The Onmyoji practice, from the virtual realm to the micro realm, is to refine the essence of the five elements into mana. These seven characters can be seen in "Huainanzi" for the earliest, which is a sentence in the classic works of Taoism in the Western Han Dynasty. "Food qi" is the first realm of Taoist onmyoji "Bigu" practice. The so-called "don't eat grains, suck up wind and drink dew" refers to the cultivation method of refining the essence of the five elements.

The wind and dew recorded in "Zhuangzi • Wandering Away" ostensibly refer to the "heavenly wind" and "rain and dew", but in fact they are talking about the five elements of the earth's leylines. It was the primordial qi of heaven and earth, pure and undefiled. If you don't eat grains, you can get rid of the "three corpse worms" in your body. Then there is the magic power of "riding the clouds, flying dragons, and swimming beyond the four seas".

What does it mean to "ride the clouds"? This is the ability of the physical body to fly in the sky, and it can only be done after reaching the realm of entering the gods. And this is the second realm of "Bigu" practice.

After the Onmyoji broke through to the realm of entering the gods, his divine soul was powerful, and he began to refine the essence of the sun and the moon, and he reached the realm of "those who do not eat do not die and become gods". The "not eating" here no longer refers to the five grains, but not even the essence of the five elements.

Although the essence of the five elements born from the leylines is pure, it can theoretically remove the "three corpses". But in fact, the essence of the five elements is only the power of the mortal world after all, and it is impossible to completely get rid of the "three corpse insects". The so-called earth has the leyline, the sky has the vein, and the sun, moon and stars are the veins of the sky.

Taoist theory believes that if a person wants to become an immortal, not eating whole grains is the first step. Not eating the essence of the five elements is the second step. The third step is to eat nothing. Only borrowed the power of the heavenly veins to cultivate the divine soul, and finally broke away from the shackles of the physical body and feathered into a flying immortal.

Of course, these are just Qi refiners before ancient times, and they are recorded in some Taoist classics, and the ambiguous statement is not a complete set of cultivation systems. Theory and practice are two different things. Therefore, from ancient times to the present, the Taoist school has left countless classic works, which everyone can read and figure out, but no one uses them to cultivate into immortals.

Later, Qin unified the six countries, and Kyushu entered the era of great unification. Later, after the development of the Han Dynasty and the Three Kingdoms, in the Wei and Jin dynasties, whether it was Taoism, Buddhism, or the cultivators of the Demon Sect, they all had a new name, Onmyoji.

Through hundreds of years of evolution, each sect and sect has perfected the cultivation system of the Onmyoji and created a variety of exercises. From the realm of contemplation of the void to the realm of Hetian, and then to the realm of the supreme human realm, each of which has nine folds, and the process of each step of cultivation is very fine. Entering the realm of gods can be regarded as a watershed for the onmyoji. This is a means that only exists in the realm of entering the gods, and it is naturally an incredible thing to appear on an onmyoji of the Guiwei realm.
