Unrestrained power can easily lead to corruption, and it is necessary to exercise all-round supervision, especially over party leaders and those who hold power. Even if he is the leader of the party, he does not enjoy such exclusive power as the previous emperor and the current president, and any major decisions made by him must be approved by a majority of the party committees at the same level to be effective. If the leadership violates party discipline and state law, he will still be impeached by the party's supervisory body, ----I will call it the Discipline Inspection Commission----. In this way, dictatorship can be effectively avoided, which I call the dish cooking within the party.

However, a plate of loose organization does not suit China's national conditions, and it is completely meaningless to cook in a dish, as in the current Congress. China has a mature political structure of 2,000 years, and the reality of China's large population and semi-feudal and semi-colonial does not allow us to build a weak government following the example of the West. Therefore, for a long time to come, power must be concentrated---- party power, political power, and military power must be carried out by the people appointed by the party, and all government and military orders must be carried out by the government and military organs elected by it. The decisions made by the Central Committee must be observed by party, government, and military organizations at all levels throughout the country, so that government decrees can be accessed, power can be concentrated, and forces can be concentrated to do great things! I call it the concentration of power.

This is the characteristic of this party, and in a word, it is 'centralized system of cooking'. It is possible to pool wisdom and fully listen to different opinions in the implementation of major policy decisions without 'one word,' and when necessary, the transfer of power can be carried out in a stable manner without major political fluctuations; it is possible to easily mobilize all forces to accomplish the goal, and to unify thinking on the basis of the dish cooking, so as to achieve twice the result with half the effort.

Of course, the formation of the party's purpose, basic line, basic principles, theoretical building, organizational structure, and so on will take a long time to explore and brew, but in light of the political development direction of all countries in the world, it is imperative to establish such a party if we want to realize modern politics and bring the country into the right track of modern society!

In order for the People's Party to attract thousands of people of insight in China to join, it must first conquer their hearts and make them willing to join the party and work for the party's ideals.
