Chapter 26: The Stranger

Carl walked out of the library in a state of despair, never seriously thinking about what he would do if he really had something to do with Voldemort.

His eyes were almost identical to Voldemort's, carved out of a mold.

Now, everything is clear, why the teachers paid special attention to him, why Lucius Malfoy looked at him for a while at the Leaky Cauldron and ran away.

Everyone saw Voldemort's shadow in him.

"I'll his uncle!" Carl finally couldn't help himself and cursed in Chinese.

He finally understood why Dumbledore had erased his memories before he was two years old, the old man was simply afraid that he would recall memories related to Voldemort.

"Who's there!" a strange voice came from not far away.

Carl hurriedly pulled out the map of the living spot and found his own location, and then, a name appeared in sight.

Sybil Trelawney.

Is it?Karl frowned, it was too late to run, and the other party had already spotted him.

Soon, the Hogwarts Prophecy Professor appeared in front of Carl.

"Hello, Professor. Karl said hello dryly.

"Oh! it's you! Sybil Trelawney said to Carl in a characteristic ethereal voice.

Karl noticed that she had an empty bottle in her hand, and her body was swaying, presumably having drunk a lot.

"It's nothing, I'll go first, Professor. ”

With that, he lifted his feet and left.

If it were someone else, Carl might have to worry about whether he would be locked up or something if he encountered it at this time.

But this one, Karl doesn't need to care at all.

"Wait, wait, I seem to see something!" said Sybil Trelawney.

Carl's pace was quicker. He was afraid of hearing something bad from Trelawney's mouth.

Don't look at the latter's usual crazy appearance, but her prediction is amazingly accurate.

Even if it wasn't for that special state of unconsciousness, her usual prophecies were almost all in vain.

In the more than ten years she has been teaching at Hogwarts, she has predicted the death of a student almost every year, and on the surface, all of these students are fine, but when it comes to the final battle, her prediction is all fulfilled, and all the students who were predicted by her to die simply come to a pot.

For this kind of supergod player, Carl feels that he still has to get as far away as possible.

But he was destined to be unable to escape today.

"Ahh

Immediately after, Trelawney's voice came from behind him, with great horror,

"Son, you will die. ”

Carl shuddered.

Nima!

......

Carl lay on the bed, staring at the ceiling in love.

It's really going to kill you!

He didn't dare to sleep at all.

Trelawney's prophecy was more accurate than anyone else knew it, and he was now a little afraid that the chandelier on the roof would suddenly fall and kill him while he was asleep.

Now, the only thing he could hope for was that his future prophecy professor had drunk too much, drunk himself to pieces, and ran the train in his mouth.

Thinking like this, Karl fell asleep in a daze, and when he opened his eyes again, it was already the next morning.

For the next few days, Karl spent the days in fear, not even thinking about what he had to do with Voldemort. As long as there is any wind and grass around him, it can scare him into sweating.

For this reason, he had to solidify an iron armor spell on his body to protect himself.

......

Time passed day by day, and it seemed that it was coming to an end, and the death predicted by Professor Trelawney did not appear, nor did Dumbledore.

It wasn't until the day before the final exams that Carl finally saw him.

At breakfast time, at the faculty seat, Dumbledore looked very tired, and even the divine light in his blue eyes dimmed a lot.

Before he had finished his breakfast, Karl got up to go to Dumbledore, when two figures stood in front of him.

It was George and Fred.

"Carl, we have something we want to talk to you about. ”

The twins' faces were a little off, and Carl thought that something might be going on between them.

He glanced in Dumbledore's direction, then nodded.

He and the twins went to the third floor, where all the students were having breakfast on the first floor and the corridor on the third floor was quiet.

"Here, Carl!" George beckoned to Carl, and then with Fred, the two of them disappeared into an abandoned classroom at the staircase on the third floor.

Karl frowned, but followed.

As soon as he entered the door, there was a strong warning of crisis, and Carl instinctively pounced forward.

Then, a green light passed through where he had just stood, blasting a crater in the wall behind him.

"Come out!" Karl exclaimed coldly.

There was no one else in the room except the twins, but this life-requisitioning spell was not issued by two people, there must be someone else hiding in this room.

Is it a Transfiguration Charm, or some other form of invisibility?

Carl held his wand in his hand and raised his attention to the extreme.

Karl ...... Cooper. A deep voice came from a corner of the room.

Immediately after, the air shook like mercury, and a figure appeared there.

This is a person whom Carl does not know at all, not a student at school, nor a teacher.

He looks like he's about forty years old.,Ordinary appearance.,Belongs to the kind of existence that can't be found when thrown into a pile of people.。

As soon as the man appeared, George and Fred stood on either side of the man with blank faces, like two bodyguards.

Imperius?

Looking at the twins, Carl frowned.

Now it's in trouble.

There is no doubt that this man is definitely not a good person.

Without George and Fred, the wisest thing for Carl would have been to run out and call someone.

But, "if you go out and call someone, these two friends of yours will be gone forever." The man said.

Damn!, Karl's heart tightened.

The man's voice was flat, without a hint of fluctuation in his tone, like a robot.

Wait!Robots?

It's Imperius again!

"Who are you?" said Karl, in a deep voice.

"Me?" the stranger grinned, a smile that was uglier than crying, "I'm sorry if you ask the guy who is standing here talking to you right now, he's just a poor innocent passerby. ”

Really!

"Your purpose is me, let them go. Karl pointed to the twins and said coldly.

The stranger didn't answer immediately, he looked Carl up and down for a moment before he spoke, "Do you thinkβ€”"

It's now!Karl raised his hand in a stun spell.

This stun spell was so fast and urgent that ordinary people couldn't even see it clearly.

However, he was directly picked out by a stranger with a magic wand.

"A very clever stun spell, well timed and fast. The stranger grinned.

It's completely hard to do now!

Karl's face turned very ugly.

With the silent iron armor spell and accurate prediction, the spell casting level of this person in front of him is at least the Auror level!
