Chapter 1 Tanglin
"Hurry up! Hurry up! ”
A man in a military uniform of the Republic of China stood there shouting loudly, walked over and patted an old man in Qing Dynasty costume and said, "How is it, are you sure?" ”
With a sad face, the old man touched the compass in his hand and said: "This mausoleum is so ingeniously designed, it is not based on the five elements, and there is no entrance at all!" He sighed deeply.
This person in the military uniform of the Republic of China is called Tan Wenjiang, and this old man is Su Bi Tuolin. In 1928, Sun Dianying defected to Chiang Kai-shek and was appointed commander of the 12th Army of the National Revolutionary Army, and Tan Wenjiang was appointed by Sun Dianying as the commander of his first division. This time, he was ordered by Sun Dianying to lead his subordinates to control the Qing Dongling in the name of military exercises, and stole the Manchu royal mausoleum - Dongling.
Su Pitolin is Sun Dianying, through two mausoleum guards, he heard that a person named Su Pitolin may know the structure in the Dongling Tomb. Because Su Bi Tuolin participated in the construction process of some mausoleums in Tanglin back then, he was exactly the person Sun Dianying was looking for!
Soon, Sun Dianying asked Tan Wenjiang and his subordinates to finally find Su Pitlin through a series of inquiries and searches. One day, Su Pittlin was brought from home to Sun Dianying.
Sun Dianying looked at Su Bi Tuolin and said, "I heard that you participated in the construction of some mausoleums in Tanglin?" ”
Su Bi Tuolin looked at the man in military uniform in front of him, and at this time he had already guessed what Sun Dianying wanted to do, so he said hesitantly: "The villain is just doing some inconspicuous work, but he can't talk about any participation. ”
Sun Dianying laughed out loud and said, "Really? Don't hide it anymore, I'll send someone to find out. ”
Seeing this, Su Bi Tuolin knew that Sun Dianying had spent a lot of effort on him, so he stood there and didn't squeak anymore.
Seeing this, Sun Dianying pointed to Changrui Mountain
Su Bi Tuo Lin looked at the past with a gesture, and at first glance saw the mausoleum of Lafayette Cixi - Dingling, looking at the Cixi Mausoleum, which is composed of many buildings such as Longen Palace, Ming Tower, Baocheng, etc., looking at the buildings outside the mausoleum are so magnificent, not to mention the things inside, Su Bi Tuolin looked at Sun Dianying and didn't speak anymore, just stood there quietly and looked at Changrui Mountain in the distance...... Under coercion and temptation, Su Bitlin agreed to Sun Dianying to help him steal the mausoleum.
Let's talk about Donglin, the Qing Dongling Tomb located on Changrui Mountain is more than 100 kilometers away from the Forbidden City, the imperial palace of the Qing Dynasty, and covers a large area. It is the largest scale, the most complete system and the most decent layout of the imperial mausoleum complex in the Manchu imperial mausoleum.
Tanglin began to be built when Emperor Shunzhi of the Qing Dynasty, lasted more than 200 years of construction, and successively built more than 200 palace archways, forming more than a dozen cemeteries of all sizes. The construction of the mausoleum area covers a large area, where five emperors of the Qing Dynasty are buried, and more than 100 people are buried in total.
For Sun Dianying, the Qing Imperial Mausoleum is undoubtedly a big piece of fat that he has coveted for a long time. Therefore, in the face of these abundant materials in front of him, Sun Dianying had to have some bad intentions, which was the secondary reason why Sun Dianying stole Dongling, and the most important reason was through Sun Dianying's background.
Sun Dianying has a bold personality since he was a child, and he often works with market rangers, and he has the spirit of a ranger. When he grew up, he walked the rivers and lakes, and joined the non-governmental organization temple and road fair in western Henan, and gradually mixed into the leader of the temple and road fair with his extraordinary cleverness. Because he was willing to spend money on all parties, he trafficked all kinds of goods in Shanghai and made a huge profit. Sun Dianying was born in poverty, roamed the rivers and lakes, and made friends with hooligans and villains, military and police officials.
In his early years, Sun Dianying took refuge with Jiang Gui's subordinates who were entrenched in Bozhou City, Anhui Province. Later, he led his troops to Gongxian, Baofeng, and Lushan in western Henan, and defected to Li Fengchao, the head of the "Temple and Road Fair", and became the head of the "Temple and Road Fair" two years later. In 1922, he led a group of Taoist disciples into the Henan Army, and finally gradually mixed into a regiment commander and a guard in western Henan, and was promoted from adjutant to commander of a machine gun company. After becoming a battalion commander in name, he became an independent mountain, became a bandit leader, collected bandits, expanded the team, and called himself a brigade commander.
