The schedule of the secretary's inspection is very tight.

The schedule sent by the municipal party committee made Chen Jing look at it, Chen Jing glanced at it, and couldn't help frowning slightly.

Look at the schedule, inspect the Nandu River Hydropower Station, come back to inspect the Deshui sewage treatment plant, and then arrange to have dinner in the Deshui Industrial Park.

In the afternoon, he inspected JCDecaux No. 1 Middle School and JCDecaux Party School, and visited the families of JCDecaux workers in difficulty......

Nandu River Hydropower Station and Deshui Sewage Treatment Plant, the hydropower station was approved by Wu Daming when he was the secretary of the Municipal Party Committee in Degao, and the sewage treatment plant was launched when Chen Jing was in Deshui, in fact, it was also Wu Daming.

Deshui Industrial Park is an industrial park that Degao has focused on building in recent years, and after Yin Lin took office, it is mainly around this industrial park, and the investment projects are basically settled in the industrial park.

It is no exaggeration to say that this industrial park is a benchmark project of JCDecaux.

From this schedule, Chen Jing can appreciate Yin Lin's good intentions.

Yin Lin first arranged for the old cadres to meet with Wu Daming, who were all members of the team who were Wu Daming's top leaders in Degao back then.

Now the first stop of the inspection has selected Wu Daming's key engineering project when he was in JCDecaux as the destination, and it can be said that this horse was shot quietly and cunningly.

Not only that, while patting the horses, he did not forget to show his most proud achievements for Wu Daming to see, and the inspection of an industrial park occupied one-third of all the schedule.

The later school inspections, visits to the families of workers in difficulty, etc., are all additive.

It's all on the agenda. The important things are in the front row.

The rest of the schedule depends on the time, and if you are too late, you can cancel it at any time.

Chen Jing arrived at someone's territory, and the owner of the family had already delivered the menu to him, so of course he would not point fingers for no reason.

He immediately signed his name on the schedule, and the whole schedule was finalized.

In the evening, eat until nine o'clock.

Wu Daming's old friend reunited, and he was very interested, and drank several glasses of wine.

He didn't drink very well, and when he came back from drinking, he was dizzy. Chen Jing told Zhao Yiji. Go back to your room first.

Shan Jiaqiang had been waiting at the door of his room for a long time.

When he came, he carried two large bags, which were full of souvenirs.

He didn't bother Chen Jing, he found Tang Zhenghua directly and sent it directly to the provincial capital. When I arrived at the gate of Chen Jing. He's already dressed lightly.

Enter the living room. Chen Jing made a cup of tea for Shan Jiaqiang and said, "Old Shan, it's not me talking about you. When you can't come to me. It's just this time. How many pairs of eyes are out there you don't know? Careless! ”

Shan Jiaqiang was stunned, and his face turned a little red.

He said: "Secretary-General, for this secretary's inspection, we are working hard and losing money. Thousands of police officers have been mobilized, and the whole city is very nervous. Yin Lin demanded that the scene should be made bigger, and that the secretary's inspection should be absolutely stable. For the two-day inspection, the Municipal Stability Maintenance Office has been working for a month.

But it still didn't work, there were petitioners making trouble one after another, and more than 20 people were arrested at the door of the hotel before I came, all of whom came to the secretary to complain.

The mouth of the people is worse than the Sichuan, if this continues, Degao will inevitably have an accident and a big incident! ”

Chen Jing frowned slightly and said, "Lao Dan, your responsibility now is to do your best to do your job well." As the number one leader of the city government, you must grasp the work that should be done by you. Don't be afraid and don't worry about offending anyone!

If JCDecaux is compared to a net, it should not make people feel that this net is impermeable, the needle cannot be inserted, and the water cannot be splashed in.

As for the trend of Degao, the problem of violations of rules and discipline by some cadres, this is something you have to worry about? You've everything, what else do you want to do? ”

Chen Jing paused, and then changed his words and said: "You, I think the mentality is still a little wrong, do your own things seriously, take care of the things that should be managed, and don't you take care of the things that shouldn't be in vain?" As a senior cadre, I believe in the organization and believe in leadership, which is the basic quality......"

Shan Jiaqiang nodded again and again.

Although he was scolded by Chen Jing, he was much more comfortable in his heart.

Chen Jing said that this seemed to be scolding him, but in fact revealed an important message to him, that is, the matter of Degao has attracted the attention of the leadership.

Perhaps this time Secretary Wu inspected JCDecaux to come and see the current situation of JCDecaux.

He is the old secretary of Degao, and he has deep roots in Degao, although Yin Lin has been doing well in Degao in recent years, but if he wants to cover Degao's cover in front of Wu Daming, it can only be whimsical.

Chen Jing didn't let Shan Jiaqiang stay for a long time, and when he sent Shan Jiaqiang away, Chen Jing called Tang Zhaozhao.

Because of the last Degao incident, Tang Zhaozhao was severely suppressed by Yin Lin, and today Chen Jing saw him from afar in the government's welcoming army.

dragged at the end, his expression was very sluggish, and he looked preoccupied.

