That's why I say that computers are eliminated, and computers are the core of our digital life, as our main way of contacting the Internet, and as the carrier of all aspects of our work and life. Of course, this day is far away, but the PC has reached the brink of obsolescence, and that is our home PC. Think about it, how long has it been since you turned on that computer at home? Our mobile phones and our ipads can complete the main functions, and we still have public opinion, and public opinion can go to the big screen on TV, so the home PC is already on the verge of elimination. The PC we work on may last a long time, but one day it will also be obsolete.

This elimination does not mean that everyone does not need it, professional ones are still needed, we do the same as mobile phone elimination cameras, that is, the elimination is a point-and-shoot camera. Professionals need cameras, but ordinary people don't. The first change we are talking about is that our PCs are obsolete and that mobile phones are now getting smarter.

I went to visit Microsoft the other day and they have great tools. This tool is very painful, we are a foreign research institute today, and this tool is that you don't need to learn a foreign language. I also have a very good buddy, he is studying ancient Chinese literature, he went to take this doctorate for 3 consecutive years without being admitted to the foreign language and couldn't pass the test, what kind of tool is this Microsoft? It's just that you talk to this phone, for example, if I say it in Chinese, it will be released immediately in English, so we don't need to learn a foreign language, but there is still a certain problem with accuracy, but it is very fast.

Now there are many technologies in mobile phones, and we now have a series of inductions such as orientation sensing, direction induction, and infrared induction. We say that now this kind of smartphone, we are all touch screen, so they are all Apple and Samsung, what should people do if they have this copyright? We can get around it, we can do it with an air gesture.

We have better technology now, what technology? We can control it with our eyes, saying that in the future, we will judge what to control with the left eye and what to control with the right eye, which means that life will bring great changes. I'm talking about the first hardware change we're talking about, the phone knocks out the computer.

The second change, in the past, we have always been inseparable from mobile storage devices, a few days ago when I was cleaning up the house, I also found an industry of antiques, what kind of antiques? I bought 10 hard disks for 5 inches, and it cost me 180 yuan at the time, and I didn't remove the outer cover after I found my box of floppy disks that day, what does it mean? I didn't even have time to open it before it was eliminated.

In the past two years, we have used more mobile hard disks and U disks, but now mobile hard disks and U disks are also on the verge of elimination, and we don't need them anymore. I can't remember the last time I used a portable hard drive? Of course, I still use the USB flash drive a lot, I have a scene that I often use, what scene? It's just going to lecture everywhere.

Today was a light session, so I didn't prepare a PPT, and the only scene I needed a USB flash drive was a lecture. Now I don't need a USB flash drive.,I'll do my PPT and download it for everyone.。 Let's just say that now mobile hard disks and USB flash drives are also on the verge of obsolescence, what does this hardware change mean? From storage, it is the era of computing.

We can also say that we are now in the era of mobile Internet, and there is a term in our industry called the era of great wisdom, the era of large numbers, and the intelligent Internet, which is completely different from the previous era, this era has changed due to the way our users contact the Internet, so it is said that the habits of our users, our use scenarios, a series of changes have occurred. It also leads us to big platforms, big companies, and they have to change as well. Because our users have changed.

So now with a simple time, I can briefly describe what kind of era we are in. After entering this era, our walks of life are facing a new round of I call it "anxiety disorder" is the development of the Internet for so many years, three waves of anxiety disorder, the first wave we called Internet anxiety at that time, now called traditional Internet anxiety, the second generation is e-commerce anxiety, now called mobile Internet anxiety, and anxiety disorder has an obvious characteristic, the first two are mainly traditional industry people anxiety, and now to the third wave is the Internet is very anxious.

For example, some time ago, there was a person who was very anxious, this person is called Ma Yun, and he also has mobile Internet anxiety disorder. Why anxiety? If we have not entered the era of mobile Internet, it is still the era of traditional Internet, our Internet has entered a big pattern, and the era of fighting landlords has been formed in this upper layer. These three are Baidu, Alibaba, and Tencent, and these three are all very good, and their main business is very good.

For example, Tencent also has e-commerce, but there is no way to compare him with Jack Ma. Besides, Tencent also does search, but it still does a terrible job, how rotten is it? It's Sogou, they are all in their main business, and the relationship between these three is very good, but now times have changed.

In the era of mobile Internet, I just said why Jack Ma has anxiety? The reason for his anxiety is not how bad he is doing on the mobile Internet, but how well his competitors are doing it. This change is because we now have new technologies, new platforms, and new means that can help us do more with self-media.
