The heart should not be born without sound, fragrance, taste, touch, and dharma, but should be born without dwelling. Subodhi, for example, if the human body is like the king of Mount Meru, what do you mean? Is it a big deal? ”

Here again, there is a mention of the King of Mount Meru.

Subodhi replied:

"Great, World-Honored One. Why? The Buddha said that the non-body is the great body. ”

To put it simply, the Buddha asked Subodhi if the solemn Buddha was here? Subodhi replied. The solemn Buddha land is only called solemn, not really solemn.

The Buddha used this as an introduction to the question of pure mind. Finally, I asked a paragraph about the King of Mount Meru.

Liu Ben could see it. The Buddha used the example of the majestic Buddha land to instruct his disciple Subodhi. Later, Subodhi really realized that the Buddha mentioned the body of the King of Mount Meru. It doesn't really refer to the body, it's just called the body.

In this paragraph, the master's disciples have nothing to look at. What Liu Ben noticed was a passage in the middle, this simple paragraph, a page of scriptures, Liu Ben had read it more than seventy or eighty times during this time.

Every time I look at it, it feels different, and I have a new feeling.

There was silence all around, and Liu Ben frowned. The two fingers of his right hand rubbed his eyebrows, looking at the contents of the Buddhist scriptures in contemplation.

During this time, he looked at the scroll of the Vajra Sutra painting of the Buddha Moon. The technique of the unity of spirit, qi and spirit that he learned has been slow to enter the realm. Liu Ben has always had a feeling that he is not far from learning this method, only a thin layer away.

Just like Brahma Yue said, the technique of the unity of essence, qi and spirit is not an exercise, and it is also different from the exercise. There is no such thing as a step-by-step approach. Those who know don't need to spend time at all, they will watch it once, listen to it once, such as Brahma herself.

And those who can't, no. No matter how you explain it to him, he won't learn. Difference in profession makes one feel worlds apart. It seems like a little bit apart, but I can't learn anything.

Liu Ben is now in this state. It seems that there is progress every day, but if you really follow this progress, you don't know if you can learn it in the year of the monkey.

"We should not live in the heart of color, we should not live in the sound, fragrance, taste, touch, and dharma, and we should live in the heart without dwelling......"

Liu Ben put down his pen and tilted his head, muttering to himself.

This passage is the main thrust of this page of the sutra, and it is also the point of the Buddha's enlightenment to his disciple Subodhi, telling him how to give birth to a pure mind.

Liu Ben could feel that there should be an important paragraph in front of this scripture. It's just that that piece is missing, and there is no way to guess.

The Buddha is a transcendent being, and what he enlightens is anything but extraordinary.

Every time Liu Ben reads this, he always feels a feeling, a feeling as if something is about to sprout out of his heart, but the feeling is always a little worse.

"Lust refers to everything that the outside world sees. Mountains are color, water is color, people are color, stars are color, and everything the eye sees is color. Keeping the heart and mind means that nature is not moved by external objects, and the heart is not motivated by external objects. ”

"Don't stop the sound, the smell, the taste, the touch, and the Dharma to give birth to the heart. The sounds, smells, tastes, touches, and dharmas here naturally refer to the senses of hearing, smell, taste, and touch, but even the dharma is included in them. ”

Liu Ben said secretly in his heart. Dharma refers to the Dharma, the Dharma, the Dharma, the Dharma, and of course the Dharma and all of them. It is impossible for a person in the path of cultivation to abandon the exercises.

Even the method of unity of spirit and spirit is a kind of law.

This passage of the Buddha's speech countless eras ago actually makes people abandon everything, everything that can be thought of, everything that cannot be imagined, all the things that cannot be imagined.

In this way, what the Buddha called "pure mind" is generated.

There is no doubt that a pure mind should be a Buddhist path, but what is a pure mind?

Liu Ben's heart fluctuated and fluctuated. He is not a Buddhist person, so he doesn't know anything about it. But there is one person who should know.

"Monk, what is a pure mind?"

Liu Ben said suddenly, across a wall, and didn't look back.

The rustling of the transcription came to an abrupt end, and there was silence in the scripture room, and Fan Yue seemed to be pondering how to answer Liu Ben.

"Is a pure mind the unity of essence and spirit?"

Liu Ben suddenly blurted out.

"No, a pure mind is more advanced than the unity of spirit and spirit."

Fan Yue didn't think about it.

"Buzz!"

As soon as Fan Yue's voice fell, Liu Ben's heart suddenly shook. In an instant, it seemed that countless lights, shadows, and images passed through my mind.

At this moment, the last barrier was like a silver bottle bursting, and it was finally opened.

Pure mind is similar to the unity of essence, qi and spirit, but it is more advanced than the method of unity of essence and spirit. That's what the Buddha taught his disciples.

Liu Ben understood this and solved it in his heart.

"I see."

Liu Ben muttered to himself, and his heart suddenly brightened. There are several levels of spiritual teaching, and what even ordinary people can achieve is concentration. Focus on reading a book, focus on chanting a poem, and concentrate on copying a pot of dishes.

Before the fruitful Fanyue, Liu Ben had always learned about this level.

The second spiritual level is called the unity of the spirit, qi and spirit.

The unity of spirit and spirit is not concentration, but it is more advanced than concentration. Because he not only looks, but also does not concentrate his spirit on the pen, just like the moon of Brahma. The words are thousands of pounds and heavy.

A monk like Liu Ben couldn't even afford to pick up a page of scriptures he copied.

If you want to achieve the unity of spirit and spirit, you must combine spirit and spirit together. Liu Ben understands that it is to put together three things scattered in different places. Blended together.

Fanyue's mind is very simple, so he can do it very easily. I want too many things, and I have a lot of distracting thoughts, according to Brahma Yue's words, that is, the thoughts are scattered and not in one place, so it is difficult to do it.

Liu Ben has always thought so. I also take it for granted that my entry is slow, and I don't care about it. Until Liu Ben saw this page of scriptures. Hear the words of the Buddha teaching his disciples.

This is the third spiritual level, "Pure Heart."

The state of pure mind is not easy to attain. Subodhi, a disciple of the Buddha, was gifted and a well-known person among the Buddha's disciples. But he didn't understand it either.

It wasn't until the Buddha told him this that he finally realized it. It can be seen that the level of pure mind is above the essence and spirit, because even the bodhisattvas, arhats, and Dharma protectors are not easy to reach.

A "pure mind" doesn't need to put things together, and it doesn't need to bother condensing any essence. On the contrary, it needs to be empty of everything and leave nothing.

When this state is reached, the state of pure mind is naturally reached. also naturally gathered a person's spirit. When the mood arrives, everything is a natural process. You don't need to do anything deliberately.

Come to think of it. Liu Ben understood everything.

He didn't need to work hard to gather any spirit, and he didn't need to work hard to gather any scattered thoughts. In fact, he doesn't at all.

He just needs to do one simpler thing!

"Buzz!"

Liu Ben copied his fingers, suddenly grabbed the brush that was put aside and rested on the table, the vertical pen was like a knife, and he wrote again on the scripture page in front of him.

"Boom!"

The moment the tip of Liu Ben's brush touches the scripture page. Mutation protrusion, boom! The earth shook and the sky shook, the earth under his feet suddenly shook, and a mighty spirit suddenly rose from Liu Ben's body.
