The 57 guns of the battery group formed the core firepower of Batavia's defense system, but now it was facing the embarrassment of empty troops: the battery group was originally equipped with more than 3,000 officers and men, but now it was guarded by more than 400 people, and some artillery batteries had problems with whether they could raise their muzzles and aim at their targets.

However, the Dutch officers and soldiers who remained in Batavia and all the Dutch in Batavia thought that there was nothing wrong with this, because in their minds, only the great powers of Europe could threaten Batavia, and in the Far East of Asia, the barbarians who could threaten Batavia had not yet been born.

As a result, Batavia had only about 1,000 old, weak, sick and disabled troops and more than 2,000 policemen, but everything was as usual, and the fortifications were as lax as ever.

The fate of many people in Batavia was decided under such circumstances.

Because the Dutch Governor's Office had decided to use troops against Borneo, the people on the docks were not at all concerned about the transport ships that often carried heavy troops, nor did they feel the slightest surprise at the two transports that returned at dawn today.

After the two transport ships docked at the dock, a long line of indigenous soldiers dressed in Dutch uniforms came out of it.

As soon as the soldiers came out, they rushed to the key points of the dock, and several sentry posts on the dock were brought under control before they could understand what was going on.

The movement grew louder and louder, and later, when the soldiers saw that they were exposed, they were troublesome, so they simply threw grenades and explosives at the enemy camp, killing the enemy.
