Only when people's senses feel that they are not empty, their senses are not empty, and their perceptions are not empty, and then they use the non-empty feelings of people's senses, responses, and realizations, and then let go of the three entities of mind, body, and action, and integrate the feelings of non-empty awareness, response, and realization into the entities of relaxation and stillness, the mind, body, and action. In this empty but not empty awareness, response, and realization, it unifies the entities (mind, body, and action) that are not empty but empty. In this way, we can give full play to the best performance of people's inspiration and agility, and even achieve the perfect combination of inspiration and agility. This is one of the right paths for Taijiquan practitioners, and they must not be careless.

Why is there a connection between the practice of Tai Chi and people's awareness, response and enlightenment?

This is because the ultimate purpose of practicing Tai Chi (which we will not seek for first) is to find qi, refine qi, and use the role of qi to serve people.

Qi, in the material world in which we exist now, is something that cannot be seen or touched, and the literal expression can only be explained by emptiness and nothingness. Then, if we want to enter this world of nothingness and emptiness, we human beings are not incapable of entering it, because in the material world we live in now, our original function is confused, and this is the function of awareness, response, and realization that each of us has. If we can make use of this function of awareness, response, and realization, then the so-called world of nothingness and emptiness is not a strange thing for us human beings.

If, while practicing Tai Chi, we open the door to self-awareness, response, and understanding of the world, we will also understand all the confusions that cannot be explained by today's science.

For the world we exist in today, science is becoming more and more developed, human knowledge is becoming more and more abundant, and the process, results, and explanations of all the material that human beings develop and create are clear and clear. But the more confused they are, the more they explain, the more confused they become, why is this?

This is because the world of human awareness, response, and enlightenment and the material world that we exist in now are completely two realms. The synthesis of awareness, response, and realization is explained as awareness, the explanation of all phenomena that exist in real society, which we call knowledge. At that time, our human society will be more prosperous and stronger.
