Nan Bo Zikui said: "Can the Tao be learned? I want to learn too! ”

The maid replied, "No! Not everyone can learn the Tao, at least! You are not the material for learning.

Bu Liang has the same intelligence as a saint, but he does not have the same knowledge as a saint, and I have the knowledge of a saint but not as much as a saint. I want to use what I know to teach him that with his intelligence, he should be able to become a saint!

Otherwise, how can it be said that it should be easy to pass on the knowledge of a saint to someone with the intelligence of a saint?

I thought about how to tell him to let him forget the world in three days? Outcome! He did it.

I thought about how to tell him to spend seven days forgetting about things outside of him, and no longer chasing fame, power, money, and so on. Outcome! He did it.

I thought about how to tell him to spend nine days forgetting about himself, not as a human being, but as a thing in heaven and earth, derived from the Tao like all things. You are not a human being, you are a member of heaven and earth. Outcome! He did it.

Only by forgetting oneself, not as a human being, only as a species in heaven and earth, just like all things, just a species. So! Only then will our hearts be fresh and clear, and we will be able to see through the world. And then! With this mindset of facing the world, we gradually approach the Tao. Because of this, our lives will suddenly become clearer, and we will have different life pursuits from those around us.

When we understand that life is just a process of life, what are the problems in our lives? Isn't it? When we understand that life is just a process of life, when one thing dies and another thing lives, we can transcend the time limit of the past and the present, and there is no past and no present;

It has been able to cross the time limit of the past and the present, and there is no past and no present; Our cognitive realm has also entered the realm of indifference to life and death. Without the concept of life, there is no concept of death, and there is no so-called life when you are nostalgic for life.

This thing dies and the other thing lives, as a thing, the Tao has nothing to give, and all have something to welcome; All of them are destroyed, and all of them are successful, which is called 'Ningning'. It means not to be disturbed by external things, and then to maintain a peaceful state of mind. ”

Nan Bo Zikui asked again: "So?" How did you attain enlightenment? Who taught you? Who are your teachers? ”

The maiden replied, "I have heard from the son of the sub-mo, the son of the sub-mo from the grandson of Luo Chan, the grandson of the lo chan from Zhan Ming, the Zhan Ming from Nie Xu (whispering), the Nie Xu from the servant (diligent and underelict), the servant from Yu Zhen (chanting and comprehending), the Yu Cheng from the Xuan Ming (the void and the far-reaching), and the Xuan Ming from the Shen Xiao (high and far away), I heard it from the beginning of doubt (confused thinking). ”
