August 1, 1979 to August 1, 1980 is the period for project manufacturers to settle in, and the occupancy rate at the end of the period must reach 90%!

From August 2, 1980 to December 31, 1980, the project was in trial operation, with a 100% operating rate at the end of the period, accommodating 90,000 workers.

5. Restriction clause: If Party B fails to assess the indicators at that time due to unilateral reasons, Party A has the right to terminate this contract. The loss caused by the termination shall be fully borne by Party B! At the same time, Party A imposed a fine of $1 billion on Party B, and recovered the losses and fines through legal and other means!

6. Payment method: After signing the contract, pay all the land payment in one lump sum.
