Chapter 1001 Buddha Rice (Medium)

Vimala asked the Bodhisattvas of incense: What is the meaning of incense?

The Bodhisattva said, "I have no words to say, but I use incense to make the heavens and people enter the law."

The Bodhisattvas sit under the incense tree and smell the wonderful incense, and they will attain all the virtues and Tibetan samadhi.

To be a samadhi, the bodhisattva has all the merits of the bodhisattva.

The bodhisattvas asked Vimalaya: What does the Venerable Shakyamuni say?

Vimala said: All beings in this land are strong and difficult to transform, so the Buddha said strong words to subdue them.

Words are hell, troubles, and fools. It is the evil deeds of the body, and it is the retribution of the evil deeds of the body. It is an evil deed, and it is a retribution for an evil deed. It is evil deeds, and it is retribution of evil deeds. It's killing, it's killing retribution.

It is not with taking, it is not with retribution. It's a lie, it's a lie. It's two tongues, it's two tongues. It's an evil mouth, it's an evil mouth. It's nonsense, it's nonsense. It's greed, it's greed. It's annoyance, it's annoyance. It's an evil opinion, it's a bad opinion. It's miserliness, it's miserliness. It is the destruction of the precepts, and it is the destruction of the precepts. It's shame, it's shame. It's slackness, it's slackness. It's chaos, it's chaos. It's stupidity, it's stupidity. It's vows, it's vows, it's transgressions. It should be done, it should not be done. It's an obstacle, it's not an obstacle. It is sin, it is forgiveness. It's clean, it's dirt. There is a leak, there is no leak. It is an evil way, and it is a righteous way. It is promising, it is inaction. It's the world, it's nirvana.

The heart of a person who is difficult to transform is like a monkey, so there are several methods to control his heart, which can be subdued. For example, the elephant horse (heart + dragon) is out of tune, inflicting Chu poison, even to the bones, and then subduing. If it is strong and difficult to transform sentient beings, then all bitter words can be entered into the law.

When the Bodhisattvas heard that they had already heard it, they all said: "There has never been."

For example, the world-honored Shakyamuni Buddha concealed his immeasurable power and used the method of poverty to free sentient beings. Si Zhu Bodhisattvas can also work humbly, with immeasurable compassion, and live as a Buddha land.

Vimala said: This land bodhisattva is strong in compassion for all sentient beings, as he said.

However, in one life, he will benefit all sentient beings more than the hundreds of thousands of calamities in other countries.

So what? There are ten good things in this world of sava, and there is nothing in the rest of the Pure Land.

What is ten? Punish poverty with generosity, destroy the forbidden with pure precepts, take shame with forbearance, slack with diligence, control chaos with meditation, and control foolishness with wisdom, say that those who overcome the eight difficulties with the method of eliminating difficulties, those who enjoy the Hinayana with the Mahayana method, those who have no virtue with the roots of all goodness, and always achieve sentient beings with the four degrees are ten.

The Bodhisattva said: How many methods has the Bodhisattva achieved, and he has no sores and warts in this world, and is born in the Pure Land? Vimala said: The Bodhisattva has attained the Eight Dharmas, walked in this world without sores and warts, and was born in the Pure Land. What is eight?

Benefiting sentient beings without expecting retribution. Suffering on behalf of all sentient beings. The merits of the deeds are fully applied. Waiting for all sentient beings to be humble is not hindered. The bodhisattvas regard it as a Buddha. Unheard of, unquestioned. It does not contradict the hearsay. Do not envy the other person's confession, do not raise his own interests, but subdue his heart in it.

Always reflect on one's own faults, do not sue for the other's shortcomings, and always seek merit with one mind. is for eight. When Vimalaya and Manjushri spoke to the public about the Dharma, hundreds of thousands of celestial beings developed the three bodhichitta, and the ten thousand bodhisattvas had no way to endure life.

So, Sariputta thought to himself: The day is coming, where should these bodhisattvas eat?

We spoke for a long time, and it was still morning on the side of Vimal, almost noon, and the characters in the scriptures were still hungry. Later, a person had an idea, and he was scolded, and this person was still Sariputta.

According to Buddhist rules, the Buddha eats at noon. Because the Buddha lived a humane life when he was alive, it is important to note that humanity also eats at noon.
