Chapter 206 Zhu Xianguan Three Years of Cultivation Ask the Buddhist Temple for a Moment 101
.
"Say, you pig." Not to be outdone, the five ghosts jumped from the pine nut tree to the front of the six evils, first deliberately throwing a disdainful look at him, and then, deliberately learning the six evils to speak, said: "As the saying goes, it is good, if it is not extremely Tailai, if Taiji is not coming, everything in the world is nothing more than a yin and a yang." There is yang in yin, yin in yang, and yin and yang are combined, which is called the sum of the mean. Soft to stop, rigid to stop, Tai or not yin and yang, the avenue in the middle, that is, to dissolve. ”
"I don't understand." Six evil reprimands: "Speak human words." ”
"You!" Five ghosts: "Hmph! You pig! ”
"Wow, what's that?" Li Bai laughed twice, hurriedly stepped forward and said to the mud, "Fifth Senior Brother, Sixth Senior Brother, don't be impatient, don't be impatient, rest first, what about me, junior brother?" After a pause, seeing that the five ghosts and the six evil spirits did not refute anything, he continued: "The evil fetus in the belly of that beast is caused by the yin and yang in the body, and the qi and blood are blocked by the tendons and veins. The key to this is not the single ginseng fruit, but also the ice jade bed in the stone cave on the north slope. ”
"Little junior brother." The Six Evils: "What's the Solution?" ”
"Sixth Senior Brother, that's the case." Li Bai didn't explain his words too clearly, and wanted to help the six evils save some face, so he clicked and said, just like the big monk taught the little monk: "Yin and yang are not in harmony, giving birth to foreign bodies, converging into evil fetus, and wanting to take away the body." These are all the yin qi on the ice jade bed, and the yang qi of the ginseng fruit in the belly of the beast, which interact with each other. ”
"Oh!" The six evils suddenly realized: "I understand!" ”
"Understand?" Five ghosts: "Know a pig?" ”
"Humph! As the saying goes, the road is facing the sky, go to one side, and I don't care about you. The six evil spirits rolled their eyes at the five ghosts, then looked at Li Bai and said, "Little junior brother, do you mean that because that thing left the ice jade bed, and with this run, the yin and yang qi in its body have been leveled with each other, and the qi and blood meridians have been connected, so the evil spirit will be dispersed because of this?" ”
"Anthracene, that's what it should look like." Li Bai knew it, but in his heart he felt that this reason was a little too simple and far-fetched, and it was not very convincing. So when he said this, he turned his eyes to the four pots again and asked, "Fourth Senior Brother, is it so reasonable?" ”
"Yes, yes, that's it." Siguo smiled and said, "This thing is like when you are full of food and support, you want to find a pit to have a good time." It turns out that the pit is all full, and you can't squeeze in, so you have to jump and endure and hold on. As a result, endure it, hold it back, and at worst, endure it, suffocate it. I want to be happy again, but I can't get out of it, and I'm panicked. At this time, only by shaking and shaking, and activating the network, can there be a 'bang' explosion sound and a happy sneeze out. ”
"Good ......" Li Bai wiped his forehead: "Good image." ”
"Little junior brother, you have won awards, hehe!" The four pots were complacent, a little proud, and continued: "That damn Hong was really damned, but after our toss, it's all right, alas! Speaking of this, Siguo's expression suddenly turned sad and became gloomy and sad.
"Fourth!" Wu Gui, who was lying in front of the strange big stone, suddenly said: "You mean to say that we tired ourselves half dead and half alive, and in the end, in the end, we fulfilled the damn Hong and saved it?" ”
"Not really!" Siguo said: "If we don't chase it and scare it, then this damn Hong only needs to lie on the ice jade bed for a while, just a while, and the evil fetus in its body will take away its body." But, alas! But we were self-defeating and helped it, alas! Time, luck, and life! ”
If you don't say this, you will be angry. Even though there is a lot of anger in his heart, but now he is completely lazy and angry. Thinking that he had to leave the mountain in a hurry, he was afraid that Zhao Rui would regret it later, so everyone didn't dare to stay longer.
Unexpectedly, Wu Guidao, who was dressed like a ghost and dressed like a ghost, had just stood up, and the strange big stone in front of him exploded with a 'boom', splashing him all over his body with green juice. It makes him look like a living green man, which makes everyone laugh and enjoy it.
Because of this interesting incident, the atmosphere of extreme anger and anger was eased, and the sadness of everyone was wiped clean. I have to say that the hearts of Wu Dao, the four pots, the five ghosts and the six evils are really big, they see everything very openly, and they never get entangled in anything.
