This deflection of liquid crystal molecules is not done instantaneously in the liquid crystal display control, but has a process of change. Although BOE's driver IC can control the LCD screen for display, the speed of molecular deflection is too slow, resulting in a strict response delay - that is, the residual image of the picture.
The early technical hurdles of this kind of liquid crystal display are the source of the argument that liquid crystals are not suitable for displaying dynamic video. However, in 1996, Japan's LCD technology has greatly overcome this problem, so that the response speed of the LCD display has reached an acceptable range for users.
However, BOE's driver IC cannot achieve this effect, and the residual image of the picture is very strict.
The R&D of the driver IC is in trouble, and the R&D of the main control circuit board on the other side is not going well. After all, BOE is not a professional integrated circuit designer, and the circuit board does not seem to have much technical content, but there are a lot of things to pay attention to.
BOE's previous technical foundation accumulated in the field of electron tubes is not used at all, which makes the main control circuit board they design always have small problems.
