Zhang Yang got the news that the international industrial park enterprises stopped production and finally breathed a sigh of relief, and finally there was no sewage to continue to flow into the turbulent river, it seems that his slap still had some effect, Zhao Baoqun, director of the Water Resources Bureau, stood at the gate of the international industrial park with him, Zhang Yang beat Liao Bosheng, Zhao Baoqun was not at the scene, but he also heard about it, Zhao Baoqun admired this courage at the same time, and couldn't help but worry a little about him, this slap may have caused a big trouble, although it was Liao Bosheng, But it is tantamount to offending all the leaders of Dongjiang City.

Zhang Yang looked at the dark sky and said in a low voice: "This matter can't be ignored like this, I still have to go to the province to react, as long as the international industrial park continues to exist, it is a hidden danger, and pollution is likely to happen in the future." ”

Zhao Baoqun said: "I have called back just now to confirm that the international industrial park has stopped discharging. ”

Zhang Yang said: "This matter can't end like this, they must be responsible for this water pollution incident, and they must compensate our people in Nancy!" ”

Zhao Baoqun said: "The city did not let us be responsible for this matter. "He didn't have such courage as Zhang Yang, what Zhang Yang did today has already made Zhao Baoqun's heart tremble, and if he continues to do it, he doesn't know how much trouble he will cause.

Zhang Yang was about to say something, his mobile phone rang, and after connecting, the phone turned out to be a call from Liu Yanhong, the deputy secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, Liu Yanhong's tone was very serious: "Zhang Yang, are you still in Dongjiang?" ”

Zhang Yang said: "Of course, there is no explanation for the water pollution for a day, and I will rely on the Dongjiang River for a day." ”

"That's amazing! You come to the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, I'll wait for you in the office! ”

Zhang Yang smiled and said: "Sister Liu, it's not good, it's dark today, let's meet alone" You are not afraid of other people's gossip? ”

Liu Yanhong didn't laugh because of his ridicule, and said coldly: "I have business with you, I'll give you half an hour, you'd better not be late!" After speaking, Liu Yanhong hung up the phone.

Zhang Yang held the phone and was stunned for a while, then slowly put away the phone.

Zhao Baoqun saw that his expression was different, and said with concern: "Something?" ”

Zhang Yang said: "The Commission for Discipline Inspection is looking for me to go!" He had already expected that this incident would have something to do with him beating Liao Bosheng, but he didn't expect the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection to react so quickly, and what happened in the afternoon found him in the evening.

Zhao Baoqun was a little nervous and said: "Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection? ”

Zhang Yang nodded: "It has nothing to do with you, you keep an eye here, make sure they fix the sewage pipe, and I'll go and see the situation." ”

Zhao Baoqun's Zhang Yang's gaze already has a sympathetic component, what is the place of the Commission for Discipline Inspection? For these cadres, "the summoning of the Commission for Discipline Inspection is absolutely bad news. Zhao Baoqun didn't know what to say, thought about it, and finally said: "Be careful!" ”

Zhang Yang couldn't help laughing, he patted Zhao Baoqun's shoulder and said, "What are you doing?" I'm going to the Commission for Discipline Inspection and not to the Senluo Palace,"

……………………………………………………”……………………………………………………………………

Having said that, Zhang Yang also understood that Liu Yanhong was not looking for him for idle chat this time, Liao Bosheng is not an ordinary person, there will be consequences after the fight, and his actions in Dongjiang have touched the sensitive nerves of a certain political class in Dongjiang, maybe not only Dongjiang.

Probably because of Zhang Yang's words, Liu Yanhong was not waiting for Zhang Yang alone, she was accompanied by a deputy director of the Supervision Department of the Commission for Discipline Inspection.

Although Zhang Daguan came under pressure, his face was still bright: "So far, he has achieved a preliminary victory in the treatment of water pollution, at least the Dongjiang International Industrial Park has stopped the discharge of sewage."

Liu Yanhong saw this guy laughing heartlessly, she didn't get angry, she always regarded Zhang Yang as a junior in her eyes, she knew Zhang Yang very well, knew this kid's temper, and understood that there was a reason for him to be angry this time, but Tang Buzi shouldn't have thrown his fist at Liao Bosheng anyway!

