scp-002 scp-003

002 Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-002 must be able to connect to a power source at all times so that it is in a state similar to that of a recharge, in the event of a power outage, the entire facility is to be shut down immediately and personnel evacuated, and when the device is re-called, X-ray blasting and ultraviolet strobe must be used to blast the area until SCP-002 is reconnected to the power supply and enter charging mode, and the entire lockdown area must be kept under negative air pressure.

Crews within 20 meters of the locked-down area or SCP-002 must consist of at least two members, and when approaching SCP-002, personnel must maintain physical contact at all times to confirm that the other person and their own perceptions are normal.

Personnel below Level 2 are forbidden to approach SCP-002, but may enter without written authorization from two off-site O5-level administrators. In the event of such an exception, he must be secured by 5 Level 3 security personnel at all times, and the level and security check must be waived, and after SCP-002 contact, the command staff must accompany the subject to a 72-hour isolation psychological test at least 5 kilometers away from SCP-002, and if normal, the level and security check will resume after the test

Description: According to Mulhausen's report of SCP-002 discovery, SCP-002 resembles a 60m³ or 2,000 cubic foot ball of flesh, with an iron movable door leading to its interior, which resembles a small low-rent apartment, with a single window on one wall, but not visible from the outside, and furniture inside, presumably made of carved bones, hair, and human body parts, with each item in the room having separate or disconnected DNA sequences.

References: To date, the subject has caused 7 people to disappear, and SCP-002 has produced 2 lamps, a small carpet, a TV, a radio, an air chair, 3 books in an unknown language, 4 children's toys, and a small potted plant in the laboratory. Experiments with SCP-002 with laboratory animals, including some higher primates, have yielded no reaction, and the use of cadaverics has failed. However, according to the update of its internal configuration, it is clear that it is luring living people to live inside.

Mulhausen's report [00.023.603]

This is a brief report of the discovery of SCP-002

The object was found in a crater in northern Portugal, where it crashed into Earth from orbit and was encased in a thick layer of rock cover, which exposed its fleshy outer layer. A local farmer found it and informed the village chief. A Level 4 warning was issued to the area after the object emitted some small anomalous radiation, and the object was subsequently considered a potential SCP object and brought to attention.

A collection team of SCP security personnel led by General Mulhausen was immediately dispatched to the area. There, they quickly kept the object in a huge container. It was initially tested, and the testers were recruited from nearby villages. The three men entered the building alone, but disappeared with it. After discovering this lethal property of the object, General Mulhausen issued a Tier 4A witness (about 1/3 of the villagers) to stop the order to ensure that news of the object would not leak. and began shipping SCP equipment [DATA EXPUNGED]

During the preparation for transport, four SCP security guards were incredulously drawn inside the object, where they disappeared instantly. Further examination revealed that the object had "grown" as if (referring to SCP-002) had "grown" new furniture, and that the interior had begun to resemble the rooms of a small apartment. General Mulhausen immediately ordered the requisition of hazardous materials suitable for joining the SCP security personnel left behind to deal with the third shift. They began placing containers containing SCP-002 onto a cargo ship on standby, and transporting SCP-002 to the SCP containment facility.

[DATA EXPUNGED]

Following General Mulhausen's termination order, SCP-002 is now under the surveillance of SCP personnel and brought into the container in [CLASSIFIED], and following the Mulhausen event, personnel below Level 2 and below are to be denied access to the container containing SCP-002 unless they have priority approval from at least two Level 5 personnel.

Item No: SCP-003

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-003 is to be kept at a constant temperature of over 35°C, ideally above 100°C. In the event of a global power failure, designated personnel are to maintain SCP-003-1 above the critical temperature with body temperature. All personnel who come into physical contact with SCP-003-1 are to submit a sterilization report immediately.

Except in the case of such an emergency, any significant changes in runic activity (including pattern, frequency, or color) that occur to keep SCP-003-1 away from -003-2 are to be reported within three hours. If runic activity ceases, it must be reported immediately. SCP-003-2 must be powered at all times by generator 003-IX designated by [REDACTED]; Details can be found in the attached documentation.

Description: Remote monitoring team SRV-04 Beta (see attached documentation) discovered SCP-003, which consists of two related, but distinctively sourced components, designated SCP-003-1 and SCP-003-2.

SCP-003-1 is composed of chitin, hair, and thyroid matter, none of which possess known biological characteristics, but resembles [REDACTED]. They are arranged in a structure similar to that of a computer motherboard. Testing has shown that SCP-003-1 precedes the earliest known circuit board by approximately [REDACTED]. SCP-003-1 is considered sentient, but not dangerous, unless subjected to certain conditions (see Addendum and additional documentation).

SCP-003-1 was discovered on a stone tablet, SCP-003-2, on which SCP-003-1 perched. The runes on SCP-003-2 do not belong to any known writing, and they flicker on and off with a slight sound. These phenomena have a communicative effect and can be interpreted through [DATA EXPUNGED].

Analysis has shown that SCP-003-1 and SCP-003-2 are of different origins. SCP-003-2 is controlled by a built-in (non-biological) computer, making it difficult to access its contents without destroying the entity. SCP-003-2 is capable of emitting controlled radiation, including thermal radiation and [REDACTED]. It is hypothesized that SCP-003-2 was most likely created for the purpose of controlling SCP-003-1. Some of the data within SCP-003-2 can be accessed through the means mentioned in Addendum 003-01, which may be related to the ██-class reorganization that SCP-003-1 will cause in the past or in the future, but it is currently inconclusive.

