Chapter 21: The World of the Sorcerer
Time flies, and as the memories of Christmas fade away, Easter arrives in anticipation of the Hogwarts students. It seems that because the final exams are coming, Easter is much sadder than a relaxed Christmas, and the teachers of each subject have assigned a considerable amount of homework for everyone, and in a sigh, the Easter holiday has begun.
In the afternoon at Hogwarts Library, the lazy golden sunlight was wantonly shining through the dark red windows of the wood, and the speckled golden yellow circles of light were quietly reflected on some of the ancient Xuan yellow scrolls in Augustus' hands, leaning on the soft and comfortable Nanmu chair, Augustus held the scroll in one hand, and his silver pupils glowed with a faint golden light.
"You're relaxing, sitting here enjoying a rare holiday library time, I'm almost driven crazy by the complicated homework!" A faint scent came from nearby, and Lillian walked over to the chair beside Augustus, leaning back in the chair without a ladylike figure, since that party, Lilian was pleased that her relationship with Augustus had become a little closer, and that they had communicated more with each other since the return of Christmas.
"In fact, as long as you can complete all the homework they assign in a short period of time, it is not a kind of exercise for you. After all, the assignments assigned by these tutors are very helpful in whether they can perfectly grasp the key points of their courses. So, as long as you don't rely on books to complete these assignments on your own, basically the final exams of this academic year will be fine for you. Augustus closed the scroll in his hand, a smile on his lips. Actually, these assignments don't really take much time.
"For you who can get double A's in every homework, these assignments are certainly not worth mentioning, but for those of us who can't even find the answer to the books, this exercise in your eyes has become a straw that crushes us." Lillian pursed her lips, apparently unimpressed by Augustus' cool words.
Augustus shook his head a little helplessly, "Take it, how much did you bring this time." Lillian smiled triumphantly and took out several small notebooks from behind her, which were densely packed with complex magic formulas, as well as some obvious vacant spaces below, apparently caused by the fact that they could no longer be continued.
Taking Lilian's notebook, Augustus glanced at it and began to answer her questions. A gentle breeze blew from the window, and the warm sun shone on Augustus's long golden hair, which parted down in the middle and hung down on both shoulders that were much wider than ordinary people, and his crystal clear skin shimmered with dazzling luster, with a high and upright nose and clear eyes, which hid an almost demonic charm. Looking blankly at Augustus bathed in golden sunlight, Lilian was in a dream for a moment, and she basically didn't hear a word of what Augustus said.
"Monsieur Augustus! So you're here. We're looking for you everywhere. A sudden voice instantly broke Lilian's somewhat confused and dumb state, with an angry expression, Lilian looked at these uninvited guests, Harry, Ron and Hermione were standing a little embarrassed not far from them, and Ron had one hand hanging unnaturally behind him.
Augustus explained a few words to Lillian, and Lillian nodded, reluctantly put away her notes and got up to leave, and as she left, she glanced at Hermione inexplicably.
"Mr. Augustus, Ron's hand is injured, he was bitten by a dragon, we can't take him to the infirmary, Madame Pomley will see an abnormality based on the wound, can you help him treat it." Hermione said to Augustus in a pleading tone, in fact, they didn't know if Augustus could cure Ron, but Augustus's almighty image still gave them a glimmer of hope, so after knowing that they couldn't take Ron to the infirmary, their first thought was Augustus.
"Dragons? Judging by the wound, it must have been a dragon that had just been born for a short time. Augustus smiled, these children can really meet anything, you must know that even in the other world, the dragon clan is also a rare race.
Treating wounds caused by dragons is actually a bit troublesome, their saliva contains extremely corrosive properties, and there are some unique magic resistance in the blood of dragons, if the caster's magic is not very strong, they can't deal with these wounds at all, maybe they can't even do a simple hemostasis, they can only rely on medicine to slowly eliminate its effect on the wound.
Augustus pulled out a silver wand, and a fifth-level spell powerful recovery technique acted on the wound on Ron's left hand, under the powerful effect of the high-level spell, the huge crack on Ron's left hand began to heal at a speed visible to the naked eye, and in Ron's surprised eyes, the wound seemed to be pinched by an invisible hand, and it recovered in less than a moment. "It's amazing." Ron shook his left hand back and forth, with surprise in his eyes, he thought that it would take a while to recover from such a huge wound that was bitten by a dragon, but he didn't expect it to be so simple and quick to recover.
"The dragon that bit Ron hatched from the egg that Hagrid won from a stranger, and it was a Norwegian backbone, and Hagrid called him Noble." Harry's green pupils flashed with envy, when could he cast all kinds of useful spells so casually and naturally, a true wizard is indeed omnipotent in a sense.
"Norwegian back? This may be illegal, but in 1709, the Wizards' Conference officially passed a bill banning dragon breeding. Augustus clearly didn't care much about wizarding laws, and said to Harry casually in a nonchalant tone.
"Of course we know it's illegal, in fact we've written to Ron's brother Bill, who works at the Dragon Farm, and this Saturday at midnight we'll take it to the highest tower at Hogwarts, where Bill's friends will pick us up and they'll transport Noble to the Dragon Farm." Hermione unreservedly revealed their plan to Augustus, obviously trusting Augustus to the extreme, after all, this kind of thing that would be sent to Atskaban would always be less risky if one less person knew about it.
"That's fine, I wish you all the best in your plans in advance." Augustus nodded.
Harry, Hermione, and Ron said goodbye to Augustus and left the library in a hurry, and the adventures of the teenagers and girls were undoubtedly full of excitement and passion. Looking out the window, it was almost dusk, the crimson sunset was struggling on the horizon, the afterglow of the setting sun was swaying throughout the library, Augustus picked up the scroll he had put down for a long time, and alone, continued to walk through his world. If you don't go ahead, where can you know whether the scenery in the distance is beautiful or desolate, majestic or lonely.
