When an average person reaches the age of forty, his yin qi has naturally decayed by half, and his daily life will gradually decline.

When a person reaches the age of fifty, his body will feel heavy, and his ears and eyes will not be smart enough. If you reach the age of 60, your yin qi will weaken, your kidney qi will fail, your nine orifices will not be able to pass through, you will have the phenomenon of being weak and substantial, and you will often have tears and snot.

Qi Bo said: "This kind of climate changeable, resulting in external pathogenic factors harming the human body, when the disease arrives, it will be as urgent as a storm. In such a situation, a doctor who is good at healing will treat the evil qi when it invades the skin. Doctors with poor skills will only treat the skin when evil energy is invading the skin; Doctors with worse skills will only treat the five internal organs when the evil qi has invaded. If the disease spreads to the five organs, it means that the patient's condition is very serious. At this time, it is probably too late to treat the patient, and the effect of the treatment is only half dead and half alive. ”

Qi Bo said: "All the evil qi in nature, as long as it invades the human body, it can harm the five internal organs; When we eat, if the food is too cold or too hot, it can damage the six internal organs. If we sleep in a damp place, we will feel the moisture on the ground, which will damage our flesh and muscles. ”

The Yellow Emperor asked, "How can this be diagnosed?" ”

Qi Bo said: "A doctor who is good at diagnosis and treatment will first distinguish whether the disease is yin or yang by examining the patient's color and pulse; Then examine the patient's five-colored floatiness or turbidity, so that the part of the disease is known; Then observe the patient's breathing and listen to the patient's voice, so that you can know the suffering of his disease.

Qi Bo replied: "Yellow Emperor, when we talk about the Four Classics, we refer to the normal pulse of the body corresponding to the four seasons. When we say the 12 subordinates, we mean the 12 meridians of the body corresponding to the 12 months. Our veins also have yin and yang, and if we can understand what yang veins are, we can know what yin veins are; In the same way, if you can understand what the yin vein is, you will also know what the yang vein is.

There are five kinds of yang veins, they are spring micro strings, summer micro hooks, long summer micro slow, autumn micro hair, winter micro stones. There are also yang veins of the five organs in each of the five o'clock, so when the five o'clock is combined with the five viscera, there are twenty-five kinds of yang veins.

The so-called yin vein, that is, the vein has no stomach qi, called the true visceral pulse, the true visceral pulse is a symbol of the stomach qi has been corrupted, if you see the corruption of the stomach qi, you can cut it off and die. The so-called yang vein refers to the vein with stomach qi. Identifying the condition of the yang veins can know where the lesions are; Discerning the condition of the true visceral veins will allow you to know the time of death.

Anyone who is diagnosed with a true Tibetan vein without stomach qi, for example: the image of the liver vein, like a lonely line, seems to be broken, or comes in a hurry and hard, and he should die on the 18th; When the heart comes, the lonely hangs off, and the nine days should die; When the veins come, they are cut off alone, and they should die on the twelve; When the kidney veins come, they are cut off alone, and they should die in seven days; When the spleen and veins came, they were cut off from solitude, and they should die in four days. ”

The Yellow Emperor was taken aback when he heard this, and he immediately asked again: "I didn't expect that the meridian disease would be so severe, and it would endanger people's lives?" How can this be cured? ”

Qi Bo said: "Generally speaking: gastrointestinal diseases, it can affect the heart and spleen, patients often have unspeakable secrets, if it is a woman, menstrual irregularities, or even amenorrhea. If the illness spreads for a long time, or the body gradually loses weight, it becomes "wind dissipation"; Or shortness of breath, the breath is reversed, and it becomes a "breath", so it is not treatable.

Generally speaking, when the sun meridian occurs, there are many symptoms of cold and heat, or carbuncles in the lower part, or weak feet and cold, or sore legs. If the disease spreads for a long time, it may become dry and not moisturized, or it may become a hernia.

Generally speaking, when the disease of the Shaoyang meridian occurs, the germinal qi is reduced, or it is easy to cough, or it is easy to suffer from diarrhea. If the illness is long-lasting, it may be due to heart deficiency and pain, or it is difficult to eat and drink, or it is blocked.

If the balance between yin and yang is out of balance, so that yin energy is competing for victory on the inside, and yang energy is disturbed outside, there will be or sweating incessantly, or the limbs will be cold, or the lower will be reversed, or the yang will smoke the lungs, or wheezing will occur. ”

The so-called relationship between the birth of yang and the death of yin is as follows: for example, liver disease transmits the heart, makes fire for wood, and gets its vitality, which is called shengyang; Heart disease transmits to the lungs, for the fire to overcome gold, gold is extinguished by fire, called dead yin, lung disease to the kidneys, to drink to spread yin, no yang, called heavy yin; Kidney disease spreads to the spleen, and water insults the soil, which is called diyin, which is an incurable death.

If the evil qi is stagnant in the yang meridians, the limbs will be swollen, because the limbs are the foundation of the yangs; If the evil qi is stagnant in the Yin meridian, the stool will bleed, because the Yin meridian is injured, the blood will overflow, and the initial knot will be one liter, then two liters, and three knots and three liters;

The yin meridian and yang meridian have evil qi stagnation, and if you focus on the yin meridian, you will have the disease of "stone water", and the abdomen will be swollen; If the evil qi is stagnant in the two yang (foot yang ming stomach, hand yang ming large intestine), the stomach and intestine are hot, and most of them are thirst-quenching diseases;

When the yin veins are weak and the yang veins are beating, the evil fire will force the blood to run, and if it happens to the woman, it will be a blood collapse.

If the veins of the three yin (referring to the hands and lungs, and the feet and spleen) are beaten together under the fingers, the patient will die in the middle of the night of about 20 days; If the pulse of the two yin (referring to the hands and the heart and the feet and kidneys) is all beating under the fingers, the patient will also die by the evening of the thirteenth day; The pulse of Yiyin (referring to the hands and yin heart cells, and the feet and yin liver) is beating under the fingers, and the agitation is too much, and the patient will die in three days;

If the pulses of the three yin and three yang are pulsating, and the heart and abdomen are full, the qi of yin and yang has been exhausted, and the urine and urine cannot be passed, then you will die in five days; If the pulse of the three yangs (referring to the stomach of the feet and the large intestine of the hands) is beating under the fingers, and the patient suffers from a fever disease that cannot be treated, and the patient will die in only ten days. ”