SCP-003-2 contains a built-in [DATA EXPUNGED] power supply, but its power was continuously lost due to ██████████ until it was discovered by the SRV-04 Beta. SCP-003-2 appears to have intentionally made contact with SRV-04 Beta through [DATA EXPUNGED]. It is likely that SCP-003 has used similar tactics to announce its existence to other organizations. In contrast to the above behavior, SCP-003-2 is considered incapable of being incapable of being incapable of reacting to [REDACTED] and [REDACTED], including M03-Gloria's actions.

When the temperature of SCP-003 drops below 35°C, both components will react simultaneously.

First, SCP-003-1 will enter a growth state, characterized by an exponential increase in its mass. This state is divided into two phases, with SCP-003-1 partially contributing to its growth by transforming the surrounding matter. First inorganic matter, such as atmospheric components, followed by inanimate organic matter, such as dead skin cells, hair, chitin, enamel, keratin, and other biological materials.

The first stage is called the "provisioning" phase; SCP-003-1 enters the second stage when it begins to come into contact with living organic materials. During this phase, SCP-003-1 may pause, slow down, or alter its growth process, and if [DATA EXPUNGED], it will remodel inorganic and inanimate organic matter into functionally similar structures.

The growth rate of the first stage is consistent. In the second stage, as long as SCP-003-1 remains in contact with living organic matter, its growth rate will drop from 20% to 90% of its original level. This percentage depends on the complexity of the organism it comes into contact with. As evidenced by [REDACTED]'s numbers, SCP-003-1 appears to use a large amount of energy to sustain the anecdotal process of living organisms.

During each stage, SCP-003-2 will emit bursts of radiation that temporarily inhibit SCP-003-1's growth, reversing its growth if the temperature of SCP-003-1 exceeds 100°C. Similar radiation can be emitted via [DATA EXPUNGED].

Addendum 003-01: Based on information obtained from [DATA EXPUNGED] and linguistic analysis of SCP-003-2's runes, the M03-Gloria investigation team managed to establish a link between SCP-003 and [DATA EXPUNGED] in order to analyze its function. SCP-003-1 is currently considered sentient and must remain at least one kilometer away from [DATA EXPUNGED] and the resulting "by-products" at all times.

Addendum 003-02: The actions of M03-Gloria have exacerbated SCP-003-2's power loss. Under O5-██'s orders, M03-Gloria is to proceed.

Addendum 003-03: [DATA EXPUNGED] In the process, SCP-003-1 doubled in mass and began to multiply rapidly structurally, with its temperature immediately returning to 100°C. Proliferation and mass growth lasted for 9 minutes and 6 seconds, during which time SCP-003-2 emitted continuous pulses of radiation. SCP-003-1 returns to its normal state for 3 minutes and 39 seconds in response. The new growth breaks down into powdery residue, which is now recovered for analysis. The latter terminated all identifiable activities. SCP-003-2's runes emit a uniform shimmer of light and did not return to normal activity until three hours after being plugged into an external power source of [REDACTED], after which [DATA EXPUNGED]. SCP-003-2 is now unable to maintain the temperature of the suppression zone above 35°C without the help of an external power source provided by [REDACTED].

Addendum 003-04: The process described in Addendum 003-03 reappears, and SCP-003-1 returns to its growth state. After 10 minutes and 13 seconds, SCP-003-2 emitted a continuous pulse of radiation. SCP-003-1 ceased growth for a moment, and after 36 seconds resumed its previous growth rate.

When SCP-003-1 quadruples its mass, it constructs a well-textured shell and body, initially resembling a 50-foot diameter (including a 10-foot diameter object that appears to be a central processing unit) and sensory organs that can be used to probe its surroundings and convert portions of its inhibition zone into [REDACTED]. It then breached the containment area, entered the observation chamber, made physical contact with the nine members of M03-Gloria present, entered the second stage of self-proliferation, and [DATA EXPUNGED]. For the next 15 minutes, SCP-003-1 pauses growth. Upon recovery, SCP-003-1 rearranges parts of the center of its structure to form the shape of a 9-foot-tall female creature with human features, with "tentacles" protruding from its newly formed "hair" and spine and wandering. SCP-003-1 then exhibited immature vocal skills and [DATA EXPUNGED].

An unidentified Caucasian male, later identified as [REDACTED], approached the compromised containment area with a team of integrated agents. [REDACTED] claims to have attempted to communicate with SCP-003-1 on orders of O5-██. Agent ████ of M03-Gloria [DATA EXPUNGED] successfully activated the generator, restoring power to SCP-003-2 and bringing the temperature back to 100°C. SCP-003-1 returned to its normal state after 21 minutes and 7 seconds, and regained control.

Nine members of M03-Gloria who came into contact with SCP-003-1 were not aware of any organic damage, and there were no residual effects other than minor psychic blows. The substance that was originally used as a containment area for SCP-003 has not decomposed since being converted, and is currently being analyzed.

Addendum 003-05: In light of previous incidents, O5-██, O5-██, and O5-██ entered into a joint agreement to [DATA EXPUNGED] of O5-██. Freeze all operations of M03-Gloria indefinitely.