After receiving Chen Jing's call, Tang Zhaozhao was obviously excited, and he said: "Secretary-General, you arrived at JCDecaux, but I didn't come to visit you, I really didn't want to go." I prepared two boxes of souvenirs, I contacted Director Tang, and brought them to the provincial capital for you, just a little heart, you must not refuse! ”

Chen Jing said: "Old Tang, we are old brothers, and it is redundant to engage in those shows." How did you do with the things I told you? ”

Tang Zhaozhao lowered his voice and said, "Almost, I sorted out a dossier, and I'll turn it over to Director Tang?" ”

Chen Jing pondered for a moment and said, "Don't show me yet, keep it first!" I don't think you're in a good mental state, that's unacceptable. Things at work are always up and down, and there are many difficulties. Don't do it if you encounter a little difficulty? Lost the will when you are wronged?

You don't want to spoil yourself, the development of JCDecaux still needs talents, and you lack opportunities now.

But opportunities always belong to those who are prepared, and I want you to know that! ”

"Yes, Secretary, I...... I correct! Tang Zhao beckoned, his voice trembling slightly.

After just a few words with Chen Jing, Tang Zhaozhao felt invigorated, and seemed to have returned to the years in Deshui that day.

Chen Jing seems to be born with a temperament, which always makes people feel at ease, and always makes people feel reliable and down-to-earth.

encounters difficulties, with Chen Jing here, it seems that there is a fixing star, and everyone will not panic.

……

Nothing was said all night.

The next day, Nandu River Hydropower Station.

Due to the rainy season, the water level of the Nandu River is turbulent, and the water level scale of the dam is fixed at 138 meters, which is basically the highest water level designed for the Nandu River Dam.

From the dam up and down to the river, JCDecaux arranged two motorboats.

Chen Jing and Yin Lin accompanied Wu Daming to board the motorboat, the boat started, the blue sky was like practice, the water was rippling, and the huge artificial lake looked like the scenery was simply beautiful.

Wu Daming was in a good mood, wearing sunglasses and pointing to the front: "Over there is the old Wuzhen, a town has relocated more than 800 households, and now the old town is all under the water, it is really a vicissitudes of life!" ”

Yin Lin said on the side: "Secretary, the Nandu River Hydropower Station is a major project for the benefit of the people, and the economic benefits are also great. ”

He pointed to the surface of the water: "Now we have one thing here to generate electricity, the second is to develop tourism, and the third is to develop fisheries and encourage fish farming in cages." Today, the city has allocated special funds for the comprehensive development and utilization of reservoirs. In front of it is the cage fish farming area of our Texas aquatic products.

A little further on, there is Happy Island, the island has planted redwood trees, built a resort, for urban people to relax and fish for vacation, every season, business is very hot! ”

He paused and said: "We initially estimated that if the comprehensive development of the entire reservoir is done well, the output value can be several hundred million yuan per year, which is a huge economic wealth!" ”

Wu Daming was silent, and Chen Jing said: "Secretary Yin, you are quite far-sighted in tourism development and fish farming. The water quality here is good, and the price of fish raised is much higher than that in ordinary ponds. Comprehensive utilization of reservoirs, this is a good development direction! ”

He looked at Wu Daming with his eyes and said, "Secretary, the change is really too big, I didn't expect it." I've inspected this area with you before, but now it's all a big lake! ”

The motorboat drove forward, passing by the cage area, and further on, there was a small island in the center of the lake, and Chen Jing vaguely remembered that it used to be a mountain peak.

Now that the water is flooded, the surrounding area has become a flooded country, and it has become an island.

It is true that trees are planted on the island, but not redwoods, but cedars, which are common in Degao.

Occasionally, you can see a few fishing platforms with people fishing.

I didn't see any resorts on the island, but I did see some low-slung huts, which were supposed to be used by farmers to raise fish.

What Yin Lin just sketched was a blueprint, and it was not an overnight thing to really realize the comprehensive development he said.

The two motorboats circled around the island, Chen Jing looked at his watch, and said, "Secretary, are you still going forward?" ”

Wu Daming was a little unsatisfied, but still said: "Go back, there's nothing to see any further, there is a canyon in front of you, and it used to be Xinguan Town, and it must be unrecognizable over there!" ”

Within the range of the two motorboats, at the wharf, Chen Jing saw Deputy Secretary-General Ma of the Degao Municipal Party Committee pacing back and forth with an anxious face.

The boat pulled over, and Secretary General Ma quickly boarded the boat, but did not greet Wu Daming, but directly leaned to Yin Lin's side and whispered a few words in his ear.

Yin Lin's face changed.

Chen Jing's mobile phone rang, he put it to his ear to answer, hung up the phone and said, "Good feelings, we are stuck on the water today!" ”

"What's going on?" Wu Daming frowned.

Yin Lin's face was extremely ugly, and he said embarrassedly: "Secretary, don't worry, there is a little problem, the car breaks down, it will be fine immediately!" ”

His words flickered, and his eyes turned to Chen Jing, revealing a look of pleading.

Chen Jing twisted his head away, pursed his lips and did not speak.

The convoy was surrounded, and hundreds of ordinary people came around, all of whom complained, and the few policemen who accompanied them could not control the situation at all.

It's good that Yin Lin's horse didn't shoot it, and his butt was exposed...... (To be continued......)
