Chapter 808: General Great Monk Azig
At the beginning of 1653 in the Western calendar, in the Kremlin in Moscow, the capital of the Rakshasa Kingdom, the Mongol Ross, who represented the protection of the capital of the Ming Dynasty. Chu Huer Wujiangshi, on behalf of the Great Mongolia Ming loyal minister (who has a certificate) Guang Shiheng, on behalf of the Rakshasa Tsar Alexei I (as far as he is true), signed a "Tripartite Ten-Year Non-War Pact", which won ten years of precious peace for the three parties!
That's right, this treaty, which is not real no matter how you look at it, ended up being strictly adhered to - because there was no war between the three parties who signed the treaty for ten years! Mind you, it's three parties, not three countries!
Because the vice president of the North Court of the Ming Dynasty protects Ross. Chu Huer Wujiangshi represents the local power of the Beiting of the Ming Dynasty - the internal domain of the Ming Dynasty has no diplomatic power without the authorization of the imperial court, while the Beiting Dadu Protectorate is officially authorized by the Ming Dynasty to carry out the diplomacy of the Imperial Protectorate. That is, it only represents the capital protection itself, not the Ming court.
This kind of local power holding some diplomatic power was very common before the invention of the telegraph. Especially for some large countries with vast territories and particularly complex surrounding situations, it is very necessary to give a certain diplomatic authorization to the governor in a distant place.
And Rose. In the 10 years after the signing of the no-war treaty, the local government of the Ming Beiting, represented by Chu Huer Wujiangshi, has always pointed the spearhead of the attack to the south and southwest, and has not clashed with the Rakshasa State and the Great Mongolian State.
As for the Rakshasa country, attention is now focused on the White Rakshasa in the west and the small Rakshasa (Ukraine) in the south, as well as on the Baltic coast. This means that the Rakshasa Kingdom will face three powerful opponents: the Ottoman Empire, the Kingdom of Sweden, and the Republic of Poland!
Therefore, it is impossible for the Rakshasa to send many regular troops in the direction of Siberia and Central Asia, and can only engage in a small fight of a few thousand Cossacks to bully the Mongols, who have declined to the state of tribal union. The historical Zungar Khanate was once able to form a relatively favorable resistance to the Rakshasa State, not to mention the current Zungar that has become the Protectorate of the Beiting Metropolis?
The current Rakshasa is not the Rakshasa after Peter the Great's reform, and the military production capacity is much worse than the current Ming Dynasty!
Moreover, the surrounding Ottoman Empire, the Kingdom of Sweden, and the Republic of Poland were all in a strong state, and they could not afford to fight another large-scale war or two in the East.
Therefore, soon after the signing of the "Tripartite Ten-Year Non-War Pact", the Rakshasa Kingdom abandoned the two forward strongholds of Yaksa and Nebuchu in the Far East, retreated to the eastern shore of Lake Baikal and the banks of the Lena River, and began to go on the defensive. The Irkutsk fortress was built on the banks of the Angara River north of Lake Baikal, and the Ulan-Ude and Chita fortresses were built in the area south and east of Lake Baikal.
And in the direction of Western Siberia and Central Asia, the Rakshasa state did not completely stop its expansion, but turned the target of aggression to the leaderless Kazakhs, and began to build fortresses in the western part of the Kazakh Khanate, encroaching on the land of the Kazakhs.
In the face of the expansion of the Rakshasas in Mughulstan (the part belonging to the Kazakhs), the Beiting Metropolitan Protectorate of the Ming Dynasty responded with the same "fortress expansion" method under the financial support of the Ming court. In the next 10 years from 1653, four fortresses were built successively, including the Western Chu City (located between the Chu River and the northern slope of the Kyrgyz Mountains), the Beiting City (located on the northwest shore of Lake Balkhash), the Broken Leaf City (on the site of the Broken Leaf City), and the Northern Border City (located near the Yamesh Salt Lake in the western part of the Kuronda steppe of the Irtysh River).
However, this series of city building, relocation and pacification of the Kazakh tribes, as well as the wars with the Yarkand Khanate and the Uzbek Khanate, consumed too much energy on the Beiting side, so the "non-war treaty" between the Beiting and the Rakshasa was not destroyed.
As for the Great Mongolian side, in 1653 of the Western calendar, it was the 10th year of Shunzhi, and the little emperor of Shunzhi, Fu Lin, and the imperial uncle Duoduo probably forgot about Guang Shiheng's envoy to the Rakshasa country...... Because since the end of the ninth year of Shunzhi, Fulin and Duoduo have been preparing for an uncle and nephew meeting.
