Biography of Wei Guard

Dian Wei (?) -197), a native of Chen Liujiwu (now Jiwucheng Village, Ningling County, Shangqiu City, Henan). At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, Cao Cao's generals were burly and powerful. originally belonged to Zhang Miao, and once raised the Yamen flag with one hand. Later, he switched to Cao Cao, and was recruited as a trap when Cao Cao conquered Lu Bu, performed bravely, and was worshiped as a captain and guarded Cao Cao. In the second year of Jian'an (197), Zhang Xiu betrayed Cao Cao, and Dian Wei led more than ten people to block the rebels in order to protect Cao Cao, killing many people, but finally died because he was outnumbered.

Dian Wei's martial arts are excellent, and he was evaluated by the historian Pan Mei as: majestic and heroic, not under Zhang Liao and Xu Chu.

Xu Chu (chǔ, see Cihai) character Zhongkang, 谯国谯人 (now the ancient town of Bozhou City, Anhui). It is more than eight feet long, with a large waist and ten girths, a majestic appearance and extraordinary bravery.

When he was young, thousands of families gathered in his hometown to defend against thieves. Later, he followed Cao Cao, and after the death of Dian Wei, he was mainly responsible for Cao Cao's escort work. During the battle of Guandu, he discovered that he wanted to kill Cao Cao and killed all the assassins.

During the battle of Weinan, he covered his face with his left hand while wearing heavy armor, and controlled the boat with his right hand to make Cao Cao successfully cross the river safely, only to find that he had already been hit by several arrows when he went ashore, and only let Xu Chu accompany him when he met with Ma Chao and Han Sui, during which Ma Chao wanted to attack Cao Cao, but when he heard Xu Chu's name and suspected that he was riding from Xu Chu, he asked Cao Cao Huhou An, Cao Cao pointed at Xu Chu, and Xu Chu glared at Ma Chao angrily to make him give up.

When Cao Cao died, Xu Chu cried until he vomited blood, and Cao Piqi moved to the position of General Wuwei, responsible for the security of the palace. When Cao Rong succeeded to the throne, he was named the Marquis of Mu Township, and died soon after, and he was called the Marquis of Zhuang.