If this matter is replaced by others, they may either die or live, cry, make trouble and hang themselves; or become a bloodthirsty madman who kills people without blinking; Or plant an indelible seed of hatred in your heart. But a few of them don't, they regard everything as something like floating clouds, and they don't care about it, they don't worry about it.
For example, Subodhi once asked the Buddha, "What do you mean?" Can you see each other in person? The Buddha said, "No, World-Honored One! You can't see it as you are. ”
Subodhi asked again, "Why?" As it is said, the physiognomy is not the physiognomy. The Buddha told Subodhi: "All appearances are false, and if you see things that are not appearances, you will see them as they are." ”
In layman's terms, Subo asked the Buddha, 'How can we see the Buddha?' The Buddha told Subodhi, 'If you see things that are not the same, you will see them as they are.' ’
The word 'Rulai' mentioned here, the first time ordinary people see it, they think that the word 'Rulai' refers to the Buddha, or the Buddha. In Taoist parlance, it is believed that the 'Rulai' here is a 'god', or an 'immortal', or even a 'person'.
What is 'phase'? This is the 'phase'.
The word 'Rulai' seen in the eyes of ordinary people is 'phase', so he is just an ordinary ordinary person. Even if he recites sutras in front of the Buddha hundreds of times, rings the bell and knocks on the wooden fish, or puts on a robe, takes a bowl, shaves his head, and brands a precept, no matter how much he makes himself look like a Buddha, he is not a Buddha.
If it sounds good, it is called a monk, but if it is ugly, it is a stinky monk with a layer of skin, and it is still the kind that is stubborn. Because they can only see the 'appearance', they can only kneel in front of the Buddha for the rest of their lives, eat fasting and chant sutras, and guard the temple for the rest of their lives.
And for those who really have great prajna (wisdom), in their eyes, the word 'nyorai' here refers to everything that is useful to them. The 'Rulai' they see is not 'phase', but, 'phase', the truth of all things in the world, the truth, the phase.
Those who have great prajna see not just 'nārā', but all of them. For example, Subodha asked the Buddha, 'How can we be happy?' The Buddha told him, 'If you get things that are not like each other, you will be happy.' The word 'such asing' here becomes the word 'happy'.
Another example: Subodha asked the Buddha, 'How can I make a lot of money?' The Buddha told Subodhi, 'If you make money that is not the same, you will make a lot of money.'" The word 'such as coming' is like the desire and purpose that a person's heart desires; Vary.
If a person thinks that the word 'Rulai' is money, then it is money, and if a dog thinks that the word 'Rulai' is a meat bun, then it is a meat bun. The benevolent see the benevolent, and the wise see the wise, so it varies from person to person.
The Buddha told Subodhi the way to find the 'Nyorai', which is a word for 'appearance', which can also be understood as all the void that covers people's eyes. As long as you remove this false appearance, then you will be able to see the true appearance.
As the Taoists say, 'Afford to take it, put it down; I can see through and think openly. 'People who really have great prajna tend to look at things very far and are very taji. Never dwell on something that isn't worth dwelling on. Otherwise, the whole person will give birth to all kinds of emotions, even the seeds of hatred, so that they will become more and more blinded by the 'virtual appearance', and they will not be able to see the 'appearance of the true law', and they will become slaves of the 'appearance'.
It's just that although the Buddha told Subodhi how to see 'Nyolai', looking at the ancient and modern times, there are very few people who can really do it, and it can even be said that there are only a handful. A 'can afford to take it and put it down', it has already stumped heroes from all walks of life, not to mention seeing through the real 'phase'.
This is by no means something that an ordinary person can do, nor can it be done by sitting in the temple day and night knocking on a wooden fish, reciting a sutra, talking to the Buddha, burning incense, and winning over relationships. It must be like the Taoist saying 'bitter mind, strain its muscles and bones, and starve its body and skin', to put it bluntly, if you don't enter the red dust, how can you see through the red dust? If you don't go to hell, how can you empty it?
A person, whether it is a cultivator or a Buddha, if you can't even see through the word 'phase', then you will only be worthy of staying in the temple for the rest of your life to polish the Buddha's boots. And the Buddha sneered at you, disgusted that you were stupid and cute, and even worried that you would scratch his boots.
If it weren't for the Buddha's advocacy that 'all living beings are suffering, and all living beings are equal', then he would have slapped you to death.
The Buddha also has a temper.
Wu Guide, the Four Pots, the Five Ghosts and the Six Evils have lived for so long, and they have followed Zhao Rui for so long, although they are cultivating the Tao, they are not Buddhas. But everything in the world actually originates from Taiji, Taiji is one, it can also be said to be zero, one life is two, two gives birth to three, three gives birth to all things, and all things are 'Tao'.
