Chapter 301: Xuanzang's Changes

Along the way, Lu Hanyang and his entourage's views on Tianzhu gradually formed, and the people here seemed to be making a revolution, which seemed to be a religious revolution. Buddhism was in conflict with Brahmanism, and Brahmanism, which had been dominant, was suppressed by Buddhism in just a few months.

Along the way, they heard the most rumors about the Buddhist monk, who was said to have come from the Tang Dynasty in the East and brought the wisdom of Buddhism taking root in the East. And in one of the ancestral gardens of Buddhism, Nalanda Temple is listed, and it is called the reincarnation of the Buddha's disciple by Nalanda Temple.

This monk has supernatural powers that are difficult for ordinary people to achieve, he was assassinated at the beginning, fell on the back of a white bull, thus awakening, and then directly suppressed the leader of the Brahmins, the Brahmin Archbishop of the Great Brahma, with great magical powers. And with great mercy, this priest did not kill anyone except the first evil archbishop, and he also mercifully forgave the Brahmin priests.

Of course, although they were forgiven, these Brahmanical priests were also deprived of their privileges, and thus became ordinary people on the same class as the common people. After that, the monk returned to the Nalanda Monastery under the Bodhi tree to produce the Buddha's sutras.

The legendary story of this monk Lu Hanyang heard countless along the way, and even in this process, Lu Hanyang once thought that this monk was a monk Xuanzang. But when he heard about a monk with magical powers, he was a little unsure, Xuanzang was just an ordinary monk without any peculiarities, which Lu Hanyang knew very well.

However, it is now rumored that he can communicate with animals, and even has the ability to transform into animals, and has powers beyond ordinary people's imagination. This made Lu Hanyang feel that this guy was definitely an alien player, and why did he pretend to be a monk from the Tang Dynasty? He couldn't figure this out yet.

But no matter who he is, since Lu Hanyang knows this so-called monk, he will definitely not let it go, he wants to catch the other party and submit, so that there are four foreign players around him, at least the team is pulled up, not alone.

So they traveled all the way in the direction of Magadha, the king of Tianzhu, and were going to go to the Nalanda Monastery located around Magadha to see this so-called divine monk and then submit him.

On the other side, Monk Xuanzang walked out of Nalanda Temple, all the way south, through the royal city of the Tianzhu Dynasty, ready to stop the so-called big dog demon on the way. And along the way, all the Tianzhu people who saw him saluted him respectfully.

And the monk Xuanzang also returned the salute with a smile on his face, and when he met some old people, he would also give them a blessing, and the old people who were touched and blessed by the monk Xuanzang all knelt down to him reverently, until his back disappeared into the distant street before he got up.

These people all felt extremely honored to receive the blessing of Xuanzang Divine Monk, and they knew that this Divine Monk would not easily give blessings to others, even the idle King of Tianzhu did not get it after helping Master Xuanzang overthrow Brahmanism.

When Xuanzang went all the way south, the people of Tianzhu all showed the highest respect for him. And Xuanzang also enjoyed this process, feeling the worship and respect in people's hearts, as well as their beautiful yearning for life, he felt that this was the Buddha. Buddhism teaches people to be good and teaches them to attain greater tranquility and thus gain the devotion and respect of the world.

And in this process, the Buddha himself also understood the true meaning of life, and that kind of spiritual sublimation made Xuanzang feel very obsessed, and even he felt that walking in the world to be kind to others, and then teaching the world is more meaningful than sitting under the Bodhi tree to attain enlightenment.

And after this thought rose in Xuanzang's heart, the blue light in his mind was completely compatible with him at this time, and then the whole person stood under the gate of Magadha, stunned.

At this time, Xuanzang's consciousness entered his mind, and after the blue light penetrated into his body, he was able to enter his mind by himself and refer to the Buddha's scriptures. He believed that it was given by the Buddha so that he could better participate in the Zen machine. Then he gradually realized that this was not a blessing from the Buddha, but the power of an alien god-man.

But at that time he could only use it simply, for example, he could understand the language of some animals, and the more he came into contact with it, the more he understood their language. Later, he was able to transform into an animal he was familiar with, for example, when he suppressed the Brahmin archbishop, he communicated with the other party's mount elephant, and then he himself turned into an elephant and trampled the archbishop to death.

But even at that time, he was passive in use, knowing is knowing, and he didn't understand why he was able to do this, and now he really solved this mystery. At this moment, a panel appeared in his mind, which stated that it was a kind of inheritance called the Druid, which allowed people to live in harmony with animals and borrow their powers.

Transformation, with the power of animals, and not only the fierce beasts of the mortal world, but also the power of many legendary divine beasts, but they can't be used yet.

He can turn into a lion, a tiger, an elephant, a rhinoceros, etc., these are ordinary beasts, and it is not difficult. The difficulty now is that he needs to visualize the image of the legendary divine beast, and the more specific he is, the more he can obtain the power of the divine beast.

But mythical beasts and everything are legendary existences, what are their images? Xuanzang didn't know, he knew what the dragon looked like, because there were many dragon stone carvings in the Tang Dynasty, especially in Chang'an City.

But what do these mythical beasts look like? Even the craftsmen who carved those divine beasts did not know whether they were carving right or wrong, because what they carved was just a stone, and they did not have the power of divine beasts at all, so they couldn't do it.

"Maybe this is an opportunity, and the visualization needs to be concrete, then that big dog demon may be my first goal! Use this power in exchange for the revitalization of my Datang Buddhism, at least so that the Pure Yang Immortals will not be so harsh on my Datang Buddhism. Xuanzang stood there for a while, and then walked towards the outside of the city with his eyes shining, he saw hope.

Although he thought that by retrieving the Mahayana Buddhism that had been passed on to Tianzhu by the original Renjiao, he would be able to gain the understanding of the Pure Yang Immortals, and then the Tang Buddhism would be able to tide over the difficulties. But now it seems to him that if he doesn't have enough strength, how can he talk to those immortals on an equal footing?

At the beginning, he didn't have this ability, so he had to make compromises, and now he also has a strong strength, he may not be able to defeat the pure yang immortals, but he also has the confidence to protect the Buddha and let the imperial power immortalize the Buddha.
