My sorrow

My sorrow

After reading some of the recent book reviews, I felt a deep sadness.

Some book friends often accuse me of being too respectful of Western things and too negative of Chinese things, which I feel very sad.

I grieve, since when did our nation lose the courage to wake up; I am sad that since when our nation can only be like the Indians, gradually depressed in the memory of the glory of the past; I am sad, since when will our nation be able to shout: "Regardless of the West, the East, the Chinese and foreign, as long as this thing is good, from today onwards, it will be my Han's."

Is the difference between China and foreign countries really so important?

The TV set is good, but it was invented by foreigners, and the person who said these words has watched TV lately? The electric light is good, but it was invented by foreigners, and the person who said these words has been reading a book recently, is it an oil lamp or a candle? Concrete is good, but it was invented by foreigners, and the people who say these words make them live in earthen houses? The Internet is good, but it was invented by foreigners, and the people who say these things have not been online lately?

Good things, why can't you say it's my big man's? Why can't we use it?

Why do we have one set of moral standards for others and another for ourselves? When will we be able to restore the cultural tolerance of the Tang Dynasty?

Come to think of it, I also think they can understand. When the Manchu Dynasty fell, many people wept bitterly because they lost the braids on their heads. These are the braids they have had on their heads for hundreds of years, and without them, how inconvenient it is for the beheaders to carry their heads. Moreover, the saint also said, "How can the hair of the body be discarded by the parents of the recipients?" ”

Come to think of it, I also think they can understand. A few years ago, an American wrote a book called "The Ugly American," which received critical acclaim in China. Later, a Japanese man wrote "The Ugly Japanese", which received a lot of scolding. Later, a Chinese followed the trend and wrote "The Ugly Chinese", and even this book was scolded. Chinese people say that this is the difference between Eastern and Western cultures.

Come to think of it, I also think they can understand. Over the years, the education of the central powers has formed their habit - as long as it is not Chinese, it is barbarian, and it needs to be opposed.

Is that really the case?

But that's not the deepest sorrow. The deepest sorrow is that they don't even allow us the right to reflect, and if we do, he opposes it.

Some of us in our nation have reached the point where they do not have the courage to face it squarely, and they do not allow others to face it squarely, and this is our deepest sorrow.

With these people, when will our nation rise?

I'm really sad......

I want to cry.
