Chapter 856: Sixty-Seven Pins

You all believe in Buddhism, but strictly speaking, you are not qualified. Always be respectful of yourself and others!

Be willing to study, listen to the scriptures, and listen to the Dharma. You say that the Buddha is no longer there, so who should I listen to?

We've got five or six Tripitaka here! Behold! There are also several Tripitaka books piled up on my desk in my study, and I take them out to read them every day when I have any questions and study them at any time.

You don't have to work as hard as I do! It can be seen that you are not happy to listen to the Fa.

If you say that you don't have time to read books and read the scriptures, and it's so hard, then you won't be happy. Reading and learning is fun, and it's easier said than done!

Recently, many people have advised me, you can't do this! Calculate that there are more than a dozen classes a week, and you can't fight like this! After that, you still have to read books, do things, and sleep for a few hours a day? What's the matter!

I said, don't worry! My karma is not over, and I can't die. I watch things and deal with things is enjoyment, don't worry, go to sleep! If you want to be happy to study knowledge and study the Dharma, then you have attained samadhi.

You can't remember or understand the scriptures, it's so bitter! I think everyone is: learn and learn, isn't it also painful?

If you have friends from afar, if your family has no money to buy food and entertain, wouldn't it be miserable? People don't know and are not ashamed, aren't they also gentlemen? I'd rather be a villain.

Reflect, this is the precept, have you done it by making offerings to the congregation? You're in a group, and your face is full of resentment, your mouth is full of complaints, and your stomach is full of resentment, so you don't have the precept of keeping pleasure and offering to others. As far as I know, there was a fellow practitioner who agreed to talk about "Zhuangzi" for others, but after he spoke about it, everyone complained that he was so ambitious and a good teacher.

You didn't understand the "Zhuangzi", but people helped you understand it, which is a good thing, and it is a Dharma offering, you are such a small tool.

I'm going to scold you for this! It is a sin to have no joy in providing for the congregation.

If others are also at fault, they should be persuaded or observed to know what is wrong, and reflect on themselves not to make this mistake.

If you squeak because someone else has sinned, this is a stump.

I tell you because I am talking about music and making offerings to the people, and it touches my feelings about this matter.

What you are guilty of is the psychology of ordinary people, not the psychology of Buddhist students.

Since ancient times, literati have looked down on others.

As the old saying goes, the article is your own good, and the wife is someone else's good, which is a common problem of Chinese.

The psychology of people is like this, and you see that in the Buddhist world, it is not right to criticize this Dharma teacher or that layman, and even scold people.

How did Buddhism arise? are not united.

So you're asking me, right? I never reply. If you don't mention the name of the person, and say that there is something that is right, I may reply to you.

The literati have been despised through the ages, and I say that religion is an enmity through the ages.

No matter what religion you believe, believers are enemies of each other! More powerful than the literati.

The more religious one is, the more serious the hatred of others is greater than that of ordinary people. The Buddha said that there is no self, no one, no beings, and no longevity, and as a result, there are so many people in the religious community that I am not so annoyed when I hear it.

And what about the rivers and lakes? The rivers and lakes are taboo through the ages.

The literati have been despised through the ages, religion has been enmity for the ages, and the rivers and lakes have been jealous of each other for the ages.

You claim to be practicing here, are you really cultivating? Test yourself.

A student of Buddhism must have a big mind and be able to cover everything, what is right is right, and if it is not right, it is not right, what is the great deal about this kind of trivial matter.

Having said that, listening to these gossips and gossiping in my heart is too unreasonable.

There is a sentence in the "Virtuous Essays of the Old Times" that I memorized when I was seven or eight years old: "No one says behind anyone, and no one says anything in front of anyone." ”

Who has no one to criticize behind them? When two people meet, they don't talk about other people's business, what do they talk about? That's what people are. The old couple talked about their daughter-in-law and son in the room, and they were also talking about people.

So if you see through these things in the world, it's not as good as bullshit when you listen to those words, so you will be big-minded.
