Liu Bang's subordinate Zhang Liang shirked for Liu Bang, saying that Liu Bang was too drunk to come to say goodbye, and now he presented a pair of white bi to the king, and a pair of jade buckets to the general Fan Zeng, please accept it. Helpless, Xiang Yu accepted the white wall, and was so angry that Fan Zeng pulled his sword to smash the jade bucket and scolded Xiang Yu.

This incident has been recorded in various historical books, and later generations will refer to the Hongmen banquet as a banquet with hidden murderous intentions or ill intentions.