After Zhang Yang walked into the office, he politely saluted: "Liu Shu, remember!" You've worked so hard and haven't rested so late! ”

Liu Yanhong said: "Sit, Xiao Chen, you go and type out the report I want." ”

The deputy commissioner got up and left.

Zhang Yang looked at the back of the man, and originally thought that Liu Yanhong had made a jury to interrogate him, "After doing it for a long time, people don't mean it."

Liu Yanhong said: "Zhang Yang, when will you be more mature?" You are now a cadre at the department level, and you swing your fist at your comrades at every turn? What kind of behavior is this? Do you have a sense of organizational discipline in your eyes? Comrade Liao Bosheng is your senior and your superior, how can you beat him? ”

Zhang Yang said: "It's not the first time I've beaten my superiors. This sentence is the truth, if you don't agree with each other, Zhang Daguan's political history is a history of violent battles, but this guy has been much more restrained in recent times.

Liu Yanhong said: "Don't be ashamed, but be proud!" ”

Zhang Yang said: "I didn't beat him for personal matters, Dongjiang International Industrial Park discharged sewage into the Turbulent River, polluted the water source of our Nancy Waterworks, resulting in more than a million people without water available, our city negotiated with them many times, but they either avoided it, or delayed in every way, I admit, he is higher than me, older than me, I shouldn't have beaten him, but I didn't regret beating him, if this matter can never be, I will still not hesitate to fan a mouth, now think about it, my slap is light, I should have pumped him all over the floor looking for teeth. ”

Liu Yanhong said angrily: "What nonsense are you talking about? Do you know that this matter has become known to everyone in the system? Do you know that Qiao Shuji is very angry because of this incident and asks our Commission for Discipline Inspection to deal with you seriously? ”

Zhang Yang looked indifferent: "Just deal with it, I've beaten people anyway, you came to me, didn't you come to deal with me?" ”

"I'm here to figure things out!" Liu Yanhong emphasized.

Zhang Yang said: "The situation is very clear, I hit him, if I had slapped him earlier, maybe he would have ordered to stop the sewage discharge." ”

Liu Yanhong sighed and said: "You" is a problem that can be solved through legitimate means, why use violent means? ”

Zhang Yang said: "I just have this temper, my political cultivation is not to the level of yours, Liao Bosheng is an old fox, when it comes to fighting his eyes, I can't play with him" This person is good at transferring contradictions, since Wendou is not good, I will fight!" ”

Liu Yanhong really wanted to scold him, but he couldn't bear to say it anymore, in fact, Zhang Yang was very innocent in this matter, Liu Yanhong from a bystander's point of view, Dongjiang is undoubtedly responsible for this water pollution incident, but Nancy should not send Zhang Yang over" The purpose of Nancy's gang of leaders to send Zhang Yang over is to take into account that this matter involves the contradiction between the two cities, which is more complicated, and it must be a matter of offending people in the end, so it is necessary to send a desperate San Lang over, So Zhang Yang became the natural candidate, and at this point, Liu Yanhong thought that Li Changyu's leaders were very unkind, and they took advantage of Zhang Yang. Liu Yanhong said in a low voice: "You said you" A cadre of the Sports Committee, what does this matter have to do with you? ”

Zhang Yang said: "I know, I can't seem to fight with this matter, I have been used!" ”

Liu Yanhong was angry and funny: "You still know! ”

Zhang Yang said: "But I am willing to be used, I am now a cadre of Nancy" What endangers the interests of Nancy, why can't I come forward? Li Shu remembered that they asked me to come, because this matter is tricky, others can't tear this face, so they have to take into account the relationship between some comrades, knowing that I can tear this face at a critical moment, and I don't talk about any face. In fact, at the beginning, I didn't want to make a big deal out of it, I and Zhao Baoqun of the Water Conservancy Bureau came from Nancy early in the morning, and I couldn't find the person in charge of the development zone "The deputy director went around the bend with us, as if our people in Nancy deserved to be unlucky" It seems that pollution is not a big deal at all, so I splashed him with sewage" As for the later saying that I beat him, it was pure nonsense, and I hit a few security guards, but I didn't touch the cadres in the development zone.

