Author's words.
The end of this article is rather sloppy, and I'm sorry if I disappointed you.
First of all, I'm thankful that someone was able to read this.
Secondly, I would like to talk about my feelings for the characters in this novel.
My novels incorporate a lot of elements that I love. For example, "Republic of China", stand-in terrier, New Year's attack, cultivation, Sino-Japanese CP, celebrity x officer, etc.
Some people may say that it's like a sting, and that TV series is also like this.
I state here that I do like the relationships between the characters. Among them, the most similar ones are probably Masaya Takeki and Yui Araki.
But the biggest difference between Takemuya and Haifei's Araki is that Takemuya is more like a Chinese. Moreover, he is deliberately conniving, not "not knowing, not seeing".
Takekiya has always understood what she is doing and has seen everything clearly. He knew he shouldn't do it, and he knew he had to be ruthless. He hesitated in many places, and even in the confrontation with Lin Hai to make concessions, play the wrong sound, and send Lin Hai a short knife, etc., you can see his blatant connivance.
For me, Takekiya is more like a person who can anticipate things like a god and take everything into his pocket, but he can't control his feelings.
He is greedy for peace, and the emperor who keeps saying it is only paralyzing himself. He was more concerned with winning the war than with the emperor's orders, and returning to his beloved homeland. For this reason, he did everything he could, not even treating the Chinese as human beings.
Lin Hai became a special case because he carried the name of Zhou Mu at the beginning, which made him a different existence from other Chinese in the eyes of Zhumuya.
But in the end, he only used Lin Hai as a tool that could be used and squeezed.
It wasn't until later, when he was shaping Lin Hai according to his own ideas and information, that he began to care about his moods, emotions.
He has put a lot of expectations on Lin Hai.
Besides, Lin Hai was high-profile enough at the beginning, but my setting for him is just an ordinary person, patriotic, and wants to be a hero, but he is also an ordinary person who is afraid of death and pain. Despite this, he was already very extraordinary in China at that time.
And Lin Zhou (Zhou Mu)'s setting is very similar to Zhumuya, but he is more humane, so he came to Shanghai and deliberately appeared in front of Zhumuya. However, Lin Zhou will be more rational in some extreme situations. So he will eventually make the idea of giving up Lin Hai in Chongqing.
The scales in his heart eventually fell on the side of the country.
In the final analysis, it was Lin Hai's impulse, and after he learned of the purge plan, he immediately went to deliver the news. Zhu Mu Ya had to close the net in advance, in order not to expose the ghost, Zhu Mu Ya pushed Lin Hai out, and released the news that Lin Hai reported it.
Regarding Tang Yin, I want to finish writing that Tang Yin, in my eyes, she is the real Gone with the Wind.
That's all for the main characters, and there are a lot of supporting characters, so I won't give examples one by one.
Maybe it's not very well portrayed, too abrupt.
I'm sorry, but this is my first time writing a novel, and I'm so sorry for having this kind of question.
I'll try to correct the typos in each chapter in the future, don't mind.