How big is the Tao? How big is the universe? In fact, Zhuangzi has already told everyone about these questions, saying: "The greatest is the greatest, and it is called the great one; To the small without the inside, it is called the small one. No thickness, no accumulation, its thousands of miles. The sky and the earth are inferior, the mountains and the Zeping. ”
There is no outside to the big, no inside to the smallest. There is no maximum, no smallest, this is the Tao, that is, the universe.
The Tao is the universe, and the universe is the Tao. Whether it is a human being, a Buddha, or a grain of sand and stones, or a plant or tree, they are all just one of the 'phases' in the 'Tao'.
All things are Tao, so no matter what religion or race, the principle is the same, and they are all pursuing the word 'Rulai'. The Tao does not distinguish the things in the world into three, six, nine and so on, and the Buddha does not, it is the people themselves who distinguish all things. Therefore, Kyushu is divided, so 369 and so on, so the true body of 'Rulai' cannot be found, so it is all in the 'phase'.
Because of these seemingly delicate but actually cumbersome distinctions, the Tao is no longer the Tao, and the Buddha is no longer the Buddha. In the long history of moving forward, the original meaning has been misunderstood by those who know only a little about it.
It is also because of this distinction that although a person is very knowledgeable, or very skilled in some aspects, or in some aspects he is an extremely powerful master, there are things that ordinary people cannot match. No matter how good he is, he doesn't have prajna, that is, he doesn't have wisdom.
In the world, what is lacking is not people with profound knowledge and unique skills, but people with great wisdom. Some people promise to be familiar with the scriptures and books, and even promise to memorize them backwards, but they can only call it powerful, not prajna. For example, those prodigies who can recite hundreds of family names and Analects at a young age, they can only be said to be powerful, not to have Prajna.
Prajna is intangible and at the same time tangible, and whether a person has prajna or not is not something that can be expressed in words alone. It must be a combination of words, dharma, body, and deeds, all of which are indispensable, and this can be regarded as a primary Prajna.
While some people are proud of their vast knowledge and superb skills, the Buddha and the Taoist Patriarch are actually laughing at him as nothing more than a walking corpse. Therefore, he cannot become a 'Tao' or a 'Buddha', and he will always live in the same 'phase'.
I have bound myself.
The Buddha persuaded and extradited the world with the great prajna of 'words and deeds', and the Tao also persuaded and extradited the world with the great prajna of 'words and deeds'. But in the end, they all lost on the word 'people's hearts'. So later, whether it is a Buddha or a Tao, they only cross the fateful people.
Although the Wu guide, the four pots, the five ghosts, and the six evil spirits did not fully attain the 'Dao', or the 'Xiang', they did not have the true great prajna. However, through the practice of 'suffering their minds, straining their muscles and bones, and starving their bodies', they have been able to see through the void of the world, that is, they can afford to take it and let it go.
On the one hand, it is a thousand-year-old cultivation, and on the other hand, it is a ginseng fruit that has been cultivated for an unknown amount of time and is bitter. Say don't want to, say let go and throw away, say look at it, look away, just ask this mind, how many people can achieve it?
Obviously, there is half a finger, so that one of them can restore their thousand-year-old cultivation in the moment, and the price is only to let the six evil spirits continue to suffer the pain of not being able to survive and not being able to die. But they chose the latter, because they can afford to take it and put it down, and in their eyes, a thousand-year-old cultivation is nothing more than a 'phase'.
Knowing that even if he got this 'phase', it would be useless, and he also knew that even his master Zhao Rui couldn't save the six evils, so he didn't need to say much. They also know that the cultivation of these thousand years is far less important than the 'affection' between the brothers and sisters.
Although it is said that the thousand-year-old cultivation is 'phase', the love between the brothers and sisters is also 'phase'. But in their hearts, the latter is better than the former one, and this is called different from person to person. Some people feel that the pre-phase is higher than the posterior phase, while some people feel that the posterior phase is higher than the preceding phase. Which is more important is in line with the Taoist saying, water can carry a boat, it can also capsize a boat, it all depends on how you weigh it. If we use the words of the Buddha, it is called, one thought becomes a Buddha, and one thought becomes a demon.
So after going through this incident, the words, deeds, and deeds of Guide Wu, the Four Pots, the Five Ghosts, and the Six Evils all deeply affected Li Bai. The person who has Prajna is like this, he doesn't need to be said, he can point it out, and he himself can understand the great truth from the grass and trees.
As a result, Li Bai no longer bothered about other trivial matters, let alone his own gains and losses. After packing up what should be packed and bringing what should be brought, the brothers and sisters were happy, went down the mountain in a hurry, and left the Zhuxian Temple.