I couldn't find Liao Bosheng, so I could only go to the Dongjiang Municipal Party Committee to complain, and the Liang Shuji also avoided me. ”

Liu Yanhong said: "So you can only go to Governor Song to complain!" ”

Zhang Yang nodded: "I don't understand, the water pollution is all there, whose responsibility is it, everyone is clear in their hearts, why do you have to delay it for some reason?" They are reluctant to stop production, it is nothing more than to protect the interests of the local people, they are afraid of the economic loss caused by the shutdown, but do they take into account the interests of Nancy? Why should we bear the bitter consequences of their iniquities? ”

Liu Yanhong said: "I am in charge of the work of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, and I didn't come to you today to listen to your reasoning. ”

Zhang Yang said: "I don't want to make any sense? All emphasize the overall situation with me, the big picture of the fart? Is the so-called big picture all about taking care of one's own interests? They all spoke in a high-sounding manner, but I had already seen through the tension in front of my own interests and official position. ”

Liu Yanhong said: "You see that the problem is a bit extreme. ”

"Extreme? I want to see the pollution from the sewage pipe into the river, but what happened? The development zone blocked that area, what kind of state secret, when did pollution become an international secret? The reporters from the Southeast Daily were not invited by me, but I met them by chance, so I transferred a helicopter to help the news media understand the truth. State secrets? They are simply afraid that their mistakes will be known. Zhang Yang knocked on the table angrily.

Liu Yanhong didn't speak, she knew more about these bad habits in the officialdom than Zhang Yang.

Zhang Yang said: "Liao Bosheng was afraid that this matter would be reported, and the public security of the development zone bureau tried to control us, and when we were about to have a conflict, the news that the sewage pipe was repaired was completed, he thought that this matter was solved, so he took me and the media reporter to the scene to see, and the result was ......" Zhang Yang sneered twice: "There are other leaks in the sewage pipe, he can't cover it, and he actually instigated the workers to besiege me, I admit, this person is very powerful, I beat him impulsively!" This is how the whole process of things is, what should be done with me, you can do whatever you want, I accept it all! ”

Liu Yanhong said: "Sometimes, I really don't know if you are brave or reckless? ”

Zhang Yang said: "I don't know, Liu Shuji, if you plan to shuanggui me, I won't leave today, I haven't eaten since noon, please arrange someone to send me some food, the leaders of Nancy City don't know my whereabouts, please notify them as soon as possible, let them quickly find someone to take over my work, I was shuanggui is small, but it can delay Nancy's sports career." ”

Liu Yanhong couldn't help laughing when she heard this, but after laughing, she felt that something was wrong, today was originally a very serious matter, Zhang Yang has this ability, obviously a very serious matter, so that the taste of mixing up unconsciously changed.

Zhang Yang saw Liu Yanhong smile, and he also had a little back in his heart, it seems that he made a mistake this time, and it is also certain that he will be criticized and punished, but it is not serious enough to be shuanggui.

Liu Yanhong said: "That's it, you go back first, don't return to Nancy in the next two days, I called you here today to understand the situation, as for how to deal with it, I will make a decision after I consult the leader." ”

Zhang Yang said: "As far as I am a department-level cadre, I am still worthy to ask the leader?" ”

Liu Yanhong looked at him and said, "Zhang Yang, don't you really feel that the mistakes you made are serious?" ”

Zhang Yang said: "I feel very serious, but I don't feel that I made a mistake!" He stood up and said: "Sister Liu, it's not easy for you, you still have to do my ideological work so late, in order to express my gratitude to you, I invite you to dinner!" ”

Liu Yanhong shook her head and said, "I still have something to do today, let's do it another day." ”

Zhang Yang smiled: "It seems that my problem is very serious, and you are in a hurry to draw a line with me." ”

Liu Yanhong glared at him and said, "You are a poor mouth, let me be honest recently!" ”！ ~！
