Let's talk about foreign officials

Today, let's talk about foreign court officials, the highest rank of foreign dynasty in the Song Dynasty was the road, then the state military supervisor, and then the county.

The road-level management bodies are collectively referred to as the Supervision Department, and there are three institutions, the Transfer Division, the Criminal and Prison Affairs Division, and the Changping Public Affairs Division.

The Department of Transit is nominally in charge of the economy, but in fact it is also in charge of administration, and also manages the good and contemptuous officials of supervision, but in fact it is the department with the most power that can manage anything, referred to as the Cao Division. The chief is called the transfer envoy, and the transfer envoy is referred to as Cao Shuai.

Later, because of too much power, the part in charge of the prison was divided, which was called the Tidian Criminal Prison Public Affairs Division, referred to as the Xian Division, and the chief was called the Tidian Criminal Prison, referred to as the Xiantai.

Later, I still felt that the transfer envoy still had too much power, so he divided into a promotion of Changping official affairs, referred to as Cangsi, and the chief was referred to as Cang Envoy and Cang Ambassador.

The three places are collectively known as the Supervision Division, also known as the Outer Stage.

In addition, there are some miscellaneous supervisors in each road, such as the Tea and Horse Division, the Pit and Metallurgical Division, and the Municipal Shipping Division, which are institutions established according to the special circumstances in the road.

Under the road is the state, the state is divided into upper, middle and lower many and so on, and the various grades have corresponding military levels, divided into the governor's state, the jiedu state until the military state.

This is the remnant of the system of five generations of warlords, and the governors of each state are called governors, jiedu envoys, observation envoys, defense envoys, regimental training envoys, and assassin historians.

Later, after replacing this system with a civilian system, state officials were generally called "Zhizhou Military State Affairs", referred to as Zhizhou, but they could not be called that directly, they had to be called the title of the previous dynasty - Shangzhou was called Taishou, and Xiazhou was called Thorn History.

The previous warlord system became a remote position for military ministers, clans, and princes, and they did not go to their posts, but only transferred.

For example, Yuezhou is a regimental training state, and the military governor of Yuezhou is called Yuezhou regimental training envoy, this may be the official position of a little prince in the palace, and he doesn't know what Dongting Lake is like all his life, as if Zhao Zongshi has served as a post.

There are garrisons above Jiedu Prefecture, for example, the military quota of Rongzhou is called the Qingyuan Army, at this time, it cannot be called the Rongzhou Jiedu Envoy, but should be commensurate with the military amount, called the Qingyuan Army Jiedu Envoy, which may be the title of another child in the palace, such as Zhao Zongyou, the child of the Ming Calculation Branch, is the Qing Navy Jiedu Envoy, and the Qing Navy's feudal town is in Guangzhou.

In addition to the state, there is also a government, and the state capital is theoretically at the same level, but in fact it is so high, divided into the Beijing government, the sub-government, and the three provinces.

Jingfu, sub-government, the governor is called Fu Yin, Shaofu, and Fu Mu.

Others are called "the military affairs of a certain government", the prefect, on weekdays, can still be called the title of the former dynasty - Taishou.

Taishou and Fu Yin had an important adjutant - the general judge, who was responsible for supervision and signed official documents together.

Next is the army, the army is smaller than the state capital, the chief officer is called the Zhijun, the military envoy, and the adjutant is called a certain military, and the small army simply does not have a general judgment.

Supervisors are small institutions, similar to some independent large-scale industrial and mining enterprises after the founding of the People's Republic of China, and the chief officials are called supervisors or supervisors.

Then the chiefs have staff, called shogunates, and Zhu Cao officials.

This also matches the rank of the state capital, such as the left-behind magistrate, the left-behind judge, the section magistrate, the section judge, the defense judge, the military judge, this is similar to the office director.

If the shogunate is in the selection sequence, it is called the judge, and if it is the Beijing official sequence, it can be called the signing judge.

Zhu Cao, that is, the record of the army, the manager of the army, the judiciary of the army, etc., correspond to the six departments, which is equivalent to the city bureaus in later generations.

The lower part is the county, if the county official is elected, it is the county order, and if it is the Beijing official sequence, it must be called the county.

The county officials, the military and the government, if Jilu's post is below the missionary lang, he also serves as a soldier and horse sign, and he is above the straight lang, and he is called the soldier and horse supervisor.

The adjutant of the county official is the county officer, the chief bookkeeper, and the county lieutenant.

In the daily titles, these official positions cannot be called directly, but should be "replaced by the old with the new", and the corresponding positions of the Han and Tang dynasties should be commensurate.

For example, according to the different state grids, Zhizhou has to be called Taishou, Assassin History; The general judgment has to be called don't drive, Sima;

Prime minister, you can even go back to the Spring and Autumn Period, and you can call Ling Yin, but it is mostly used for correspondence, and it is enough to call Xianggong verbally.

That's pretty much it.
