In the thirty-second year of the Kangxi reign of the Qing Dynasty (1693), the Xuanfu Guard was abolished, and the Xuanhua Mansion was relocated to take the meaning of propaganda and education.

Xuanhua County, the county government office is in Xuanhua City, and Xuanhua gets its name from this. Because it is the first capital city in the west of Beijing, it is called

"The first capital of western Beijing". The Great Wall from Jizhen Sihaiye to Pingyuan Fort in Datong Town, is called Xuanfu Town because of the position of the general soldier Xuanhua Mansion.

Xuanfu Town has always been a battleground for soldiers, and its strategic position is very important. Especially after the Ming Dynasty established the capital of Beijing, Xuanfu Town defended Kyoto and defended the choke point of the Mongols southward.