Recently, the Qing Dynasty and the Great Mongolia have encountered a lot of troubles, and they can't strangle each other's good uncles and nephews, so they have to meet to discuss countermeasures.
And the place where they met was the late Emperor Amadorgon's Jianling Mausoleum - Jieshi Mountain, where the Jianling Tomb is located, is between the Shunzhi and Duoduo regions. And neither of them set up a defense in Jieshi Mountain, but handed over the task of this mountain and guarding the Jianling Tomb to the great monk Azig who was defeated in the battle of Jieshi Mountain.
That's right, Azig has now seen through the red dust, shaved his ordination in the Shuiyan Temple of Jieshi Mountain, and became a great monk, with a universal legal name.
As soon as he heard this name, he knew that it had a great origin!
The universal word comes from the high monk Tongxiu of the Rinzai sect. This Tongxiu monk is only 39 years old this year, but he became famous very early, and at the age of 23, he was already a famous monk in the southeast.
After Dolgon's death, the Buddhist monk Tungor Gege was worried that his Amma would go to the eighteenth layer of hell, so he begged Zhu Cihong to find a monk who had attained the Tao to go to Jieshi Mountain to recite the sutras for Dolgon.
Emperor Zhu also knew a lot of high-ranking monks - they were all high-ranking monks with the surname Zhu in Huangjue Temple, so it was appropriate to send them to recite scriptures to Dolgon, right? There is also a senior monk who is studying hard in elementary school, and he can't leave. So he asked Qian Qianyi to recommend it, and Qian Qianyi recommended this Tongxiu monk to Zhu Cihong. Zhu Cihong gave him tens of thousands of taels of silver "incense money" and let him go to Jieshi Mountain.
This Tongxiu monk is a high monk, of course, there are clever things. Not long after arriving at Jieshi Mountain, he was recognized as a great monk by the local Yanshui Temple, and Azige, who guarded the frugal tomb, went to visit the Yanshui Temple after hearing about it, and believed it by worshipping and worshipping, and also thought that he had a relationship with the Buddha, and should put down the butcher's knife and become a Buddha on the ground......
However, the monk Tongxiu did not dare to accept Azig as an apprentice, but accepted the apprentice on behalf of the teacher, and accepted Azig as his own closed little disciple.
So Azig is a high-ranking monk of the literacy generation!
Monk Tongxiu chose another word for Azig "use", which means not only to understand the Dharma, but also to use the Dharma, only in this way can all sentient beings be purified.
Now the general monk Azig and his senior brother Tongxiu Monk invited the deputy Lin and Duoduo from afar into the smoke-filled Jianling Sacrifice Hall.
"Amitabha, the two donors and the poor monks will put incense on the emperor Ama!"
Wearing a monk's robe and robe, Azig with a big shaved head looked happy, and he had gained a lot of weight, Duoduo and Shunzhi's uncle and nephew didn't recognize it when they first met, and now they are still a little unaccustomed to it......
The great monk Tongxiu who was with Azig looked much more profound, as if he was smiling, his eyes were deep, and his mouth was a beautiful Wu Yin, although it was soft, but it had a sacred and solemn taste.
He took the lit Buddha incense from the hands of the two little novices, handed it to Shunzhi and Duoduo, and just said, "The two donors are invited." ”
Duoduo and Shunzhi took the Buddha's incense, took the spiritual seat of Baidorgon, and then sat down face to face on the futon placed in front of Dolgon's spiritual seat.
The two of them didn't come to burn incense alone, they both brought a group of subordinates, they all kowtowed together just now, and now they stood behind their respective bosses, looking at each other with cold eyebrows.
The general monk Azig did not leave with his senior brother Tongxiu, but recited the Buddha's name, and then sat down in the middle of Duoduo and Shunzhi.
"In front of the Emperor Amaling, what else can't the two donors say openly?" The general monk is a peacemaker today, and now the scene is embarrassing, of course he has to speak, "If you don't say it, then the poor monk will start first...... Fourteen Gege is still married? Is Zhongzhou's territory still defended? There is also the fact that the Jungar Ministry voted for the Southern Ming Dynasty, became the protector of the Northern Court, and also sent troops to the Yeerqiang Khanate, and it seems that it is about to cut off the contact between our Qing Dynasty and Tibet, how should we deal with this matter? ”
