half of what he said, he hated Zhang Yang, but when he really faced this guy, he still couldn't help but feel worried in his heart, his chest was still very high, his hands were behind his back, and his leadership style was solid, in fact, among the people present today, his level was also the highest.

Zhang Yang walked over with a smile on his face and stretched out his hands to Xie Yunfei, as if he wanted to give him a warm handshake, Xie Yunfei reluctantly shook hands with him.

Zhang Yang said: "Deputy Director Xie, are you still satisfied with today's inspection?" ”

Xie Yunfei said: "Xiao Zhang, there are still some problems with your preparatory work. In the face of publicity, he didn't dare to be as arrogant as he was just now.

Zhang Yang said: "What's the problem? ”

Wang Guangzheng couldn't help but say: "Deputy Director Xie said that our swimming pool is like a bathhouse, and said that the high platform we are standing on now is not enough ten meters. ”

Zhang Yang looked at Xie Yunfei with a smile, Xie Yunfei couldn't help but feel flustered in his heart, but in front of so many people, he couldn't show that he was afraid of Zhang Yang, as a superior official, he couldn't show cowardice, in front of so many people, he also believed that Zhang Yang didn't dare to do anything out of the ordinary. Xie Yunfei plucked up the courage and said: "Xiao Zhang, as the leader of the Sports Committee, the person in charge of this Provincial Games, you have to be strict with the people, you must be responsible for the people of Nancy City, and you must be responsible for the ......."

Before he finished speaking, Zhang Yang had already interrupted him: "Deputy Director Xie, where am I not responsible?" You've laid out some facts to convince me! ”

Xie Yunfei said: "Don't say anything else, if you look at this high platform, I don't see ten meters." ”

Zhang Yang said: "Measure, Mayor Wang, let people go to that tape measure!" ”

Wang Guangzheng responded, Xie Yunfei looked at Zhang Yang in a daze, I didn't expect this guy to be so serious, Lao Tzu is the leader, the leader said that you will listen to you, what is your name with me? Xie Yunfei still lacks understanding of Zhang Yang, and he still doesn't have a long memory after Nanwu was punched by Zhang Yang.

Zhang Yang suddenly looked down: "Ouch! What are you doing! ”

Everyone looked down, but they heard poof! With a sound, Chang Lingfeng exclaimed: "Someone has fallen into the water!" ”

Everyone's attention was focused on the water surface of the pool at this moment, Xie Yunfei was no exception, but he suddenly felt that someone pushed his waist, and his body flew out of the high platform like a cloud, Xie Yunfei only felt the cold wind swishing in his ears, and he felt like he was jumping off a high cliff, he was scared: "Mom! "Screamed loudly.

Zhang Daguan wasted no time in saying: "Deputy Director Xie, hero!" ”

Except for Chang Lingfeng, no one understood what was going on, and they thought that Xie Yunfei had really sacrificed himself to save others, Xie Yunfei knocked! The ground sank into the swimming pool with a sound, but the young man who fell into the water climbed up from the other side of the pool leisurely, and several people from the inspection team of the Provincial Sports Commission came back to their senses at this time, and said in a panic: "It's bad, Director Xie fell into the water!" ”

Zhang Yang said: "Director Xie is here to save people, he is not overboard!" ”

At this moment, Xie Yunfei's head emerged from the pool, his hands waved wildly, he didn't even say a word, and sank again, and now everyone could see that this guy couldn't swim.

Zhang Daguan said: "Director Xie! You wait, I'll come and save you! He slowly took off his clothes, and there were a few brave people around him who went down to save people, but without professional training, no one dared to jump off the ten-meter platform. When they ran to the bottom, they saw Zhang Yang throwing himself into the water in a beautiful diving posture, the splash was actually very beautiful, Zhang Yang found Xie Yunfei underwater, Xie Yunfei was already confused at this time, Zhang Yang pulled his collar, hugged him from behind, took him to the surface, and then came to the shore little by little.

Everyone helped pull Xie Yunfei up, Zhang Yang then climbed up, the staff hurriedly rushed over with a towel, and Zhang Yang took one and draped it on his body. This time, the accompanying reporters hurriedly captured the scene of Zhang Daguan's heroic rescue, and several wonderful shots were taken.

Xie Yunfei lay there motionless, and Wang Guangzheng said: "Hurry up and say that he doesn't like Xie Yunfei, but after all, he is a superior leader, and the leader has an accident in Jinghai, and their Jinghai cadres don't look good."

Zhang Yang smiled: "It's okay! He looked at Xie Yunfei's bulging belly, it seemed that a lot of water had been poured into it, and now the image of this guy was like a toad. Zhang Yang stretched out his finger and poked it on Xie Yunfei's belly, Xie Yunfei's limbs moved very comically to the middle, opening his mouth, wow! spit out a mouthful of water, and then he recovered his reaction, lying on the ground, wow, wow, wow,

Xie Yunfei finished vomiting, his body was also sore, and he went to the bed in the lounge to rest with the support of two members of the investigation team, and Wang Guangzheng invited a doctor from Jinghai People's Hospital to examine his body. After the preliminary examination, it was proved that Xie Yunfei only drank some water and had no other problems with his body, which can be regarded as a blessing in misfortune.

Everyone didn't leave immediately, although there were few sympathizers for Xie Yunfei, but pretending was a must, this was a necessary etiquette, and it was also a sign of hypocrisy. Zhang Yang said: "Deputy Director Xie, you are so brave, the first one rushed out to save people......

Xie Yunfei's aggrieved tears were about to fall out, he was a landlubber at all, he didn't understand water at all, how could he save people, he said weakly: "I don't know water, ten meters high, I'm scared when I stand on it, I ...... I ......" His chest heaved violently with excitement.

Zhang Yang is bad enough, comforting Xie Yunfei and said: "Deputy Director Xie, this is even more valuable, not everyone can do it by sacrificing oneself to save others, which fully reflects the fearless spirit of party members and cadres." ”

Xie Yunfei's face turned pale, and the resentment in his chest brewed into a roar: "Who is it?" Who pushed me off above? ”

The physical state has recovered, and today I began to officially return to the competition, yelling, I have been suffocated to death for the past two days! ro！ ~！
