There is a solution: go vegetarian, or eat less food. It is equivalent to reducing the essence from the source. Therefore, people who do not practice meditation well are very thin and weak.

If you practice well, you will be able to do it. Simply not eating any food at all, that is really the realm of a master.

To engage in Danfa cultivation, you need to be vegetarian, and there is a certain reason for this. The main reason is that meat is easy to produce turbidity, and it causes **** to rush upwards and breed distracting thoughts, which hinders the cultivation of kung fu.

After a certain degree of cultivation, the whole body is full of impotence, and the concentration is sufficient, there is no taboo in the diet, whether it is meat or vegetarian is not hindered, the key is the self-grasp of the mind, but it is still better to eat vegetarian.
