Xia Boda's words made Li Changyu's suggestion a little embarrassing, which was equivalent to pointing out in public that Li Changyu actually has double standards, naked officials are one thing, and children going abroad are another, you Li Changyu is just acting like this, and it must be difficult to implement it.

Many people in the Standing Committee do not agree with Li Changyu's proposal from the bottom of their hearts, and in the final analysis, Li Changyu's proposal touches the interests of many people, and the proportion of their children studying abroad is very high.

Executive Vice Mayor Gong Qiwei saw that the atmosphere of the venue was a little wrong, and at the critical moment, he was always very resolutely on Li Changyu's side, Gong Qiwei said: "I also agree with Secretary Li's proposal, although the specific situation is analyzed on a case-by-case basis, but as leading cadres, we must have an attitude, and let the people see our clear attitude." ”

Li Changyu's proposal caused an uproar within the Nancy system, and many cadres whose family members were studying and working abroad had to explain the situation to the Commission for Discipline Inspection, and Zhang Daguan was unfortunately one of them.

Ma Tianyi, secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, has personally met with many cadres in the past two days, in fact, Zhang Yang has already handed over written materials before, Zhang Yang thinks that it is redundant to call himself to the Commission for Discipline Inspection to explain the situation, Ma Tianyi is too dogmatic, and he is more serious than flexible in handling things, and he is really rigid and old-fashioned.

Ma Tianyi's expression was as serious as usual: "Xiao Zhang, don't be nervous, I called you over today to understand some of the situation, and there is no other purpose." ”

Zhang Yang smiled and said: "I'm not nervous, if you have anything, just ask, I will definitely cooperate with the work of the Commission for Discipline Inspection." ”

Ma Tianyi said: "According to the information we have, your fiancée Chu Yanran works in the United States. ”

Zhang Yang nodded.

Ma Tianyi said: "She is an American citizen? ”

Zhang Yang said: "Yes, it is very inconvenient to work in the United States for a long time and manage such a large company without nationality. ”

Ma Tianyi said: "Xiao Zhang, your situation is very sensitive, the city has just issued a regulation, all spouses and children, not for work needs, settled abroad, or joined foreign nationality, or obtained permanent residence abroad, are not allowed to serve as party and government officials and important departments of the team, all children studying abroad workers, to give a detailed explanation of the process." ”

Zhang Yang said: "I heard about it, but this matter can't be done with me, first, I and Chu Maran are currently in the relationship of an unmarried couple, which does not belong to the scope of your management, and second, she obtained permanent residency in the United States also for work, I have made it very clear in the written pestle, you turned me to the Commission for Discipline Inspection, let me say it again, is it not necessary?" ”

Of course, Ma Tianyi could hear the confrontational emotions in Zhang Yang's words, and he smiled: "Xiao Zhang, don't have emotions, we are just conducting a routine investigation, after all, you are the director of the sports committee and the secretary of the party group." ”

Zhang Yang said: "I don't have any emotions, I just feel that the object of your investigation has chosen the wrong one, according to your regulations this time, Governor Song is the one who should explain the situation, Chu Maran is his daughter, he should explain it in detail, and this situation is not suitable for serving as a member of the party and government positions and important departments." Zhang Yang clearly brought out his future father-in-law to suppress Ma Tianyi.

Ma Tianyi coughed quite embarrassed, this investigation can't go on, Zhang Yang is indeed a thorn, Ma Tianyi said: "Xiao Zhang, this time the municipal party committee team is not aimed at anyone, the incident of Liao Weizhong in the cigarette factory has a great impact on us, we must start from now on, improve the vigilance, and try to eliminate the phenomenon of naked officials, so a comprehensive investigation has been carried out on the relevant personnel, you should understand and support our work." ”

Zhang Yang said: "I understand, I also support, Secretary Ma, I have finished what I should say, but the work is mutual understanding and mutual support, the Provincial Games will be held soon, who understands me about the mess of things over there?" Who supports me? ”

Ma Tianyi said: "Xiao Zhang, after you go back, give a detailed explanation of your savings and income in the past two years, and there will be nothing else." ”

Zhang Yang said: "Ma Shuhua, do you still want to consume?" ”

Ma Tianyi said: "It is necessary according to the regulations. ”

Zhang Yang said: "I have to go back to the old man who looks at the toilet at the door to ask for an invoice, one cent a day, and the accumulation of two years is not a small amount." ”

"Uh......" Ma Tianyi was choked and his face was flushed, what do you mean by this bastard boy!

Zhang Yang left the Commission for Discipline Inspection and met Zhao Guoqiang, the director of the ** bureau who also came to explain the situation in the courtyard, the two met in a narrow way, and they both said hello to each other, Zhao Guoqiang said: "It's coming!" ”

Zhang Yang said: "You're here too!" ”

The two couldn't help laughing because of each other's words, and Zhao Guoqiang said, "What's your problem?" ”

Zhang Yang told Chu Yanran about it.

