In the 15 years of this stage, from the development of small-scale to large-scale circuits, China has relied on its own strength in technology, but imported some low-level process equipment from abroad, and the gap with foreign countries has gradually increased. During this period, the United States and Japan have successively entered the stage of IC large-scale production.