In the spring of 1925, Han Yukun, the general of the Zhensong Army and the deputy commander-in-chief of the Henan-Shaanxi-Gansu bandits, broke out a big battle with the Hu Jingyi Department of the National Army. Soon, Han Yukun was defeated, and Sun Dianying changed to the deputy commander of the National Third Army and the commander of the Second Division, and Ye Quanbu served as the brigade commander. Soon it was renamed the Second Division and was promoted to division commander. Subsequently, the National Third Army marched from Henan to Shaanxi, but Sun Dianying refused to leave. Sun Dianying led his troops to attack cities everywhere in western Henan and northern Anhui. The warlord Sun Chuanfang and the Anhui Provincial Overseer Chen Tiaoyuan pursued him. In the autumn of 1925, after Sun Dianying led his troops to Jining, Shandong, he was incorporated into the 35th Division by the warlord Zhang Zongmao, and he served as the division commander. When it was reorganized into the "Zhilu Allied Army," it was renamed the Fifth Division and appointed as the commander of the Fifth Division, with two brigades under its jurisdiction totaling 5,000 or 6,000 people.
In the spring of 1926, Sun Dianying led his troops to participate in the joint counterattack of Zhang Zongchang and Li Jinglin against the Nationalist Army in Cangxian County, Hebei Province. Afterwards, Zhang Zongchang reorganized Sun Bu into the 35th Division of the Zhilu Allied Army, and soon expanded it into the 14th Army, with Sun Dianying as the commander.
In the spring of 1927, under the command of Xu Yuanquan, the assistant military affairs officer of Zhili, Sun Dianying participated in Sun Chuanfang's war against the Northern Expeditionary Army near Nanjing. Soon, he was transferred to the Naoli Daimyo and served as the Daimyo's town guard. In the autumn of that year, Sun Dianying was sent by Zhang Zongchang to northern Henan to fight with Feng Yuxiang's troops. Soon, the combined forces of the Feng army and the Zhilu army were defeated by the National Revolutionary Army and retreated northward. Sun Dianying led the remnants to retreat to Tianjin, and then retreated to Jixian and Malanyu. At this time, He Chengjun was ordered by Chiang Kai-shek to instigate Sun Dianying to surrender.
In May 1928, the Feng army and the Zhilu coalition army could not stop Chiang Kai-shek from advancing north with Feng Yuxiang, Yan Xishan and other armies, and the whole line was defeated and retreated. Sun Dianying led his troops to retreat to Jixian and Zunhua, and was absorbed by Chiang Kai-shek and appointed as the commander of the 12th Army of the Sixth Army.
In the spring of 1928, Ma Futian, a bandit who had been incorporated by the former Feng Army, led his troops to defect and went straight to Ma Lanyu next to the Eastern Tomb of the Qing Dynasty, deliberately digging graves and stealing treasures for a long time. At that time, the Northern Expedition of the National Revolutionary Army had entered the Hebei region, and the Feng army had withdrawn northward, while there were many bandits scattered in the eastern Hebei region, which were extremely rampant. Under these circumstances, the National Revolutionary Army sent Sun Dianying's troops to suppress it. On the way, Sun Dianying repeatedly saw the magnificence of the Tanglin Palace, and in order to raise funds for the suppression of bandits, he had the idea of robbing the tomb. Then, he learned that Ma Futian was stationed in Ma Lanyu to prepare to dig a tomb, and immediately ordered Tan Wenjiang, the commander of the Eighth Division, to lead his troops to go overnight and drive Ma Futian away. At the same time, in order to cover people's eyes and ears, they posted notices everywhere, claiming that the troops were going to conduct military exercises, so they targeted the top of this Changrui Mountain and began to plan tomb robbery.
At this time, Sun Dianying was very melancholy and helpless, although he had been in Tanglin for a few days, but the treasure thief had no clue, and there was no new discovery for people like Su Pitlin who were so familiar with Tanglin, he sighed and looked at Tanglin in the distance.
"Commander, find, find, find, Su Pitlin has found the entrance to the underground palace." Tan Wenjiang said breathlessly. I saw Sun Dianying pat the table and stand up excitedly and said:
"Let's go, follow me and see!"