Zhao Guoqiang sighed and said, "My wife is in Africa. ”

Zhang Yang said: "What are you doing! Is this Secretary Ma a bit holding chicken feathers as an arrow, making too much of a fuss. ”

Zhao Guoqiang said: "Liao Weizhong's matter has a great impact on our Nancy leadership, and the leaders are also kind to introduce this regulation. Speaking of this, he nodded to Zhang Yang and said, "Thank you this time!" ”

Zhang Yang smiled: "Thank me for what?" But in his heart, he guessed that he knew about treating Yang Yun.

Zhao Guoqiang said: "There is a chance to drink tea together. With that, he got up and left.

Zhang Yang turned to look at Zhao Guoqiang, in his impression, Zhao Guoqiang has rarely been so kind to himself, does this mean that the relationship between them is about to break the ice?

Zhang Yang just returned to the office of the Sports Committee, and Gao Lianming ran to his office full of complaints, and shouted angrily: "I said Director Zhang, I won't do it anymore, is it the Cultural Revolution now?" I went to the United States to study and didn't go to betray the country, so why should I be tried like a prisoner? It turned out that Duan Jianzhong, the head of the discipline inspection team, had learned about Gao Lianming, a person who had gone abroad, in accordance with the instructions of his superiors, how could Gao Lianming stand this, so he quarreled with Duan Jianzhong on the spot.

Zhang Yang said: "I said you, are you as good as that? Even I was called by the Commission for Discipline Inspection to investigate, what are you a legal adviser? ”

Gao Lianming said: "I'm different from you, you are an official establishment of the state, I was hired by you, mercenary!" Why does he, Duan Jianzhong, care about me? ”

Zhang Yang said: "Lao Duan also acted according to the requirements of his superiors, what are you messing with him?" ”

Chang Lingfeng walked in from outside at this time, he had studied in the past so he also wrote an explanatory material, Chang Lingfeng told Zhang Yang about the preparations for the Provincial Games, there are still six cities in Pinghai Province that are resistant to the Provincial Games, and they insist that Nancy reconsider the list of participants, otherwise, do not rule out the action of boycotting the Provincial Games.

Zhang Yang said: "Do they really say that? ”

Chang Lingfeng said: "I have already called to communicate, they did say so, Director Zhang, didn't you say that the city leaders have promised to do a good job in the communication of sister cities?" How can there still be people who want to boycott the Provincial Games. ”

Zhang Yang said: "Secretary Li and Mayor Gong have agreed to me. ”

Gao Lianming said: "You also believe the words of the leader, saying it is one thing, and doing it is another." ”

Zhang Yang glared at him and said, "You talk a lot of nonsense." He said to Chang Lingfeng: "I know about this, don't worry about them, whoever likes to resist will boycott, the Provincial Games will be held as it is, and everyone will turn when the earth leaves." ”

Chang Lingfeng said again: "Liao Weizhong had an accident in the cigarette factory, and the promised sponsorship money was delayed, and there were also problems with the printing of tickets and advertising brochures. ”

Zhang Yang frowned and said: "Trouble, this Liao Weizhong didn't have an accident sooner or later, but something happened at this juncture, isn't this dismantling my platform?" ”

Gao Lianming said: "I heard that Liao Weizhong was very wronged, he didn't have much corruption in the past, it was Ma Tianyi who pressed too hard, so he stretched out his hand to the public funds, intending to make a fortune and leave, who would have thought that he would be arrested again." ”

Zhang Yang said: "Stretch out your hand and be arrested, he is not worthy of sympathy, even if there is no corruption, **Yang Yun's is enough for him to drink a pot." ”

Gao Lianming lamented: "It seems that the crime rate of domestic officials is really high, and there is no such absurd thing in the United States." ”

Zhang Yang grabbed Bai and said: "The moon is full in the United States, why don't you go to the United States to mingle, Lai is here to be a legal adviser to me, you say that you have helped me since you came to me?" How many serious things have you done? Eat white rice all the time. ”

Gao Lianming was anxious when he heard this: "Director Zhang, be kind, you ask Director Chang, how much work have I done during this time?" ”

Chang Lingfeng said with a smile: "Lian Ming has indeed helped a lot, we don't know much about legal things, and with Lian Ming, we have saved a lot of trouble." ”

Zhang Yang said: "Why didn't I see him working? ”

Gao Lianming said indignantly: "Otherwise, how can you be a leader, the official is not big, but the lofty posture has been learned, you can't see how much work I have done, how much effort I have put in, I am an unknown hero, not to mention anything else, do you remember Fan Siqi's case?" I've been running for so long, and you're actually saying I didn't do anything? I have to look at every cooperation agreement signed by the sports committee, I have to make sure that there are no legal violations, am I easy? Gao Lianming is aggrieved like a little old lady who has been acquiesced.
