Another important article published in this special issue was the speech of Liao Daheng, the governor of Sichuan, at the province's "Mobilization Conference for Resolutely Suppressing Rebels."

This murderous speech clearly defined the targets of the suppression of rebellion as three acts: rebellion, rebellion, and rebellion.

It also indicates that Zhu Pingjin began to carry out major changes at the level of the national system to the old chronic diseases that lasted for three hundred years in the Ming Dynasty.
