After the little poplar finished singing, the aftermath lingered.

Comment section.

"That's so good!"

"I love listening to old songs, and I'm in a good mood when I listen to old songs!"

"It's still an old song that tastes."

The old chief's singing level was first-class, and tears couldn't help but fall, nostalgic for the days when he was a soldier in Northern Xinjiang, and the memories of 20 years ago. Two of my favorite military songs are "Little Poplar" and "Trumpet Flower in the Outpost". ”

"After the nineties, my heart was inexplicably heavy when I heard it."

"The words are right and round, the body is upright, and the love is great!"

Xiaoyu blinked her big eyes and looked at her grandfather, she had a deeper understanding of Poplar.

Parents are the best teachers for their children, and in many cases, children are imperceptibly influenced like this.

That's how education should be.

Dive into the night with the wind, moisturizing things silently.

Bursts of praise, gifts frantically brushed.

Wang Liang is not a professional singer, let alone received professional training, the reason why he can sing the taste is because he has been to almost every border post in China, and there are his footprints in many places, and he knows what the spirit of Little Poplar is.

Little Poplar is a spirit deeply rooted in the bones of soldiers.

"I think many friends have already guessed it, yes, I'm going to talk about the outpost, the little poplar outpost!" Wang Liang began to tell the story.

At the foot of the reckless Baluk Mountain, the Tasti Frontier Defense Company of a certain frontier regiment of the Tacheng Military Subdivision of the Xinjiang Provincial Military Region has a well-known small poplar outpost.

Xiaobaiyang Outpost is a Tasti outpost in Yumin County, Tacheng District, Xinjiang Province, China, on the border between China and Kazakhstan.

It was the spring of 1983.

As a member of the outpost, Cheng Fusheng, a soldier from the Xibe ethnic group, returned to the Sunzaqi Niulu Commune in Ili Chabuchar Xibe Autonomous County to visit relatives.

When the family sat happily around to eat, Cheng Fusheng proudly and proudly told his relatives the glorious history of the outpost and the touching stories of his comrades-in-arms defending the country.

The most glorious history of the Little Poplar Outpost is that of the martyr named Sun Longzhen.

Sun Longzhen, female, was born in 1940 in a poor family in Soviet Province.

In 1959, at the age of 19, she responded to the call of the party and the state to "support, defend, and build the frontier" and integrated into the torrent of westward expansion.

After entering Xinjiang, Sun Longzhen was assigned to the Flame Chemical Plant of the 12th Regiment of the 2nd Division of the Corps and became an ordinary worker.

In 1962, contradictions and conflicts broke out between China and the Soviet Union.

The Soviet side, through its various agencies in Xinjiang Province, instigated more than 10,000 border residents in Ili, Tacheng, and other regions to illegally cross the border, creating an Ita incident that shocked China and the rest of the world.

For a time, national sovereignty and territorial integrity were seriously threatened.

Subsequently, the Party Central Committee and the Central Military Commission issued an order to the XPCC Party Committee.

3,000 soldiers from the Second Division of the Corps went to Yumin County, Tacheng Prefecture to carry out the tasks of farming, pastoralism, and management.

Sun Longzhen is one of them.

When the mission of the three generations was successfully completed, this unit of 3,000 soldiers was ordered to stay and form the 161st Regiment of the Ninth Division.

Since then, Sun Longzhen has become an employee of the 161st Regiment Pastoral Company, grazing and guarding the border along the border line of Baluk Mountain.

The task of the first company is to shepherd, collect the unattended cattle and sheep all over the mountains and fields, reorganize them into groups, protect the property of the local people, and wait for the herdsmen to return.

Because the borders were very unstable at that time, and there were frictions from time to time, this task seemed simple and ordinary, but in fact it was very dangerous.

Early in the morning of June 1969, before dawn, Zhang Chengshan, a herdsman, went out to herd.

The sheep followed their familiar path, chasing the fertile pasture.

Where does the sheep have any political concepts, and their eyes are full of fat and tender grass.

As we walked, we entered the triangle, which was the disputed area unilaterally identified by the Soviet side.

The sun was rising, the sky was beginning to brighten, Zhang Chengshan realized that something was wrong, and just as he was about to go forward to drive the sheep back, danger came.

I only heard the sound of the horse's hooves sounding in Gada, which was very hurried.

I saw that the Soviet soldiers were riding the strong Don hippopotamus and rushed towards this side violently, and Zhang Chengshan, who only had a whip in his hand, was kidnapped.

"Come on! Help me! Our people have been kidnapped! ”

Another herdsman, who was grazing cattle not far away, witnessed this, and he ran back to the company in a panic to report the situation.

One long and five short, the assembly whistle sounds.

"Urgent gathering!"

Because it was not a combat unit, the superiors did not issue weapons and equipment to Mu Yilian, and the soldiers picked up the shovels and sticks they used for their daily work, and rushed to the place of the incident with a shout.

Regardless of the dissuasion of her comrades-in-arms, Sun Longzhen also picked up a shovel and wanted to go together to save people, when she was already six months pregnant.

When the comrades-in-arms of Mu Yilian came to a distance of 100 meters from the place of the incident, the machine guns at the opponent's outpost suddenly rang out.

Dada, dada, dada......

A string of bullets flew by, one of which pierced through Sun Longzhen's left abdomen and into his chest......

When her comrades-in-arms rescued Sun Longzhen in the rain of bullets, her military uniform had been soaked with blood, and she had stopped breathing.

One corpse and two lives, a six-month-old child was stillborn.

The enemy did not have a good time, and the soldiers of the Tasti frontier outpost who rushed to hear the news were filled with righteous indignation, and under the leadership of platoon commander Li Yongqiang, the officers and men of the outpost rose up to fight back, and six enemy soldiers were killed on the spot.

Sun Longzhen is gone, and the people who fought with her have buried her on the banks of the Tasti River, which they patrol every day.

Her grave stands like a boundary monument on the border, and her heroic soul accompanies and inspires generations of soldiers who have been on the border.

This is the glorious history of the Little Poplar outpost.

In order to defend the territory of the motherland and defend the dignity of the nation, Sun Longzhen put his personal safety aside and sacrificed his precious life at the age of 29 in the battle.

Cheng Fusheng told this story to his family, and the old mother was very moved.

Hearing that her son's life at the outpost was very monotonous, boring, and lonely, and that her comrades-in-arms missed their hometown all day and night, the old mother felt very sad.

For this reason, she tossed and turned, and had difficulty sleeping.

Finally, seeing the poplar trees in the courtyard of the house, the mother came up with a great idea.

On the day Cheng Fusheng left home and returned to the team, his mother handed over the ten poplar saplings she had cultivated to her son.

advised: "Our Xibe people have a tradition of defending the border for the country, you must be like your ancestors and work hard in the army." You must plant these saplings alive, and let the poplar trees accompany you to guard the borders of the motherland. ”

"Mother, I know, I will definitely do it!" Cheng Fusheng nodded in agreement.

Seeing the saplings carried back by Cheng Fusheng, the comrades-in-arms were very happy.
