Of course, if the traditional structure of the six-cylinder engine is directly used, the same power output can also be achieved, but Yongxing City has not yet begun to develop the six-cylinder engine, and the technical reserve is insufficient.

Moreover, the six-cylinder engine is not just on the four-cylinder, adding two cylinders is as simple as a re-enactment, almost all the data and design are redone.

At the same time, limited to the limitation of industrial processing capacity, there is neither CNC machine, nor copy machine tool, must first remove the allowance by the traditional cutting machine tool, and then manually processed by the fitter, it takes more than a month to produce and manufacture a set of single-cylinder machine molds, nearly 400 hours, and a set of four-cylinder machine molds takes two and a half months.

It does not include the time-consuming mold modification that needs to be spent on trial production in the later stage, and the six-cylinder engine will take longer, and it needs to be redesigned and demonstrated, and the relevant technical indicators and standards need to be formulated.

The four-cylinder engine has been designed and finalized, there are ready-made molds, a full set of technical indicators, and the time cost of modification on this basis is much less.
