"Buddhism believes that tea has three virtues, and when you sit in meditation, you can't sleep all night; When the stomach is full, it can help digestion; Tea is a non-fat thing that can suppress libido. Monks quench their thirst, sit in meditation, pray, and have tea ceremonies. ”

Chinese Zen tea culture is profound, and its spirit can be summarized as "righteousness, purity, harmony and elegance".
