It has consumed almost all of my time and energy in the past two years, and perhaps I will look back in the future and have a different idea of how it was written, but for now, it is the best elaboration and expression of this story that I can do in my ability and state in the past two years. It is bound to be flawed, and at the same time it is very satisfying.

And its consummation is inseparable from those of you who support genuine reading, insist on punching in and voting, and are still there. Two years is too long, old readers leave every day, and new readers come in every day, I don't know how many relatives have been chasing from the early stage to the current finale. Haha, that's probably the longest novel most of you have ever chased, right? Cover your face, you guys really have too much courage and perseverance.

I saw that many people in the comment area wanted me to write about the sweetness of the soft couple, their sweetness has already been a lot. Some people also want me to write something extra, or write about the future life of the soft couple, which is actually a small theater on the official account ("Square Miao"/"pingfangmiumiu"), which has been written a lot intermittently; Or maybe you want me to write some other people's inner monologues or something.

I don't think it's necessary anymore.

Although the characters and stories are linear, in the expression of literary and artistic works, they often intercept a small part of their essence, and this small part can already replace their original linearity. The creator needs to know what the whole ice looks like, and what is presented to you only needs to show a corner of the water, leaving appropriate blank space to give room for thinking.

What's more, I have warned you before that some of the mysteries that you thought were unanswered may not be mysteries at all, but you have ignored them in the process of reading the book. It is also possible that I have pointed out the direction through the analysis of the characters' mental activities and thoughts, and you only need to turn your brain a little to actually have a rough answer.

Chapter 886, which is the finale chapter, especially the last scenario, was written in the document as early as the beginning of the article. Do you want to ask me if this story deviates from my original setting? There must be in the plot, after all, in the past two years, my thoughts will change, for example, the most obvious is that the scene on the introduction was changed by me. Such changes and deviations are not because the author has the power of life and death over the characters, and Cao can control them as much as he wants. On the contrary, from the moment the character stands up, the author is controlled by them, because the author has to start from the setting of the character, and different personalities correspond to different words and deeds, so that many times I have a certain plot in my mind in advance, and when I actually put it down, I find that it is also in line with the reaction that the character will make, so this road is not passable, and I have to temporarily change the route. I'm afraid it's a critical plot, and the diversion means that a whole line may have to be changed in the future, and it's easy to get a break. Of course, there are times when you get new and better ideas because of the diversion. I also joked that whether an author can write a good story may have nothing to do with his own writing level, and the favor of inspiration is the most important.

The plot mentioned above is bound to deviate from the original setting, but the main line and the fate of each main character have basically not changed. "Character determines fate", when people are set, their endings are also set. So whether it is someone pleading with Chen Qingzhou, someone pleading with Wenye, or someone pleading with Zhuang Yao, I am indifferent. Again, I can't control their fate, I'm driven by the characters.

Of course, on the basis of not changing the main line of the story, destroying the integrity of the characters and affecting the expression of the theme of the story, I am not soft-hearted to satisfy everyone's non-finger wishes in the story. For example, about Yanxi. The story of "As Like" takes place after "Waiting for the Wind", but "As As" was written before "Waiting for the Wind", and I emphasized that the two books are not series of essays, because when writing "Waiting for the Wind", I can't guarantee that the overlapping characters are consistent with "As Like". And in the "Epilogue" chapter, you can also see how the two stories are roughly connected from end to end. That is, Yan Xi's parents who died in the car accident were actually a soft couple, not Chen Qingzhou and Fu Qingci; The spiritual position that Yan Xi bowed down to after returning to China was the real Chen Qingzhou and Fu Qingci. This "easter egg" is something I promised to give last year, well, I hope you like it.

If the content that is initially popular is actually very obvious, especially the family, marriage, ethics and dog blood. If I want to survive here, I have to compromise something, which is probably the bloody beginning of "My sister robbed my sister's fiancé" in "Waiting for the Wind". Otherwise, if I had written this novel in the sense that it should be, I would definitely not have the readership I have today. I said on my Weibo that this is a contradiction, created by market taste. I despise myself, but I have to cater to it, after all, in the vast web novel, I am still a little transparent author. And I'm glad that even if some readers are attracted at the beginning, they can stick to today's and know what kind of story I really want to express. "People who make a living from words should take words seriously", so even if I need to cater to the market to some extent, I have always insisted on attaching importance to the expression of my values, and I will definitely not touch certain themes, such as the true love whitewashing method of the junior superior, such as the pitiful whitewashing method of the life experience of the "chicken", such as the cultivation of the young white rabbit heroine.

Okay, back to business.

"The point will be more weighty", I have always liked this way of finale, so that "the charm of the characters comes to an abrupt end at the moment when it blooms at its maximum". And the finale does not represent the end of a story, their world continues.

When I started in this industry, I wasn't a big update author, nor was I a regular update author, because I couldn't guarantee that my mind would flow smoothly anytime and anywhere.
