Duan Zhong never thought that there was such a dark side in his heart, and it was just shameless on weekdays.

It can be said that Duan Zheng's mental method is the most explicit desire to stimulate people's hearts. Because people have desires, they have the motivation to move forward and develop, and they can use the most domineering murderous sword.

And the method used by Duan Zhengjing to combat this desire is zazen.

So Duan Zhengjing moved a lot of Buddhist scriptures to the two of them.

The Buddha said that there are eight sufferings in life. Birth, old age, sickness, death, resentment, love and parting, unbelievable, and five extracts. Because people don't want to suffer, they have desires.

Duan Zhong has a lot of desires, so he crossed over, so he came to this world, so he became the prince of Dali, so he is learning Duan Zheng's mental method on this Cangshan at the moment, a mental method that stimulates people's desires. Therefore, Duan Zhong is the most suitable person in the world to cultivate this kind of mental method, and he is even more suitable for Duan Zhengzheng.

However, if you let your desires continue to spread, it is what the Buddha called the Infernal Hell. And Duan Zhong naturally can't fall down. Therefore, he still has to practice Buddhism.

Duan Zhengjing invited a very good teacher for Duan Chong, his senior brother, the official abbot of Chongsheng Temple, Master Kongming. In the words of the world before Duan was reborn, this Void Ming Mage was an authentic ...... Sea turtle. He is a great master who returned from a study tour in India, is proficient in Buddhism, and is the first person in real Dali Buddhism. This person is naturally the most suitable teacher to be Duan Chong.

Master Kongming gave Duan Zhong and Zongzi the method of cultivating the mind, which is called Mahamudra.

This is one of the simplest and most complex methods. It is simple because everything is done with simple gestures, and it is the most complex, but it is also because what this mudra wants to express is the essence of all physical and mental phenomena in the material world.

And what Duan Chong and the two learned is naturally the simplest one: the real big mudra. To practice the Mahamudra, one must enter from the door of hearing and contemplating, through the teachings of the Enlightenment Sect, clear the nature of the mind, understand the meaning of reality, choose the instructions of the Guru, show the practice mantra, contemplate the mind according to the formula, understand the nature of the mind, and enter the line of samadhi or light concentration.

What is needed is not only the mind, but also the understanding. Fortunately, Duan Zhong is not lacking in both, and Zongzi also seems to have opened his mind, and his understanding is not bad.

Therefore, in the days to come, Duan Zhong and Zongzi stayed in Duan Zhengjing's couch every day, practicing the mind method with Duan Zhengjing in the morning, and practicing the Mahamudra with Master Kongming in the afternoon. At night? Naturally, it is to tell a serious story......

And when Duan Zhengjing was practicing penance for the two, in addition to seeing that in addition to participating in meditation, there was also an additional pleasure: copying books.

Even though Grand Master Kong Ming repeatedly warned himself to abandon all distracting thoughts in his heart, Duan Zhong stubbornly believed that he couldn't throw away Su'er if he threw anything away. Fortunately, this year, there is still a little Lori for herself to "tease".

I was a runaway from home, so naturally I couldn't write letters. So Duan Zhong didn't know how his emperor Lao Tzu was doing, he didn't know how his princess mother was doing, and he didn't know how his dear Su'er was doing...... How is it going? And what I care about most is whether Su'er is married or not...... If anyone dares to marry Su'er, even if it is promised to a palace nobleman, Duan Zhong will tear off his skin and snatch Su'er back. Even the holy decree of his own emperor Lao Tzu is the same......

Duan Zhong would also think of some other people from time to time. For example, how well Duan Zhuang's sword was practiced, such as whether Concubine Zhuang had a much more comfortable life in the year after she left. is how many kittens the Persian cat raised in his Chongyang Palace has given birth to, Duan Zhong also wants to be obscene, and he doesn't realize that it is a male cat at all.

And for a whole year, Duan Zhong has not touched a sword. There are no zongzi either.

The two of them practiced the mind method for a whole year, and practiced the Buddha for a whole year.

Duan Zhong is a person with knowledge of two lifetimes, so when he practices the Dharma, he always thinks about it with a dialectical materialist mind, and even so, he still feels the greatness and profundity of the Dharma. The philosophical attainments of these great wisdom people such as Bodhi and Bodhisattva in Buddhism are in no way inferior to those of great thinkers and philosophers such as Marx and Lenin in previous lives.

At this point, Duan Zhong is very clever to maintain his subjective initiative. Whether it is facing the desires of one's own heart when practicing the righteous mind, or facing the profound philosophy of the teachings when studying the Dharma, they all maintain their own subjective initiative. It is not like zongzi, which is reversed in darkness and light, and seeks some balance in turmoil.

The progress of Zongzi's cultivation was expected by Duan Zhengzheng, because Zongzi was a person from this world, a person who desperately wanted to be swayed by desires and teachings. Duan Chong is different, so Duan Zhengjing was very surprised, because after a short period of polar wandering, Duan Chong was able to find a good constraint between murder and peace, which is something that many people may not be able to do in their lifetime, and such as Duan Zhengjing, a martial arts genius, also spent twenty years.

Duan heavy, it only took a year.

Therefore, Duan Zhengzheng believes that Duan Zhong can get out of the customs. And getting out of the customs means that you can start teaching the heavy sword technique. And zongzi, naturally, they want to continue to sit on their own dry Zen.

And except for those who are depressed, the rest are naturally happy people. Needless to say, Duan Chong's joy is not to mention, Duan Zhengzheng's heart is also full of relief and joy, after all, Lao Duan has confiscated apprentices in his life, and this is the first time he has accepted an apprentice, how can he not receive such a good qualification?

Duan Zhong is out of the test, and he doesn't have to chant Buddha all day long, so he naturally has more time to tell stories.
